本发明公开了一种抗衰老修复面膜,包括毛叶香茶菜二萜、密蒙花黄酮、木棉花黄酮、甘油、丁二醇、甜菜碱、海藻糖、烟酰胺等成分。面膜中添加天然的毛叶香茶菜二萜、密蒙花黄酮和密蒙花黄酮活性成分,能有效中断过氧化链式反应,清除游离自由基,鳌合金属离子,并调节炎症细胞,达到延缓细胞衰老,修复并预防细胞损伤的功效;另外,密蒙花黄酮能激活其修复基因,促进损伤部位的修复,防止炎症扩大或持续过长,结合毛叶香茶菜调节此过程中激酶与信号素的分泌与转移,间接调节修复和炎症的发生,并调节生物膜流动性,从而增强真皮弹性纤维,稳定细胞结构,达到显著的修复效果;本发明的面膜还能起到保湿、补水和美白作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体涉及一种抗衰老修复面膜。
背景技术
衰老又称为老化,是生命活性中必经阶段。长期受紫外线照射是 导致皮肤衰老的最常见和作用最强的外在因素。紫外线损害的积累造 成皮肤的衰老被称为“光老化”。光老化的特征变化限于光暴露部位, 表现为皮肤暴露部位粗糙略显肥厚、皱纹加深加粗、皮肤角质增厚、 不规则性色素沉着、毛细血管扩张或消失、表皮角化不良及真皮弹性 纤维变性等。目前人们生活比较安定富足,对外貌表观的美化要求 越来越高,因此,抗衰老护肤将是将来一个持续的发展趋势。国内抗 衰老市场已经基本成熟,但其相关产品及服务的发展空间十分巨大。
植物活性成分应用于化妆品已经很常见,但是针对面部抗衰老修 复,且效果显著的面膜较少。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗衰老修复面膜,有较好的 保湿、滋润效果,还能达到显著的抗衰老修复作用。并提供面膜的制 备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下的技术方案:
一种抗衰老修复面膜包括质量百分比为0.3-6%的植物组合物;其 中,所述植物组合物由毛叶香茶菜二萜、密蒙花黄酮、木棉花黄酮组 成,且毛叶香茶菜二萜、密蒙花黄酮、木棉花黄酮的重量比为 (0.1-2):(0.1-2):(0.1-2)。
所述毛叶香茶菜二萜的制备方法包括以下步骤:将毛叶香茶菜洗 净烘干,粉碎过40-60目筛,按料液比1:10-20加入50-80%乙醇浸泡 过夜,超声提取10-30min,提取频率80-120Hz,温度40-60℃,提取 3次,过滤,合并滤液后减压浓缩干燥,得到毛叶香茶菜二萜。
所述密蒙花黄酮的制备方法包括以下步骤:将密蒙花洗净干燥, 粉碎过40-60目筛,按料液比1:20-30加入50-70%乙醇,于45-65℃ 条件下恒温水浴提取1-3h,过滤,滤液经减压浓缩干燥,得到密蒙花 黄酮。
所述木棉花黄酮的制备方法包括以下步骤:将木棉花洗净干燥, 粉碎过40-60目筛,按料液比1:25-35加入50-70%乙醇,超声提取 20-40min,超声功率400-500W,温度20-40℃,过滤,滤液经减压浓 缩干燥,得到木棉花黄酮。
所述面膜还包括以下成分:甘油2-8%、丁二醇10-20%、甜菜碱 1-6%、海藻糖2-6%、烟酰胺0.05-0.2%、羟苯甲酯0.5-2%、泛醇0.5-1.5、 尿囊素0.1-0.5%、纤维素0.2-1%、透明质酸钠0.05-0.1%、黄原胶 0.01-0.1%、芦芭胶0.1-0.5%、苯氧乙醇0.3-1%、去离子水余量。
本发明还提供一种抗衰老修复面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤: (1)将甘油、丁二醇、甜菜碱、海藻糖、烟酰胺、黄原胶、羟苯甲 酯、泛醇、尿囊素、纤维素、透明质酸钠、芦芭胶、去离子水,加入 搅拌锅中加热至80-85℃,搅拌溶解完全;
(2)降温至45-55℃,加入上述植物组合物、苯氧乙醇,搅拌至溶解 完全、冷却出料。
对本发明的植物活性成分作如下介绍:
毛叶香茶菜提取物包括萜类化合物、苯丙素、甾体类等多种活性 成分。毛叶香茶菜中丰富的二萜类化合物能有效抑制微生物繁殖,其 原因为二萜化合物的结构单元能与微生物活性基团结合,进而产生抗 菌活性;能通过调节激酶和信号素,进而可以间接调节各种炎症。对 于细胞氧化损伤,二萜类化合物能减少脂质过氧化引起的不良产物积 累,预防进一步的过氧化链式反应,同时能延缓衰老细胞的生物膜流 动性下降,有效清除过量的自由基,进一步减少氧化损伤。
密蒙花提取物含有黄酮类、苯乙醇苷类、皂苷类、环烯醚萜类等 活性物质。其中黄酮类为主要活性物质。密蒙花黄酮能激活细胞修复 相关基因,同时抑制过度表达的炎症基因,能有效修复受损细胞并防 止损伤扩大。由于密蒙花黄酮含有多个强还原基团,能作为氢供体提 供出游离质子,与自由基结合,减少游离自由基对细胞内其他物质与 结构造成损伤。
木棉花提取物具有多种功能活性成分,如黄酮、多酚、多糖、花 青素及各种矿物质元素,具有消炎抗微生物、预防细胞损伤,抗氧化 抗衰老等功效,其中主要活性物质为木棉花黄酮。木棉花中的黄酮类 化合物含量较髙,具有较强的抗氧化活性,对体内的自由基有较强的 清除作用。木棉花黄酮中,含有丰富的酚羟基,能有效提高抗氧化酶 的活性,同时降低脂质过氧化产物的含量。此外木棉花黄酮与金属离 子能发生鳌合作用,形成稳定螯合物,防止金属离子与细胞内其他物 质互相影响产生自由基。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:(1)本发明的面膜中 添加天然的毛叶香茶菜二萜、密蒙花黄酮和密蒙花黄酮活性成分,能 有效中断过氧化链式反应,清除游离自由基,鳌合金属离子,并调节 炎症细胞,达到延缓细胞衰老,修复并预防细胞损伤的功效;(2)另 外,密蒙花黄酮能激活其修复基因,促进损伤部位的修复,防止炎症 扩大或持续过长,结合毛叶香茶菜调节此过程中激酶与信号素的分泌 与转移,间接调节修复和炎症的发生,并调节生物膜流动性,从而增 强真皮弹性纤维,稳定细胞结构,达到显著的修复效果;(3)本发明 的面膜不仅能抗衰老,修复肌肤,还能起到保湿、补水和美白作用; (4)本发明的面膜安全、温和,各项卫生指标和和感官指标皆理想。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
本发明实施例1-5本发明抗衰老修复面膜配方见表1

上述毛叶香茶菜二萜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将毛叶香茶菜洗净烘干,粉碎过40目筛,按料液比1:15加入70%乙 醇浸泡过夜,超声提取20min,提取频率100Hz,温度50℃,提取3 次,过滤,合并滤液后减压浓缩干燥,得到毛叶香茶菜二萜。
上述密蒙花黄酮的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将密蒙花洗净干燥,粉碎过40目筛,按料液比1:25加入70%乙醇, 于60℃条件下恒温水浴提取2h,过滤,滤液经减压浓缩干燥,得到 密蒙花黄酮。
上述木棉花黄酮的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将木棉花洗净干燥,粉碎过40目筛,按料液比1:30加入70%乙醇, 超声提取30min,超声功率450W,温度40℃,过滤,滤液经减压浓 缩干燥,得到木棉花黄酮。
实施例1-5一种抗衰老修复面膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(3)将甘油、丁二醇、甜菜碱、海藻糖、烟酰胺、黄原胶、羟苯甲 酯、泛醇、尿囊素、纤维素、透明质酸钠、芦芭胶、去离子水,加入 搅拌锅中加热至85℃,搅拌溶解完全;
(4)降温至50℃,加入上述植物组合物、苯氧乙醇,搅拌至溶解完 全、冷却出料。
对比例1
与实施例1的区别是未加入毛叶香茶菜二萜,其他制备条件和方法与 实施例1相同。
对比例2
与实施例1的区别是未加入密蒙花黄酮,其他制备条件和方法与实施 例1相同。
对比例3
与实施例1的区别是未加入木棉花黄酮,其他制备条件和方法与实施 例1相同。
对比例4
与实施例1的区别是未加入植物组合物,其他制备条件和方法与实施
例1相同。
抗炎症能力测试
皮肤抗炎测试:通过肉眼观察,选取皮肤被蚊虫叮咬出现发炎现象的 患者,观察使用效果。选取150个试用者,在湿度相同的环境中,分 为10组,每组15人,分别采用一组对照组(市售的宣称具有抗炎功 效的面膜),9组实验组(实施例1-5和对比例1-4),每日使用两次, 每次一小时,三天后测试结果如表2所示

上表数据表明实施例1-5的抗炎症能力明显高于对比例和对照组,可 见本发明抗衰老修复面膜中添加的植物组合物具有优异的抗炎症能 力,三种成分协同发挥功效,调节炎症细胞,促进损伤部位的修复。 保湿抗衰老功效试验
选取15-60岁的志愿者150名,分为10组,每组15人,分别采用一 组对照组(市售的宣称具有保湿抗衰老功效的面膜),9组实验组(实 施例1-5和对比例1-4),每晚洁面后使用,并加以适当按摩,连续坚 持使用30天,观察记录皮肤情况,结果如表3所示

从表3结果可知,实施例1-5和对比例1-4制得的本发明抗衰老修复 面膜对皮肤均匀不同程度的保湿补水、抗衰老效果。从实验数据来看, 实施例1-5的效果均优于对比例和对照组面膜,对比例4为在与实施 例1配方其他成分相同的情况下未添加植物组合物的抗衰老修复面 膜,从数据中可见其效果明显下降。由此可见,添加植物组合物的本 发明抗衰老修复面膜,对皮肤具有较佳的抗衰老,保湿,修复功效。 以上实施例仅说明本发明的实施方案,并没有对本发明有任何形式上 的限制;任何从事本专业的技术人员,都有能力利用揭示的技术内容 作出一些更动或修饰,成为等同变化的等效实施例,根据本发明技术 实质,对本发明进行简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均属于本发明技术 方案的范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种抗衰老修复面膜,其特征在于,所述面膜包括质量百分比为0.3-6%的植物组合物;
其中,所述植物组合物由毛叶香茶菜二萜、密蒙花黄酮、木棉花黄酮组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗衰老修复面膜,其特征在于,所述毛叶香茶菜二萜、密蒙花黄酮、木棉花黄酮的重量比为(0.1-2):(0.1-2):(0.1-2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗衰老修复面膜,其特征在于,所述毛叶香茶菜二萜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将毛叶香茶菜洗净烘干,粉碎过40-60目筛,按料液比1:10-20加入50-80%乙醇浸泡过夜,超声提取10-30min,提取频率80-120Hz,温度40-60℃,提取3次,过滤,合并滤液后减压浓缩干燥,得到毛叶香茶菜二萜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗衰老修复面膜,其特征在于,所述密蒙花黄酮的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将密蒙花洗净干燥,粉碎过40-60目筛,按料液比1:20-30加入50-70%乙醇,于45-65℃条件下恒温水浴提取1-3h,过滤,滤液经减压浓缩干燥,得到密蒙花黄酮。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗衰老修复面膜,其特征在于,所述木棉花黄酮的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将木棉花洗净干燥,粉碎过40-60目筛,按料液比1:25-35加入50-70%乙醇,超声提取20-40min,超声功率400-500W,温度20-40℃,过滤,滤液经减压浓缩干燥,得到木棉花黄酮。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗衰老修复面膜,其特征在于,所述面膜还包括以下成分:
甘油2-8%、丁二醇10-20%、甜菜碱1-6%、海藻糖2-6%、烟酰胺0.05-0.2%、羟苯甲酯0.5-2%、泛醇0.5-1.5、尿囊素0.1-0.5%、纤维素0.2-1%、透明质酸钠0.05-0.1%、黄原胶0.01-0.1%、芦芭胶0.1-0.5%、苯氧乙醇0.3-1%、去离子水余量。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述抗衰老修复面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将甘油、丁二醇、甜菜碱、海藻糖、烟酰胺、黄原胶、羟苯甲酯、泛醇、尿囊素、纤维素、透明质酸钠、芦芭胶、去离子水,加入搅拌锅中加热至80-85℃,搅拌溶解完全;
(2)降温至45-55℃,加入如权利要求1所述植物组合物、苯氧乙醇,搅拌至溶解完全、冷却出料。
