Abstract
本发明公开了一种祛味滋养洗发水及其制备方法。本发明的洗发水是由下述原料制成:黄芩提取物0.1~5%、积雪草提取物0.1~5%、石栗籽提取物0.1~5%、菟丝子提取物0.1~5%、茶籽油0.1~2.5%、蓖麻油酸锌0.1~5%、丙二醇0.5~5%、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠10~30%、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠10~50%、椰油酰基丙氨酸钠10~30%、辛基/癸基葡糖苷0.5~5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5~20%、PEG‑120甲基葡糖三硬脂酸酯0.1~5%、丙二醇月桂酸酯0.1~5%、聚季铵盐‑10 0.1~1%、山梨醇聚醚‑40四油酸酯0.1~1.5%、甘油0.1~15%、EDTA‑2Na 0.1~0.5%、氯化钠0.1~3%、柠檬酸0.01~2%、香精0.1~1%、防腐剂0.1~2%,余量为水。本发明产品质量稳定、香气宜人,可去头发异味,并有效抑制头屑生产,柔顺秀发。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗发组合物,属于日用化妆品领域,具体涉及一种祛味洗滋养发水及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗发香波作为快消产品,近年发展迅速,据报道2014年中国洗发水市场销售额达到286.75亿元。洗发香波除清洁功效,主要还有去屑止痒、柔顺修复等附加功能。随着生活水平的提高,烫、染发风靡全国。烫、染后一至数周头发残留的烫、染发剂散发着不愉悦的气味。残留的化学物质气味刺鼻、易引起流涕或过敏。
因此,开发一款具有去除烫、染残留剂的洗发水,将会具有广阔的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种祛味滋养洗发水,其可有效去除异味气味,特别适用于烫、染后的残留化学物质引起的气味,减少烫、染后过敏。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种上述祛味滋养洗发水的制备方法,制备的产品质量稳定、香气宜人,可去头发异味,并有效抑制头屑生产,柔顺秀发。
本发明是通过以下技术方案以实现上述目的。
一种祛味滋养洗发水,由以下重量百分比计的原料制成:
黄芩提取物0.1~5%、积雪草提取物0.1~5%、石栗籽提取物0.1~5%、菟丝子提取物0.1~5%、茶籽油0.1~2.5%、蓖麻油酸锌0.1~5%、丙二醇0.5~5%、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠10~30%、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠10~50%、椰油酰基丙氨酸钠10~30%、辛基/癸基葡糖苷0.5~5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5~20%、PEG-120甲基葡糖三硬脂酸酯0.1~5%、丙二醇月桂酸酯0.1~5%、聚季铵盐-10 0.1~1%、山梨醇聚醚-40四油酸酯0.1~1.5%、甘油0.1~15%、EDTA-2Na0.1~0.5%、氯化钠0.1~3%、柠檬酸0.01~2%、香精0.1~1%、防腐剂0.1~2%,余量为水。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述的祛味滋养洗发水,按重量百分比计,由以下原料制成:
植物提取物1~4%、茶籽油0.8~2.0%、蓖麻油酸锌0.5~3.5%、丙二醇1~4%、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠10~20%、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠15~35%、椰油酰基丙氨酸钠15~25%、辛基/癸基葡糖苷1~5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10~15%、PEG-120甲基葡糖三硬脂酸酯0.5~1.0%、丙二醇月桂酸酯1.5%、聚季铵盐-10 0.5%、山梨醇聚醚-40四油酸酯0.5~1.0%、甘油5~10%、EDTA-2Na 0.1~0.3%、氯化钠0.8~2.5%、柠檬酸0.3~1.8%、香精0.25~0.5%、防腐剂0.6~1.5%,余量为水。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述祛味滋养洗发水由以下重量百分比计的原料制成:
植物提取物4%、茶籽油2%、蓖麻油酸锌1%、丙二醇3%、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠10%、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠15%、椰油酰基丙氨酸钠15%、辛基/癸基葡糖苷1%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%、PEG-120甲基葡糖三硬脂酸酯1.5%、丙二醇月桂酸酯1.5%、聚季铵盐-100.5%、山梨醇聚醚-40四油酸酯0.5%、甘油4%、EDTA-2Na 0.1%、氯化钠0.8%、柠檬酸0.3%、香精0.25%、防腐剂0.6%,水28.95%。
进一步的,所述植物提取物为黄芩提取物0.1~5%、积雪草提取物0.1~5%、石栗籽提取物0.1~5%、菟丝子提取物0.1~5%四种成分的组合。
进一步的,所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇与乙基己基甘油的混合物,苯氧乙醇与乙基己基甘油的重量比为9:1。
本发明还提供了一种上述祛味洗发水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将黄芩提取物、积雪草提取物、石栗籽提取物、菟丝子提取物、茶籽油,蓖麻油酸锌加入丙二醇中,搅拌均匀,制备成祛味组合物,备用;
2)在反应锅中加入足量的水,开启搅拌,将EDTA-2Na加入水中;
3)加入主表面活性剂(包含:椰油酰基甘氨酸钠、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰基丙氨酸钠、辛基/癸基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、PEG-120甲基葡糖三硬脂酸酯、丙二醇月桂酸酯、山梨醇聚醚-40四油酸酯、甘油),加热至75℃左右,搅拌至溶解;
4)体系降温至55~65℃,加入预先用水分散好的聚季铵盐-10,并搅拌均匀;
5)体系降温至35~45℃,然后向体系中加入氯化钠、柠檬酸、香精,搅拌至完全溶解,调节pH至5.5~6.5;
6)加入步骤1)的祛味组合物,搅拌均匀,最后加入防腐剂,搅拌均匀即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优势在于:
1)本发明祛味洗发水祛味效果强,对硫氢化物、硫醇、硫醚、异硫氰酸和氨等的臭味去除率达98%,特别适用于新烫染过的头发护理。
2)本发明祛味洗发水具有抑菌效果,对金黄色葡萄球菌作用30min,对大肠埃希菌作用20min,对白色念球菌作用40min,杀灭率均达99.9%以上。
3)本发明祛味洗发水具有保湿、滋润、乌发养颜功能,用于护发,可防头发断裂和脱发;同时本发明祛味洗发水温和无刺激性,特别适合有头屑和头皮敏感用户,有助于其缓解症状,可推广应用。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式进一步描述本发明,但本发明不仅仅限于以下实施例。在本发明的范围内或者在不脱离本发明的内容、精神和范围内,对本发明所述的祛味洗发水及其制备方法进行适当改进、替换功效相同的组分,对于本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,它们都被视为包括在本发明的范围之内。
除非特别说明,本发明的所有百分数都以组合物的质量百分含量计算,所有比例均为质量百分比。
以下原料组分均为市售产品;以下黄芩提取物、积雪草提取物、石栗籽提取物、菟丝子提取物四种植物提取物及茶籽油,蓖麻油酸锌,丙二醇构成祛味组合物;且所述提取物可以是提取液成分。
一种祛味滋养洗发水的制备方法,包含如下表1所示的各原料组分:

对比例1相较于实施例1未添加植物提取液,对比列2相较于实施例2未添加蓖麻油酸锌和茶籽油,对比例3相较于实施例3未添加蓖麻油酸锌。
实施例1中的祛味洗发水按以下步骤制备:
1)将黄芩提取物、积雪草提取物、石栗籽提取物、菟丝子提取物、茶籽油,蓖麻油酸锌加入丙二醇中,搅拌均匀,制备成祛味组合物,备用;
2)在反应锅中加入足量的水,开启搅拌,将EDTA-2Na加入水中;
3)加入主表面活性剂(包含:椰油酰基甘氨酸钠、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰基丙氨酸钠、辛基/癸基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、PEG-120甲基葡糖三硬脂酸酯、丙二醇月桂酸酯、山梨醇聚醚-40四油酸酯、甘油),加热至75℃左右,搅拌至溶解;
4)体系降温至60℃,加入预先用水分散好的聚季铵盐-10,并搅拌均匀;
5)体系降温至40℃,然后向体系中加入氯化钠、柠檬酸、香精,搅拌至完全溶解,调节pH至6。
6)加入步骤1)的祛味组合物,搅拌均匀,最后加入防腐剂,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例2~3和对比例1~3制备步骤与实施例1类似。
以下为效果试验例部分的内容。
1、祛味洗发水祛味实验
实验方法:
将10g测试样品放于可密封瓶子中,加入10mL氨水或通入10mL硫化氢,密封好,放置10min,顶空进样5微升,用气相色谱测试去除后氨水和硫化氢的剩余量,同时以无祛味组合物的洗发水做空白对照,产品的对氨水和硫化氢的去除率已扣除对照组去除量。
测试结果见下表2所示。

从表2数据可知,实施例1祛味洗发水对氨水及硫化氢的去除率最好,说明该配比较合理。
对比例1相较于实施例1未添加植物提取液,对比列2相较于实施例2未添加蓖麻油酸锌和茶籽油,对比例3相较于实施例3未添加蓖麻油酸锌。
对比例2和对比例3的祛味洗发水对氨水和硫化氢的去除率非常低,说明蓖麻油酸锌对氨水、硫化氢等有很强的去除效果,植物提取液和茶树油对其祛味效果有协同增效作用。
2、祛味洗发水抑菌实验
以下为表3为本发明祛味洗发水的抑菌效果(抑菌率/%)。

备注:作用时间为5min,作用浓度为1:1。
由上表3可得,本发明实施例1~3洗发水的抑菌效果好,对大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的杀灭率达95%,达到《抗抑菌洗涤剂》标准中抑菌率≥90%的要求,因此本发明祛味洗发水对对马拉色菌有极强的抑制作用,能有效去屑。其中实施例1的抑菌率最高,说明实施例1各组分和配比协同作用最强。对比例1洗发水中不含植物提取物,对比例2洗发水仅含有植物提取物,其抑菌率相比于实施例1~3的都要低,说明本发明植物提取物与茶籽油和蓖麻油酸锌存在很强的协同作用,三者复配可起很强的抑菌作用。
3、祛味洗发水消费者试用实验
实验方法:将实施例1~3及对比例1~3的祛味洗发水,招募一周内烫染过头发或头发头皮容易有异味或有头屑的志愿者各30人,试用两周,依据去屑、除异味效果进行评价打分,有明显效果的打5分,无改善的打1分。

由上面表4的结构可以看出,对比例1洗发水中不含植物提取物,保湿护发及温和性均明显差于实施例1~3,对比例2洗发水仅含有植物提取物,其去屑及祛味效果相比于实施例1~3的都要低,说明本发明植物提取物与茶籽油和蓖麻油酸锌存在很强的协同作用,三者复配可起很强的祛味去屑及护发作用。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,故凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (6)
1.一种祛味滋养洗发水,其特征在于:以质量百分比计,包含以下各组分
植物提取物0.1~5%、茶籽油0.1~2.5%、蓖麻油酸锌0.1~5%、丙二醇0.5~5%、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠10~30%、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠10~50%、椰油酰基丙氨酸钠10~30%、辛基/癸基葡糖苷0.5~5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5~20%、PEG-120甲基葡糖三硬脂酸酯0.1~5%、丙二醇单月桂酸酯0.1~5%、聚季铵盐-10 0.1~1%、山梨醇聚醚-40 四油酸酯0.1~1.5%、甘油0.1~15%、EDTA-2Na 0.1~0.5%、氯化钠0.1~3%、柠檬酸0.01~2%、香精0.1~1%、防腐剂0.1~2%,余量为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的祛味滋养洗发水,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,由以下原料制成:
植物提取物1~4%、茶籽油0.8~2.0%、蓖麻油酸锌0.5~3.5%、丙二醇1~4%、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠10~20%、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠15~35%、椰油酰基丙氨酸钠15~25%、辛基/癸基葡糖苷1~5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10~15%、PEG-120甲基葡糖三硬脂酸酯0.5~1.0%、丙二醇月桂酸酯1.5%、聚季铵盐~10 0.5%、山梨醇聚醚~40 四油酸酯0.5~1.0%、甘油5~10%、EDTA-2Na 0.1~0.3%、氯化钠0.8~2.5%、柠檬酸0.3~1.8%、香精0.25~0.5%、防腐剂0.6~1.5%,余量为水。
3.如权利要求2所述的祛味滋养洗发水,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,由以下原料制成:
植物提取物4%、茶籽油2%、蓖麻油酸锌1%、丙二醇3%、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠10%、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠15%、椰油酰基丙氨酸钠15%、辛基/癸基葡糖苷1%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%、PEG-120甲基葡糖三硬脂酸酯1.5%、丙二醇月桂酸酯1.5%、聚季铵盐-10 0.5%、山梨醇聚醚-40 四油酸酯0.5%、甘油4%、EDTA-2Na 0.1%、氯化钠0.8%、柠檬酸0.3%、香精0.25%、防腐剂0.6%,水28.95%。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的祛味滋养洗发水,其特征在于:所述植物提取物为黄芩提取物0.1~5%、积雪草提取物0.1~5%、石栗籽提取物0.1~5%、菟丝子提取物0.1~5%四种成分的组合。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的祛味滋养洗发水,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇与甲基异噻唑啉酮的混合物,苯氧乙醇与甲基异噻唑啉酮的重量比为9:1。
6.权利要求5所述的祛味滋养洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将黄芩提取物、积雪草提取物、石栗籽提取物、菟丝子提取物、茶籽油,蓖麻油酸锌加入丙二醇中,搅拌均匀,制备成祛味组合物,备用;
2)在反应锅中加入足量的水,开启搅拌,将EDTA-2Na加入水中;
3)加入主表面活性剂(包含:椰油酰基甘氨酸钠、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰基丙氨酸钠、辛基/癸基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、PEG-120甲基葡糖三硬脂酸酯、丙二醇月桂酸酯、山梨醇聚醚-40四油酸酯、甘油),加热至75℃左右,搅拌至溶解;
