背景技术
涂料是涂于物体表面能形成具有保护、装饰或特殊性能的固态涂膜的一类液体或固体材料的总称。涂料可以为以树脂或油为主,用有机溶剂或水调制而成的粘稠液体,也可以为固体形态的粉末。根据涂料中的成膜物质不同,涂料可分为醇酸涂料、丙烯酸涂料、环氧涂料和聚氨酯涂料等,其中环氧涂料具有固化方便、附着力强、收缩性低以及具有较好的力学性能和电学性能等优点,适用于配电柜外壳。但目前于配电柜外壳用环氧涂料的耐热性、粘结性能及气密性还满足不了需求,亟待解决。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种耐热耐腐蚀配电柜外壳用环氧涂料,具有极高的热稳定性和耐腐蚀性,不仅气密性能优秀,而且表面附着力极强,同时可有效增强涂抹韧性,涂抹即使遇到强烈撞击也不易破裂。
本发明提出的一种耐热耐腐蚀配电柜外壳用环氧涂料,其原料按重量份包括:双酚A型环氧树脂20-40份,多酚型缩水甘油醚环氧树脂10-20份,酚醛环氧树脂5-15份,氨乙基呱嗪6-14份,成膜助剂1-2份,磷酸三甲酯2-4份,改性石棉2-6份,沸石粉2-4份,云母粉6-10份,玻璃微珠2-4份,多孔粉石英1-6份,粉煤灰2-6份,玉米秆1-4份,膨润土2-5份,炭黑1-4份,磷酸锌5-12份,抗菌剂0.5-1.5份,消泡剂2-4份,聚乙烯醇5-15份,水40-80份。
优选地,改性石棉采用如下工艺制备:将氢氧化钠、无水乙醇、水混合搅拌,加入瓜尔胶原粉室温搅拌,升温,加入3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵搅拌,用盐酸调节体系pH值至呈中性,过滤,洗涤,干燥,加入份石棉、二异辛基磺化琥珀酸钠、水混合搅拌,加入粉煤灰继续搅拌,加入氢氧化钠搅拌,过滤,干燥,粉碎得到改性石棉。
优选地,改性石棉采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将2-6份氢氧化钠、30-60份无水乙醇、40-60份水混合搅拌,加入5-10份瓜尔胶原粉室温搅拌,升温,加入0.5-2.5份3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵搅拌,用盐酸调节体系pH值至呈中性,过滤,洗涤,干燥,加入5-12份石棉、0.5-1份二异辛基磺化琥珀酸钠、80-120份水混合搅拌,加入2-4份粉煤灰继续搅拌,加入0.5-2.5份氢氧化钠搅拌,过滤,干燥,粉碎得到改性石棉。
优选地,改性石棉采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将2-6份氢氧化钠、30-60份无水乙醇、40-60份水混合搅拌20-45min,加入5-10份瓜尔胶原粉室温搅拌50-120min,升温至67-85℃,加入0.5-2.5份3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵搅拌20-35min,用盐酸调节体系pH值至呈中性,过滤,洗涤,干燥,加入5-12份石棉、0.5-1份二异辛基磺化琥珀酸钠、80-120份水混合搅拌3-5h,加入2-4份粉煤灰继续搅拌60-100min,加入0.5-2.5份氢氧化钠搅拌30-60min,过滤,干燥,粉碎得到改性石棉。
优选地,改性石棉、沸石粉、云母粉的重量比为3-5:2.5-3.5:7-9。
优选地,双酚A型环氧树脂、多酚型缩水甘油醚环氧树脂、酚醛环氧树脂、氨乙基呱嗪、成膜助剂、磷酸三甲酯、改性石棉的重量比为25-35:12-18:8-12:8-12:1.2-1.8:2.5-3.5:3-5。
优选地,改性石棉、沸石粉、云母粉、玻璃微珠、多孔粉石英、粉煤灰、玉米秆、膨润土、炭黑、磷酸锌的重量比为3-5:2.5-3.5:7-9:2.5-3.5:2-5:3-5:2-3:3-4:2-3:6-10。
本发明采用常规制备工艺制得。
本发明的改性石棉中,瓜尔胶原粉在氢氧化钠作用下碱化,为3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵提供充足的活性反应位,在瓜尔胶分子上引入大量的醚化基团后使得大分子呈阳离子电解质的性质,破坏了氢键,粘结适中,流动性好,而且表面活性极高,其与二异辛基磺化琥珀酸钠配合作用可有效促使石棉纤维的分散,氢氧化钠与吸附在石棉纤维表面的二异辛基磺化琥珀酸钠作用,而粉煤灰吸附在石棉表面,使改性石棉力学性能好;改性石棉与沸石粉、云母粉、玻璃微珠、多孔粉石英、粉煤灰、玉米秆、膨润土、炭黑、磷酸锌进行配合,相互间分散性能优异,填充性好,再与双酚A型环氧树脂、多酚型缩水甘油醚环氧树脂、酚醛环氧树脂配合,经过氨乙基呱嗪、成膜助剂固化成膜后,不仅气密性能优秀,而且表面附着力极强,耐热性好,但形成的涂膜硬度过高,再配合磷酸三甲酯作用,在保证涂抹硬度满足需求的前提下,可有效增强涂抹韧性,涂抹即使遇到强烈撞击也不易破裂,气密性极佳;另外改性石棉与沸石粉、云母粉配合,内部不仅具有很多空腔与片层状结构,与其他组分具有很强的亲和力,且散热性好,具有极高的热稳定性,可显著增强涂膜的热稳定性、耐腐蚀性及抗压性能。

实施例1
本发明提出的一种耐热耐腐蚀配电柜外壳用环氧涂料,其原料按重量份包括:双酚A型环氧树脂20份,多酚型缩水甘油醚环氧树脂20份,酚醛环氧树脂5份,氨乙基呱嗪14份,成膜助剂1份,磷酸三甲酯4份,改性石棉2份,沸石粉4份,云母粉6份,玻璃微珠4份,多孔粉石英1份,粉煤灰6份,玉米秆1份,膨润土5份,炭黑1份,磷酸锌12份,抗菌剂0.5份,消泡剂4份,聚乙烯醇5份,水80份。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种耐热耐腐蚀配电柜外壳用环氧涂料,其原料按重量份包括:双酚A型环氧树脂40份,多酚型缩水甘油醚环氧树脂10份,酚醛环氧树脂15份,氨乙基呱嗪6份,成膜助剂2份,磷酸三甲酯2份,改性石棉6份,沸石粉2份,云母粉10份,玻璃微珠2份,多孔粉石英6份,粉煤灰2份,玉米秆4份,膨润土2份,炭黑4份,磷酸锌5份,抗菌剂1.5份,消泡剂2份,聚乙烯醇15份,水40份。
改性石棉采用如下工艺制备:将氢氧化钠、无水乙醇、水混合搅拌,加入瓜尔胶原粉室温搅拌,升温,加入3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵搅拌,用盐酸调节体系pH值至呈中性,过滤,洗涤,干燥,加入份石棉、二异辛基磺化琥珀酸钠、水混合搅拌,加入粉煤灰继续搅拌,加入氢氧化钠搅拌,过滤,干燥,粉碎得到改性石棉。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种耐热耐腐蚀配电柜外壳用环氧涂料,其原料按重量份包括:双酚A型环氧树脂25份,多酚型缩水甘油醚环氧树脂18份,酚醛环氧树脂8份,氨乙基呱嗪12份,成膜助剂1.2份,磷酸三甲酯3.5份,改性石棉3份,沸石粉3.5份,云母粉7份,玻璃微珠3.5份,多孔粉石英2份,粉煤灰5份,玉米秆2份,膨润土4份,炭黑2份,磷酸锌10份,抗菌剂0.8份,消泡剂3.5份,聚乙烯醇8份,水70份。
改性石棉采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将2份氢氧化钠、60份无水乙醇、40份水混合搅拌45min,加入5份瓜尔胶原粉室温搅拌120min,升温至67℃,加入2.5份3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵搅拌20min,用盐酸调节体系pH值至呈中性,过滤,洗涤,干燥,加入12份石棉、0.5份二异辛基磺化琥珀酸钠、120份水混合搅拌3h,加入4份粉煤灰继续搅拌60min,加入2.5份氢氧化钠搅拌30min,过滤,干燥,粉碎得到改性石棉。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种耐热耐腐蚀配电柜外壳用环氧涂料,其原料按重量份包括:双酚A型环氧树脂25份,多酚型缩水甘油醚环氧树脂18份,酚醛环氧树脂8份,氨乙基呱嗪12份,成膜助剂1.2份,磷酸三甲酯3.5份,改性石棉3份,沸石粉3.5份,云母粉7份,玻璃微珠3.5份,多孔粉石英2份,粉煤灰5份,玉米秆2份,膨润土4份,炭黑2份,磷酸锌10份,抗菌剂0.8份,消泡剂3.5份,聚乙烯醇8份,水70份。
改性石棉采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将6份氢氧化钠、30份无水乙醇、60份水混合搅拌20min,加入10份瓜尔胶原粉室温搅拌50min,升温至85℃,加入0.5份3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵搅拌35min,用盐酸调节体系pH值至呈中性,过滤,洗涤,干燥,加入5份石棉、1份二异辛基磺化琥珀酸钠、80份水混合搅拌5h,加入2份粉煤灰继续搅拌100min,加入0.5份氢氧化钠搅拌60min,过滤,干燥,粉碎得到改性石棉。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种耐热耐腐蚀配电柜外壳用环氧涂料,其原料按重量份包括:双酚A型环氧树脂30份,多酚型缩水甘油醚环氧树脂15份,酚醛环氧树脂10份,氨乙基呱嗪10份,成膜助剂1.5份,磷酸三甲酯3份,改性石棉4份,沸石粉3份,云母粉8份,玻璃微珠3份,多孔粉石英3份,粉煤灰4份,玉米秆2.5份,膨润土3.4份,炭黑2.5份,磷酸锌8份,抗菌剂1份,消泡剂3份,聚乙烯醇10份,水60份。
改性石棉采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将4份氢氧化钠、45份无水乙醇、50份水混合搅拌,加入8份瓜尔胶原粉室温搅拌,升温,加入1.5份3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵搅拌,用盐酸调节体系pH值至呈中性,过滤,洗涤,干燥,加入8份石棉、0.8份二异辛基磺化琥珀酸钠、100份水混合搅拌,加入3份粉煤灰继续搅拌,加入1.5份氢氧化钠搅拌,过滤,干燥,粉碎得到改性石棉。

1.一种耐热耐腐蚀配电柜外壳用环氧涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:双酚A型环氧树脂20-40份,多酚型缩水甘油醚环氧树脂10-20份,酚醛环氧树脂5-15份,氨乙基呱嗪6-14份,成膜助剂1-2份,磷酸三甲酯2-4份,改性石棉2-6份,沸石粉2-4份,云母粉6-10份,玻璃微珠2-4份,多孔粉石英1-6份,粉煤灰2-6份,玉米秆1-4份,膨润土2-5份,炭黑1-4份,磷酸锌5-12份,抗菌剂0.5-1.5份,消泡剂2-4份,聚乙烯醇5-15份,水40-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐热耐腐蚀配电柜外壳用环氧涂料,其特征在于,改性石棉采用如下工艺制备:将氢氧化钠、无水乙醇、水混合搅拌,加入瓜尔胶原粉室温搅拌,升温,加入3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵搅拌,用盐酸调节体系pH值至呈中性,过滤,洗涤,干燥,加入份石棉、二异辛基磺化琥珀酸钠、水混合搅拌,加入粉煤灰继续搅拌,加入氢氧化钠搅拌,过滤,干燥,粉碎得到改性石棉。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述耐热耐腐蚀配电柜外壳用环氧涂料,其特征在于,改性石棉采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将2-6份氢氧化钠、30-60份无水乙醇、40-60份水混合搅拌,加入5-10份瓜尔胶原粉室温搅拌,升温,加入0.5-2.5份3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵搅拌,用盐酸调节体系pH值至呈中性,过滤,洗涤,干燥,加入5-12份石棉、0.5-1份二异辛基磺化琥珀酸钠、80-120份水混合搅拌,加入2-4份粉煤灰继续搅拌,加入0.5-2.5份氢氧化钠搅拌,过滤,干燥,粉碎得到改性石棉。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述耐热耐腐蚀配电柜外壳用环氧涂料,其特征在于,改性石棉采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将2-6份氢氧化钠、30-60份无水乙醇、40-60份水混合搅拌20-45min,加入5-10份瓜尔胶原粉室温搅拌50-120min,升温至67-85℃,加入0.5-2.5份3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵搅拌20-35min,用盐酸调节体系pH值至呈中性,过滤,洗涤,干燥,加入5-12份石棉、0.5-1份二异辛基磺化琥珀酸钠、80-120份水混合搅拌3-5h,加入2-4份粉煤灰继续搅拌60-100min,加入0.5-2.5份氢氧化钠搅拌30-60min,过滤,干燥,粉碎得到改性石棉。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述耐热耐腐蚀配电柜外壳用环氧涂料,其特征在于,改性石棉、沸石粉、云母粉的重量比为3-5:2.5-3.5:7-9。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述耐热耐腐蚀配电柜外壳用环氧涂料,其特征在于,双酚A型环氧树脂、多酚型缩水甘油醚环氧树脂、酚醛环氧树脂、氨乙基呱嗪、成膜助剂、磷酸三甲酯、改性石棉的重量比为25-35:12-18:8-12:8-12:1.2-1.8:2.5-3.5:3-5。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述耐热耐腐蚀配电柜外壳用环氧涂料,其特征在于,改性石棉、沸石粉、云母粉、玻璃微珠、多孔粉石英、粉煤灰、玉米秆、膨润土、炭黑、磷酸锌的重量比为3-5:2.5-3.5:7-9:2.5-3.5:2-5:3-5:2-3:3-4:2-3:6-10。
