背景技术
防水材料主要应用领域包括房屋建筑的屋面、地下、外墙和室内;城市道路桥梁和地下空间等市政工程;高速公路和高速铁路的桥梁、隧道;地下铁道等交通工程;引水渠、水库、坝体、水利发电站及水处理等水利工程,适用于屋面和厕浴间、地下室、蓄水池、墙面的防水,防渗、防潮。按照应用材料来分可用于造纸、纺织、皮革等领域。水性聚氨酯是一种在聚氨酯的分子链中含有亲水性基团的聚氨酯树脂,与水具有很强的亲和性,采用特定的工艺能使之在水中分散并形成稳定的体系。水性聚氨酯主要应用于皮革涂饰、纺织印染、造纸业、建筑涂料、胶粘剂、铸钢涂料等方面,所涉及的几乎都是易燃材料,这些材料在使用时如未经阻燃处理,必然成为引发火灾的安全隐患。水性聚氨酯的阻燃化,是水性聚氨酯功能化的重要方向之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保型阻燃防水水性聚氨酯涂料及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种环保型阻燃防水水性聚氨酯涂料,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚醚多元醇150-200、2,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10-20、甲苯二异氰酸酯20-30、聚二甲基硅氧烷10-14、纳米氧化铈8-10、醋酸乙酯6-8、烷基磷酸酯盐9-13、氯化石蜡7-9、滑石粉10-12、季戊四醇8-10、三羟甲基丙烷3-5、辛酸亚锡3-5、二月桂酸二丁基锡6-8、抗氧剂TNP 2-3、纳米二氧化钛6-8、过氧化二异丙苯0.8-1.2、去离子水 16-20、助剂8-12;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:氢氧化镁13-15、丙烯酸 4-5、硅微粉6-8、新戊二醇7-9、苯乙烯4-6、醋酸丁酸纤维7-9、氟类流平剂9-10、柠檬酸酯8-12、高岭土6-10、溴化聚苯乙烯8-10、抗氧剂CA 3-5、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 8-12;
所述助剂的制备方法是:称取上述重量份的氢氧化镁、硅微粉、醋酸丁酸纤维、高岭土分别研磨后混合均匀,然后加入其它剩余成分,在高混机中按转速为150-200转/分下搅拌20-30分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。
一种环保型阻燃防水水性聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
    (1)称取上述质量份的聚醚多元醇加入反应器中,在95-100℃下抽真空至0.09-0.1MPa,脱水处理100-150分钟,得到脱水多元醇溶液;
    (2)在辛酸亚锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂的条件下将2,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯加入到步骤(1)的脱水多元醇溶液中,然后加入聚二甲基硅氧烷,在氮气保护下升温至75-80℃,保温反应250-300分钟,得到聚氨酯预聚体;
    (3)向步骤(2)得到的聚氨酯预聚体中加入去离子水、醋酸乙酯、烷基磷酸酯盐、季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷,经高速搅拌乳化处理30-50分钟,制得水性聚氨酯乳化物;
    (4)向水性聚氨酯乳化物中加入纳米氧化铈、氯化石蜡、滑石粉、抗氧剂TNP等其他剩余成分,在40-50℃和PH为7的条件下,高速剪切搅拌处理聚氨酯乳化物40-60分钟,即可得到环保型阻燃防水水性聚氨酯涂料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过合理调整聚醚多元醇的质量比,使涂料具有良好的伸展强度和断裂伸长率。选择有机硅聚二甲基硅氧烷为扩链剂,在氟类流平剂的协作下提高了防水效果,通过加入适量的增塑剂,既提高了涂料的低温柔性,又降低了涂料的 固含量,改善了涂料的施工性。使本发明的涂料能够在-14℃—40℃条件下成膜,成膜后膜表面较光滑。

一种环保型阻燃防水水性聚氨酯涂料,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚醚多元醇150、2,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10、甲苯二异氰酸酯20、聚二甲基硅氧烷10、纳米氧化铈8、醋酸乙酯6、烷基磷酸酯盐9、氯化石蜡7、滑石粉10、季戊四醇8、三羟甲基丙烷3、辛酸亚锡3、二月桂酸二丁基锡6、抗氧剂TNP 2、纳米二氧化钛6、过氧化二异丙苯0.8、去离子水 16、助剂8;
所述助剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:氢氧化镁13、丙烯酸 4、硅微粉6、新戊二醇7、苯乙烯4、醋酸丁酸纤维7、氟类流平剂9、柠檬酸酯8、高岭土6、溴化聚苯乙烯8、抗氧剂CA 3、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 8;制备方法是:称取上述重量份的氢氧化镁、硅微粉、醋酸丁酸纤维、高岭土分别研磨后混合均匀,然后加入其它剩余成分,在高混机中按转速为150-200转/分下搅拌20-30分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。

    (3)向步骤(2)得到的聚氨酯预聚体中加入去离子水、醋酸乙酯、烷基磷酸酯盐、季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷,经高速搅拌乳化处理30-50分钟,制得水性聚氨酯乳化物;
    (4)向水性聚氨酯乳化物中加入纳米氧化铈、氯化石蜡、滑石粉、抗氧剂TNP等其他剩余成分,在40-50℃和PH为7的条件下,高速剪切搅拌处理聚氨酯乳化物40-60分钟,即可得到环保型阻燃防水水性聚氨酯涂料。
实施例2:
一种环保型阻燃防水水性聚氨酯涂料,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚醚多元醇175、2,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯15、甲苯二异氰酸酯25、聚二甲基硅氧烷12、纳米氧化铈9、醋酸乙酯7、烷基磷酸酯盐11、氯化石蜡8、滑石粉11、季戊四醇9、三羟甲基丙烷4、辛酸亚锡4、二月桂酸二丁基锡7、抗氧剂TNP 2.5、纳米二氧化钛7、过氧化二异丙苯1、去离子水 18、助剂10;
所述助剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:氢氧化镁14、丙烯酸 4.5、硅微粉7、新戊二醇8、苯乙烯5、醋酸丁酸纤维8、氟类流平剂9.5、柠檬酸酯10、高岭土8、溴化聚苯乙烯9、抗氧剂CA 4、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 10;制备方法是:称取上述重量份的氢氧化镁、硅微粉、醋酸丁酸纤维、高岭土分别研磨后混合均匀,然后加入其它剩余成分,在高混机中按转速为150-200转/分下搅拌20-30分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
一种环保型阻燃防水水性聚氨酯涂料,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚醚多元醇200、2,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯20、甲苯二异氰酸酯30、聚二甲基硅氧烷14、纳米氧化铈10、醋酸乙酯8、烷基磷酸酯盐13、氯化石蜡9、滑石粉12、季戊四醇10、三羟甲基丙烷5、辛酸亚锡5、二月桂酸二丁基锡8、抗氧剂TNP 3、纳米二氧化钛8、过氧化二异丙苯1.2、去离子水 20、助剂12;
所述助剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:氢氧化镁15、丙烯酸5、硅微粉8、新戊二醇9、苯乙烯6、醋酸丁酸纤维9、氟类流平剂10、柠檬酸酯12、高岭土10、溴化聚苯乙烯10、抗氧剂CA 5、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 12;制备方法是:称取上述重量份的氢氧化镁、硅微粉、醋酸丁酸纤维、高岭土分别研磨后混合均匀,然后加入其它剩余成分,在高混机中按转速为150-200转/分下搅拌20-30分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。
制备方法同实施例1。
上述实施例1-3制得的环保型阻燃防水水性聚氨酯涂料的性能检测如下表所示:

Claims (2)

1.一种环保型阻燃防水水性聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚醚多元醇150-200、2,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10-20、甲苯二异氰酸酯20-30、聚二甲基硅氧烷10-14、纳米氧化铈8-10、醋酸乙酯6-8、烷基磷酸酯盐9-13、氯化石蜡7-9、滑石粉10-12、季戊四醇8-10、三羟甲基丙烷3-5、辛酸亚锡3-5、二月桂酸二丁基锡6-8、抗氧剂TNP 2-3、纳米二氧化钛6-8、过氧化二异丙苯0.8-1.2、去离子水 16-20、助剂8-12;
进一步地,所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:氢氧化镁13-15、丙烯酸 4-5、硅微粉6-8、新戊二醇7-9、苯乙烯4-6、醋酸丁酸纤维7-9、氟类流平剂9-10、柠檬酸酯8-12、高岭土6-10、溴化聚苯乙烯8-10、抗氧剂CA 3-5、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 8-12;
本发明所述助剂的制备方法是:称取上述重量份的氢氧化镁、硅微粉、醋酸丁酸纤维、高岭土分别研磨后混合均匀,然后加入其它剩余成分,在高混机中按转速为150-200转/分下搅拌20-30分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型阻燃防水水性聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)称取上述质量份的聚醚多元醇加入反应器中,在95-100℃下抽真空至0.09-0.1MPa,脱水处理100-150分钟,得到脱水多元醇溶液;
    (2)在辛酸亚锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂的条件下将2,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯加入到步骤(1)的脱水多元醇溶液中,然后加入聚二甲基硅氧烷,在氮气保护下升温至75-80℃,保温反应250-300分钟,得到聚氨酯预聚体;
    (3)向步骤(2)得到的聚氨酯预聚体中加入去离子水、醋酸乙酯、烷基磷酸酯盐、季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷,经高速搅拌乳化处理30-50分钟,制得水性聚氨酯乳化物;
    (4)向水性聚氨酯乳化物中加入纳米氧化铈、氯化石蜡、滑石粉、抗氧剂TNP等其他剩余成分,在40-50℃和PH为7的条件下,高速剪切搅拌处理聚氨酯乳化物40-60分钟,即可得到环保型阻燃防水水性聚氨酯涂料。
