技术领域
本发明涉及用于机动车辆的照明和/或信号指示装置,并且更具体地涉及包括壳体、光导、光导支撑件和用于光导的罩的装置。
背景技术
在已知的照明装置中,不同的区段通过独立的装置被固定到壳体。这使得壳体的结构和壳体的脱模操作复杂化。因为在壳体的内部有限空间中执行大量移动,因此将不同的元件安装在壳体中所牵扯的操作也被复杂化。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提出一种用于机动车辆的照明和/或信号指示装置,该装置不存在这些缺点,该装置可以最小化壳体内部的移动并且简化组装步骤。
本发明的主题是一种用于机动车辆的照明和/或信号指示装置,包括:壳体、光导、光导支撑件、和罩,其中光导支撑件和罩每一个都包括用于卡扣配合在壳体中的凸片,壳体包括用于光导支撑件和罩的卡扣配合包层。
有利地,用于光导支撑件和罩的卡扣配合包层包括侧壁和两个横跨件,所述两个横跨件从侧壁突出以卡扣配合横跨件后面的卡扣配合凸片,卡扣配合凸片分别是光导支撑件的卡扣配合凸片和罩的卡口配合凸片。

具体实施方式
机动车辆的照明和/或信号指示装置的壳体1是复杂的且非对称的形式。
根据本发明,壳体1包括基本平坦的侧壁2,该侧壁2与壳体1的底部3基本成直角。
在使用的构造中,壳体1的底部3是基本竖直的,并且壳体1的开口被定向为朝向车辆的前方。壳体1的开口是形式复杂的,并且由侧壁2的自由缘部4标记。
从壳体的底部3开始,侧壁2支撑从侧壁2朝向壳体1的内部突出的第一横跨件5和第二横跨件6。在示出的示例性实施例中,两个横跨件5和6是彼此平行的,并且基本上平行于壳体1的底部3。两个横跨件5和6被设置成与侧壁2成直角。
在横跨件5和6的从壳体1的开口可以接触到的表面上,横跨件5和6分别支撑至少一个斜面7、8。
两个横跨件5和6与侧壁2基本成直角被容纳在两个隔壁9、10之间。侧壁2、隔壁9、10以及横跨件5和6一起构成了用于光导的罩12和光导支撑件11的卡扣配合包层。在壳体1的底部3和侧壁2的自由缘部4之间,隔壁9、10分别在其通过横跨件5和6的点处倾斜,从而构成用于卡扣配合包层的喇叭形输入开口。

根据本发明的用于机动车辆的照明和/或信号指示装置体现了多个优点。壳体包括用于光导支撑件和罩这两个不同部件的卡扣配合包层。卡扣配合包层具有喇叭形输入开口,该喇叭形输入开口保证了光导支撑件和罩的简易安装和侧向引导。
用于光导支撑件的凸片和罩的凸片的卡扣配合横跨件被设置在相同的侧壁上,并且彼此平行,该横跨件一方面简化了壳体的结构,另一方面保证了在单次移动中用于壳体的简单脱模。
通过卡扣配合来固定光导支撑件和罩保证了部件在壳体中的移动被降低到最小,并且安装部件所需的工具被明显地减小,并且相应的成本降低。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于机动车辆的照明和/或信号指示装置,包括:
壳体(1),
光导(14),
光导支撑件(11),和
罩(12),
其中光导支撑件(11)和罩(12)每一个都包括用于卡扣配合在壳体(1)中的凸片(15、17),壳体(1)包括用于光导支撑件(11)和罩(12)的卡扣配合包层,
其中用于光导支撑件(11)和罩(12)的卡扣配合包层包括侧壁(2)和两个横跨件(5、6),所述两个横跨件从侧壁突出以与卡扣配合凸片(15、17)在所述横跨件(5、6)后面卡扣配合,所述卡扣配合凸片(15、17)分别是光导支撑件(11)的卡扣配合凸片(15)和罩(12)的卡扣配合凸片(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于机动车辆的照明和/或信号指示装置,其中,所述横跨件(5、6)被设置成与侧壁(2)成直角。
