技术领域
本发明涉及一种防止铸造铁水到处溢流的设备及使用方法，属于铸造设技术领域。
背景技术
随着现代科技的发展，铸造业也是越造越大，目前的铸造基本上都是铁水满后，到处流淌，非常不利于后期收集，是一个急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防止铸造铁水到处溢流的设备及使用方法及使用方法。
本发明要解决的问题是现有铁水到处流淌的不足。
为实现本发明的目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种防止铸造铁水到处溢流的设备及使用方法，包括浇筑道、铸件体、补缩冒口、溢流收集杯、溢流道、滑槽体、轨道、支撑杆、模子、转轴、铸造杯和转动滚轮，所述铸件体左侧设有浇筑道，上部设有补缩冒口，补缩冒口旁设有溢流收集杯，溢流收集杯旁设有溢流道，溢流道下方设有滑槽体，滑槽体内设有轨道，轨道内安装有模子，滑槽体通过支撑杆与铸件体相连接。
所述滑槽体与铸件体的水平夹角为30度，呈倾斜安装。
所述溢流收集杯呈圆环形。
所述模子在灌满铁水后能克服模子与滑槽体的摩擦力自由下落。
所述补缩冒口左侧安装有转动滚轮，转动滚轮四周通过转轴安装有多个铸造杯,铸造杯上部为溢流道。
将铁水通过浇筑道进入铸件体后，多余的铁水会通过补缩冒口进入到溢流收集杯，从而防止了随意扩散，当溢流收集杯铁水太多就会通过溢流道流入到模子中，一旦灌满就会自动脱离，下一个模子自动跟上，铁水也可通过溢流道流入到铸造杯内，一旦满上就在重力的作用下自动转动更换，铸造杯、模子一般设置成工艺品或其他标准件，实现了回收利用。
本发明的优点：本装置实现了后期溢流铁水的自动收集，实现了变废为宝，使用也简单方便，应具有广泛的市场空间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种防止铸造铁水到处溢流的设备及使用方法，包括浇筑道1、铸件体2、补缩冒口3、溢流收集杯4、溢流道5、滑槽体6、轨道7、支撑杆8、模子9、转轴10、铸造杯11和转动滚轮12，所述铸件体2左侧设有浇筑道1，用于灌注铁水；上部设有补缩冒口3，补缩冒口3旁设有溢流收集杯4，使得铁水都进入到溢流收集杯4防止外泄；溢流收集杯4旁设有溢流道5，溢流道5下方设有滑槽体6，滑槽体6内设有轨道7，轨道7内安装有模子9，实现模子9在轨道7上移动不至于脱离，滑槽体6通过支撑杆8与铸件体2相连接；滑槽体6呈框型结构。
所述滑槽体6与铸件体2的水平夹角为30度，呈倾斜安装，使得模子9能顺利的自由滑下。
所述轨道7的长度小于滑槽体6的长度，模子9滑到左侧后能完全脱离轨道7，实现模子9的自动脱离更换。
所述溢流收集杯4呈圆环形。
所述模子9在灌满铁水后能克服模子9与滑槽体6的摩擦力自由下落。
所述补缩冒口3左侧安装有转动滚轮12，转动滚轮12四周通过转轴10安装有多个铸造杯11, 铸造杯11上部为溢流道5，这样溢流道5在左右两边可以同时工作，大大提高效率。
本发明的使用方法：将铁水通过浇筑道1进入铸件体2后，多余的铁水会通过补缩冒口3进入到溢流收集杯4，从而防止了随意扩散，当溢流收集杯4铁水太多就会通过溢流道5流入到模子9中，一旦灌满就会自动脱离，下一个模子9自动跟上，铁水也可通过溢流道5流入到铸造杯11内，一旦满上就在重力的作用下自动转动更换，铸造杯11、模子9一般设置成工艺品或其他标准件，实现了回收利用。

1.一种防止铸造铁水到处溢流的设备，包括浇筑道（1）、铸件体（2）、补缩冒口（3）、溢流收集杯（4）、溢流道（5）、滑槽体（6）、轨道（7）、支撑杆（8）、模子（9）、转轴（10）、铸造杯（11）和转动滚轮（12），其特征是：所述铸件体（2）左侧设有浇筑道（1），上部设有补缩冒口（3），补缩冒口（3）旁设有溢流收集杯（4），溢流收集杯（4）两旁设有溢流道（5），溢流道（5）下方设有滑槽体（6），滑槽体（6）内设有轨道（7），轨道（7）内安装有模子（9），滑槽体（6）通过支撑杆（8）与铸件体（2）相连接；滑槽体（6）与铸件体（2）的水平夹角为30度，呈倾斜安装，溢流收集杯（4）呈圆环形，模子（9）在灌满铁水后能克服模子（9）与滑槽体（6）的摩擦力自由下落，补缩冒口（3）左侧安装有转动滚轮（12），转动滚轮（12）四周通过转轴（10）安装有多个铸造杯（11）, 铸造杯（11）上部为溢流道（5）。
2.一种基于权利要求1所述的一种防止铸造铁水到处溢流设备的使用方法，其特征是：将铁水通过浇筑道（1）进入铸件体（2）后，多余的铁水会通过补缩冒口（3）进入到溢流收集杯（4），从而防止了随意扩散，当溢流收集杯（4）铁水太多就会通过溢流道（5）流入到模子（9）中，一旦灌满就会自动脱离，下一个模子（9）自动跟上，铁水也可通过溢流道（5）流入到铸造杯（11）内，一旦满上就是在重力的作用下自动转动更换，铸造杯（11）、模子（9）一般设置成工艺品或其他标准件，实现了回收利用。
