Abstract
一种自动排水挤出机,包括料筒及内置于料筒内的螺杆,料筒从左往右由固定连接的第一分段、第二分段及第三分段组成,第三分段的右侧加工有一进料口,第一分段的右侧上部加工有第一连接孔,第二分段的左侧上部加工有第二连接孔,第一连接孔及第二连接孔之间为连通管道,螺杆包括加工在其上的正向螺绫及反向螺绫,正向螺绫的位置与第一连接孔、第二连接孔对应;装置通过螺杆的螺绫的正反向设计,使得挤压的压力值达到极大值,装置不需要额外的辅热设施来促进物料的塑化,装置简化了结构,降低了制造成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及螺杆挤出装置,具体涉及一种自动排水挤出机。
背景技术
废旧塑料制品、薄膜不易降解,污染环境,一般通过螺杆挤出装置将其回收二次挤出并再生造粒,挤出物料可分为进料、输送、塑化、发泡、出料几个工序,为了提高塑化的效果及排除水分,现有的螺杆挤出装置,无论单螺杆、双螺杆或者多螺杆装置,都会采用双机子的结构,即在第一台挤出机中初次塑化后通过加热通道再进入到第二台挤出机中进行再挤压,塑化。这样使得生产的成本高,占地面积大。
发明内容
针对上述问题中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种自动排水挤出机。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种自动排水挤出机,包括料筒及内置于所述料筒内的螺杆,所述料筒从左往右由固定连接的第一分段、第二分段及第三分段组成,所述第三分段的右侧加工有一进料口,所述第一分段的右侧上部加工有第一连接孔,所述第二分段的左侧上部加工有第二连接孔,所述第一连接孔及所述第二连接孔之间为连通管道,所述螺杆包括加工在其上的正向螺绫及反向螺绫,所述正向螺绫的位置与所述第一连接孔、所述第二连接孔对应。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一分段与所述第一连接孔处加工导流段,所述导流段为半径递减的斜面。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一连接孔的尺寸大于所述连通管道的内径,并在所述第一连接孔处形成物料的释压区。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第三分段的底部与所述进料口对应加工有疏水孔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第三分段与所述第二分段之间还存在内径递减的缩径段。
本发明的有益效果为:
螺杆上加工正向螺绫及反向螺绫,通过正向螺绫及反向螺绫的相对挤压,物料的塑化非常充分,同时使塑化的物料产生一个往后的力,使得物料塑化后由连通管道输出,物料在连通管道内实新压力的释放,再重新进入到挤压出料段,实新两次进料。装置通过螺杆的螺绫的正反向设计,使得挤压的压力值达到极大值,装置不需要额外的辅热设施来促进物料的塑化,装置简化了结构,降低了制造成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明实施例的一种自动排水挤出机,包括料筒2及内置于料筒2内的螺杆1,料筒2从左往右由固定连接的第一分段21、第二分段22及第三分段23组成,第三分段23的右侧加工有一进料口231,第一分段21的右侧上部加工有第一连接孔211,第一分段21与第一连接孔211处加工导流段212,导流段212为半径递减的斜面(参见图2,导流段的设计使得二次进料更加柔顺,使得挤压的力波动范围更小);第二分段22的左侧上部加工有第二连接孔221,第一连接孔211及第二连接孔221之间为连通管道3,第一连接孔211的尺寸大于连通管道3的内径,并在第一连接孔211处形成物料的释压区,螺杆1包括加工在其上的正向螺绫11及反向螺绫12,正向螺绫11的位置与第一连接孔221、第二连接孔221对应;第三分段23的底部与进料口231对应加工有疏水孔232,第三分段23与第二分段22之间还存在内径递减的缩径段233(参见图3、图4,此处的缩径段设计使得进料的压力变大,原料中的大部分水分被挤压从疏水孔流出)。
螺杆上加工正向螺绫及反向螺绫,通过正向螺绫及反向螺绫的相对挤压,物料的塑化非常充分,同时使塑化的物料产生一个往后的力,使得物料塑化后由连通管道输出,物料在连通管道内实新压力的释放,再重新进入到挤压出料段,实新两次进料。装置通过螺杆的螺绫的正反向设计,使得挤压的压力值达到极大值,装置不需要额外的辅热设施来促进物料的塑化,装置简化了结构,降低了制造成本。
具体使用时,为方便理解本发明,结合附图进行描述;
将废旧的塑料或者薄膜清洗干净后在进料口加入,螺杆转动带动物料往左输送,在第三分段的缩径段,由于料筒的内壁的尺寸减小,物料受到挤压,水分被挤出由疏水孔排出,螺杆为变径变距螺杆,在螺杆的输送过程中,物料发生摩擦发热,部分溶解,在第二连接孔处,正向螺纹与反向螺纹产生相反的输送方向,压力达到极大值,物料输送至第二连接孔下方时完全塑化并进入连通管道,之后物料经连通轨道到达第一连接孔,由于第一连接孔的尺寸大于连通管道的内径,物料排出连通管道后迅速释压,之后由第一分段内的螺杆将物料挤出,后续可以通过造粒机的作用使得物料再生造粒。

1.一种自动排水挤出机,包括料筒(2)及内置于所述料筒(2)内的螺杆(1),所述料筒(2)从左往右由固定连接的第一分段(21)、第二分段(22)及第三分段(23)组成,所述第三分段(23)的右侧加工有一进料口(231),其特征在于:所述第一分段(21)的右侧上部加工有第一连接孔(211),所述第二分段(22)的左侧上部加工有第二连接孔(221),所述第一连接孔(211)及所述第二连接孔(221)之间为连通管道(3),所述螺杆(1)包括加工在其上的正向螺绫(11)及反向螺绫(12),所述正向螺绫(11)的位置与所述第一连接孔(221)、所述第二连接孔(221)对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动排水挤出机,其特征在于:所述第一分段(21)与所述第一连接孔(211)处加工导流段(212),所述导流段(212)为半径递减的斜面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动排水挤出机,其特征在于:所述第一连接孔(211)的尺寸大于所述连通管道(3)的内径,并在所述第一连接孔(211)处形成物料的释压区。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动排水挤出机,其特征在于:所述第三分段(23)的底部与所述进料口(231)对应加工有疏水孔(232)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动排水挤出机,其特征在于:所述第三分段(23)与所述第二分段(22)之间还存在内径递减的缩径段(233)。
