目前,随着科学技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高,微量元素在人体内的生理活动中所起的作用越引起人们特别是医学界和营养学界的重视。钙、铁、锌在人体生理过程中所起的重要作用已为大多数人所共知,铬、铜、锰等在人体生理活动中所起的防癌、抗癌及防治心血管疾病的作用同样引起医学界和其他领域科学家的极大兴趣。50年代末,Mertz等提出3价铬是葡萄糖耐量因子的中心活性成分。1969年Mertz等人总结了3价铬的生理功能:(1)动物缺铬可以造成糖耐量受损或发展成糖尿病、高血脂症、动脉硬化及寿命缩短。补铬有逆转上述现象的作用;(2)3价铬能与胰岛素及线粒体膜受体之间形成三元复合物而促进胰岛素发挥作用(“实用糖尿病学,蒋国彦,人民卫生出版社,92年第一版,123页)。30多年来的国内外大量研究证明;铬是正常糖代谢及脂代谢必需的微量元素,饮食中铬缺乏和Ⅱ型糖尿病、心脑血管疾病有密切关系。Punsar对芬兰长期饮用铬含量很低的水和长期饮用铬含量较高的水的两地区的居民进行了十年追踪调查,证明长期饮用低铬水的居民冠心病发病率和死亡率均高于饮用高铬水的居民(“微量元素铬与冠心病及血脂文系研究”崔金山、刘道荣等,全国第四届医学微量元素学术会议论文集,第96页)。1981年Rialos和Albrink对高血脂患者用氯化铬补铬后,受试者血清甘油三酯减少,HDL-C增加,与安慰组比较有统计学意义,Glinsmann给糖尿病人每天用三氯化铬供180-1000ug的铬,几个月后75%的人葡萄糖耐量明显改善,25%的人葡萄糖耐量曲线轻微降低,Anderson对26名正常老年人每天用氯化铬从饮食中供200ug铬,对其糖耐量进行双盲交叉研究,三个月为一疗程,结果其中糖耐量受损者糖耐量明显改善(“实用糖尿病学”蒋国彦,人民卫生出版社92年9月第一版,1238页)。1988年华西医科大学梁荩忠对12例用胰岛素治疗效果欠佳的糖尿病人加用三价铬治疗,2个月后病人空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇明显改善,(华西医科大学学报,1988,19(4),413);北京医院蒋国彦等在临床研究中证明:三价铬是Ⅱ型糖尿病人良好的营养补充剂,给Ⅱ型糖尿病人补铬能增加胰岛素的生物活性,改善病人的糖耐量,(实用糖尿病学,130-139页蒋国彦主编1992年10月人民卫生出版社)。
世界著名医学微量元素专家美国医学博士H.A施罗德(Schroedler)预言:组织内铬多的人及体内铅少的人,都有可能活到90至110岁。近年来美国试用3价铬防治动脉硬化,已取得了较好的效果,一部分糖尿病患者补铬后疗效明显,Ⅱ型糖尿病患者补铬后胰岛素用量大为减少,有人断言,铬的这种作用将为糖尿病的治疗开辟一人很有希望的前景。
人体中微量元素铜对体内许多重要酶和激素具有生物催化作用,世界著名营养学家凯勒维认为:身体缺铜是唯一同时促使胆固醇、血压、尿酸升高并影响糖耐量而引起心脏异常的因素。北京中日友好医院用铜剂与和血化瘀中药组成方剂应用于临床癌症病人抑制率达76.6%存活期延长44.6%,(93年全国第四届医学微量元素学术会议论文集,第187页)。
体内微量元素锰是人体内精氨酸酶的组成分,体内有百种酶可由锰激活,身体锰缺乏能引起DNA构象发生变化,从而降低其转录的精确性而导致胎儿畸形,骨质疏松症患者大多都伴随着锰缺乏,美国生理学家索尔特曼指出:正常的成骨需要一种叫作粘多糖的物质,而粘多糖的形成必需由锰参加,锰缺乏骨组织就不能很好地合成,中国医科大学孙长伏等在骨缺损、骨再植、异体骨移植临床手术实践中证明:手术后补充锰有助于创伤的愈合。锰还与糖皮质激素、性激素和S-羟色胺等激素的作用有密切关系,所以身体锰缺乏还可能导致性机能衰引。上海医科大学李翰芳等用动物实验证明,微量元素铬、铜、锰、对高脂肪食物引起脂肪肝和心血管疾病、动脉硬化有明显的改善和治疗作用。(全国第三届医学微量元素学术论文集第39页)。
目前,对人体内微量元素铬、铜、锰的补充,医务人员采用的是这些元素的无机盐如三氯化铬、硫酸铜、硫酸锰等,这些都属于强酸弱碱盐,存在着(1)生物利用率低;(2)强酸根对粘膜有刺激作用;(3)易发生水解生成沉淀,因而稳定性差。
本发明的目的在于提供一种极易被人体吸收,毒副作用甚微,及时补充人体内铬、铜、锰微量元素,起到防癌、抗癌尤其是对老年人心血管疾病及糖尿病有治疗和预防作用的乳酸铬、铜、锰盐类产品及制备工艺和用途。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种用于补充人体微量元素铬、铜、锰的乳酸盐类,其化学式为Me(C5H5O6),结构式为:
Me分别为Cr3、Cu2、Mn2,X分别为3、2、2。
上述乳酸盐类的制备工艺为备料、予热,搅拌混合、过滤、结晶,其特征在于采用含Cr1、Cu2、Mn2离子的无机盐和乳酸钙(C
(C3H5O
)
或者乳酸(HC3H5O3)为原料,其配比为1∶1.2-1.5(重量比)乳酸钙为水合乳酸钙(C
(C
H5O3)
.5H2O),含Cr1、Cu2、Mn2离子的无机盐最好为硫酸铬、硫酸铜、硫酸锰其配比为:
硫酸铬∶乳酸钙=1∶1.3-1.5;
硫酸铜∶乳酸钙=1∶1.2-1.25;
硫酸锰∶乳酸钙=1∶1.25-1.4;
硫酸铬为水合硫酸铬,硫酸铜为水合硫酸铜,硫酸锰为水合硫酸锰;
搅拌混合温度为50-60℃;
过滤为真空过滤;
乳酸铬的制备工艺还可以采用铬酐、亚硫酸钠、硫酸、乳酸作原料其配比为铬酐∶乳酸∶亚硫酸钠∶硫酸=1∶(2.5-3.5)∶(1.8-2.5)∶(1.47-2.22);
其制备工艺为将铬酐水溶液用硫酸酸化后再与亚硫酸钠反应,加氨水产生沉淀、过滤、用纯水洗涤沉淀物,加乳酸反应,然后将反应液浓缩、结晶,烘干。
加氨水的量由PH=8-9来控制。
本发明的反应原理为:
本发明积极效果是:原料易得,制备工艺简单,成本低,由于乳酸根的作用,本产品极易被人体吸收,生物利用率高,对体内铬、锰、铜、缺乏者进行及时补充进而达到抗癌、防癌、治疗心血管疾病和糖尿病的效果。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细介绍:
实施例1,称取硫酸铬200g溶于1000ml的纯水中,称取乳酸钙260g溶于1000ml的热水中,(硫酸铬∶乳酸钙=1∶1.3(重量比)),于60℃时将两液混合反应放置3小时后真空过滤,滤液浓缩至干得乳酸铬结晶。
实施例2、其原料及制备工艺同实施例1,其中
硫酸铬∶乳酸钙=1∶1.4(重量比)。反应温度为50℃
实施例3,其原料和制备工艺同实施例1,其中
硫酸铬∶乳酸钙=1∶1.5(重量比)。
实施例4、称取铬酐200g,于3000ml的烧杯中,加蒸馏水2000ml,搅拌溶解,用量筒量取浓硫酸170ml,在不停的搅拌下,缓慢加入铬酐水溶液中,然后分批加入亚硫酸钠380g,逐渐升温至沸,并煮沸15分钟,冷却至温度不高于50℃,在不停的搅拌下缓滴加氨水控制溶液PH值为8,放置24小时,真空抽滤,沉淀用纯水洗至无Cr6+,将洗净的灰绿色沉淀溶于1700g40%的乳酸溶液中反应,反应液在水浴上浓缩至干,得黑紫色的乳酸铬结晶。反应物配比为:
铬酐∶乳酸∶亚硫酸钠∶硫酸=1∶3.4∶1.9∶1.5,(重量比)。
实施例5、其原料及制备工艺同实施例4其中
铬酐∶乳酸∶亚硫酸钠∶硫酸=1∶3∶1.8∶2.22(重量比)。
实施例6、其原料及制备工艺同实施例4其中
铬酐∶乳酸∶亚硫酸钠∶硫酸=1∶2.5∶2.2(重量比)。
实施例7、称取硫酸铜200g、乳酸钙240g(硫酸铜∶乳酸钙=1∶1.2)分别溶于1000ml的纯水中,予热至60℃后将两液混合,放置过夜,然后真空过滤、滤液浓缩结晶即得乳酸铜产品。
实施例8、称取乳酸钙250g溶于1000ml的纯水中加热至70℃,慢慢将200g固体硫酸铜(硫酸铜∶乳酸钙=1∶1.255)加入混匀、放置5小时后真空过滤,滤液浓缩蒸干,即得晶体乳酸铜。
实施例9、称取200g硫酸锰200g,乳酸钙250g分别溶于1000ml水中,(硫酸锰∶乳酸钙=1∶1.25)乳酸钙予热至60℃,将两液均匀的混合在一起,放置过夜,过滤,滤液蒸干,即得晶体乳酸锰。
实施例10、称取260g乳酸钙溶于2000ml纯水中,加热至60℃,将200g硫酸锰在搅拌下慢慢加入,(硫酸锰∶乳酸钙=1∶1.3)放置5小时,过滤,滤液蒸干,即得硫酸锰晶体。
根据人体的需要,利用微量元素的生物协同效应,用乳酸铬,乳酸铜,乳酸锰,乳酸锌,乳酸钙组成复合营养素,由北京同仁医院试用后反应良好,能调节人体微量元素的平衡,增食欲、增强机体的抗病能力,抗癌、防癌、防治动脉粥样硬化,对高血压、心脑血管疾病、糖尿病患者可降血糖、降血脂、降血胆固醇、起到营养治病的作用。
应用例1、利用乳酸铬、乳酸铜、乳酸锰及辅料配制的复合营养素对糖尿病(Ⅱ)患者进行了试用,试用前其空腹血糖(FBS)为10.1mmol/L,甘油三脂(TG)1.52mmol/L,EJG胆固醇(TC)为5.12mmol/L,试用两个月后,上述各项指标的化验结果分别为8.2mmol/L、1.12mmol/L、4.58mmol/L,且腿部浮肿消失,病人继续试用本复合营养素,5个月后,经化验各项指标分别为6.3mmol/L、1.02mmol/L、4.63mmol/L。
应用例2、对患有高血脂病人进行试用也有明显的疗效,病人在试用本复合营养素前化验结果为甘油三脂(TG)1.3mmol/L、胆固醇(TC)4.73mmol/L,试用4个月后化验结果上述各项指标分别为1.08mmol/L,4.08mmol/L。
应用例3、高血脂病患者在试用本复合营养素前化验各项指标为血脂(TG)1.27mmol/L;胆固醇(TC)4.65mmol/L;试用本复合营养素,3个月后化验上述各项指标分别为1.10、mmol/L、4.51mmol/L。
Claims (8)
2、一种如权利要求1所述的乳酸盐类的制备工艺为:备料、予热、搅拌、过滤、结晶、其特征在于采用含铬、铜、锰离子的无机盐和乳酸钙为原料,其重量比为无机盐:乳酸钙=1∶1.2-1.5,乳酸钙为水合乳酸钙。
3、根据权利要求2所述的乳酸盐类的制备工艺,其特征在于含Cr1、Cu2、Mn2离子的无机盐最好为硫酸铬、硫酸铜、硫酸锰
其配比为:硫酸铬∶乳酸钙=1∶1.3-1.5;
硫酸铜:乳酸钙=1∶1.2-1.25;
硫酸锰∶乳酸钙=1∶1.25-1.4。
4、根据权利要求3所述的乳酸盐类的制备工艺,其特征在于所述的硫酸铬为水合硫酸铬,硫酸铜为水合硫酸铜,硫酸锰为水合硫酸锰;
5、根据权利要求2所述的乳酸盐类的制备工艺,其特征在于搅拌混合温度为50-60℃。
6、根据权利要求2所述的乳酸盐类的制备工艺,其特征在于所述的过滤为真空过滤。
7、根据权利要求2所述的乳酸盐类的制备工艺,其特征在于还可以采用铬酐、亚硫酸钠、硫酸、乳酸作原料其配比为
铬酐∶乳酸∶亚硫酸钠∶硫酸=1∶(2.5-3.5)∶(1.8-2.5)∶(1.47-2.22);
其制备工艺为将铬酐水溶液用硫酸酸化后再与亚硫酸钠反应,加氨水产生沉淀、过滤、用纯水洗涤沉淀物,加乳酸反应,然后将反应液浓缩、结晶,烘干。
8、根据权利要求6所述的乳酸盐类的制备工艺,其特征在于加氨水的量由PH=8-9来控制。
