本发明涉及一种可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜、由其构成的包装袋及其制备工艺,所述可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜包括由外及内依次层叠的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜层、铝箔层、PET镀氧化铝薄膜层和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层,上述各层之间采用粘合剂相连接,所述双向拉伸聚酯薄膜层表面设置印刷图案和/或喷码标记。所述可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋,包含所述的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜。本发明所述可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜具有高阻隔性能,可较大程度阻隔水分和气体,防止农药气味扩散。由其制备的农药包装袋,利用可变喷码装置对印刷包装进行一袋一码进行喷码,起到可追溯作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农药包装领域,由其是一种可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜、由其构成的包装袋及其制备工艺。
背景技术
运用于农药包装的材料,除了对通常包装材料的要求之外,由于被包装物的毒害危险,还有一些特殊要求,例如农药的包装材料应保证农药在正常的贮存、运输中不破损,并符合相应包装材料标准的要求。农药的外包装材料应坚固耐用,保证内装物不受破坏。农药的内包装材料应坚固耐用,不与农药发生任何物理和化学作用而损坏产品,不溶胀,不渗漏,不影响产品的质量。目前,农药包装袋难以实现对水分、气味的阻隔,本领域中通常采用加厚的方法进行密封包装,然而厚质材料包装通常需要较高的温度,由于材料不耐高温,难以达到较好的密封效果,因此阻隔气味的性能较差。
为了对农药进行标识,各类农药通常采用不褪色的特征颜色标志条进行标志。采用颜色标记是在标签下方和外包装容器的下方加一条与底边平行的颜色标志条,这个标记条仅仅能够对农药的类别进行区分,无法包含更多的信息。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜,在包装膜表面采用喷码技术进行喷码,用户使用扫码设备进行扫码后,可获得详细的商品出厂信息,从而可以追根溯源。同时,该农药包装膜具有高阻隔、耐高温效果。
本发明还提供包含可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜的农药包装袋,采用热封工艺将两块可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜进行贴合,获得具有三条热封边的方形包装袋。
本发明还提供可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜的制备方法,工艺流程包括:印刷→喷码→层间复合→熟化→制袋成型。
本发明还保护可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜的用途,用于农药包装。
本发明中,包装膜表层选用BOPET薄膜(定向拉伸聚酯薄膜)做为印刷及喷码层,BOPET薄膜具有优良的综合性能,它的机械强度高、光学性能好、使用温度广、阻隔性优良、耐油、耐腐蚀等等。更关键的是,以BOPET薄膜作为表层,可以实现稳定的喷码效果。
第二层:选用AL(铝箔的优点是阻隔氧和水分比较好,透水透氧率均为1,是很好的阻隔材料。除此之外,铝箔袋中铝箔的耐热性好,光的反射性和光泽性好,高温和低温时形状良好,适应于高温蒸煮,可耐130摄氏度。这就使得其在热封过程中具有良好的形成保持效果。
第三层:因大多数农药产品都具有高气味的特性,因此为了能够更好的阻隔性能,本发明选用PET镀氧化铝薄膜(PET-AlOx),PET镀氧化铝聚酯薄膜是采用物理气相沉积方式在BOPET薄膜基材表面镀上一层透明氧化铝层,其性能具有热稳定性好,耐高温,强度高,化学性质稳定,相比于共挤膜、涂层膜和普通镀铝膜,透明镀氧化铝薄膜更环保,阻隔性能、印刷性能更优越,它提供了更好的透明度可视性和印刷适应性。
第四层:选用柔软型高温高阻隔CPP作为热封层其对水气和异味阻隔性优良,优选为RCPP,其柔软特质作为最内层,避免包装过程中对颗粒型、包剂型农药的损害。
本发明提供的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜的制备方法中,各层之间采用粘合剂贴合,因农药产品中都含有高腐蚀成分化学分子,因此对粘合剂要求极高,需选用高性能抗介质粘合剂。复合工艺:1、将粘合剂A/B组份按比例加入稀释剂进行充分均匀混合搅拌,2、上胶量需达到3.5g/m2以上。层间粘合通过干式复合工艺进行粘合,粘合完毕后需在熟化室内进行充分熟化(熟化温度50-60℃)熟化时间40-72小时,让个层间的粘合剂得到充分的反应达到最佳性能。
具体方案如下:
一种可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜,所述可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜包括由外及内依次层叠的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜层、铝箔层、PET镀氧化铝薄膜层和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层,上述各层之间采用粘合剂相连接,所述双向拉伸聚酯薄膜层表面设置印刷图案和/或喷码标记。
进一步的,所述双向拉伸聚酯薄膜层的厚度为10-20μm;
任选的,所述铝箔层的厚度为5-15μm;
任选的,所述PET镀氧化铝薄膜层的厚度为10-50μm;
任选的,所述未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层为蒸煮级流延聚丙烯薄膜,厚度为50-100μm。
本发明还提供一种可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋,包含所述的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜。
进一步的,所述的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋为方形袋,方形袋的一条侧边作为开口,另外三条侧边在边缘处进行热封形成热封边,可追溯的喷码标记设置在方形袋除去热封边的剩余区域内。
本发明还提供所述的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:对双向拉伸聚酯薄膜进行印刷和/或喷码,备用;
步骤2:将步骤1得到的薄膜、铝箔层、PET镀氧化铝薄膜层和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层按上述顺序进行层间复合,采用干式复合工艺进行粘合,粘合完毕在熟化室内进行充分熟化,得到可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜。
进一步的,还包括步骤3:将得到可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜,利用重压型制袋设备进行热封,制袋成型,得到可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋。
进一步的,所述步骤2中层间复合采用抗介质粘合剂,上胶量≥3.5g/m2。
进一步的,所述步骤2中熟化的温度为50-60℃,熟化时间40-72小时。
进一步的,所述步骤3中热封的温度为180-200℃。
本发明还保护所述的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜的用途,用于农药包装。
有益效果:本发明所述可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜具有高阻隔性能,可较大程度阻隔水分和气体,防止农药气味扩散。同时利用可变喷码装置对印刷包装进行一袋一码进行喷码,起到可追溯作用。
进一步的,本发明利用层间复合工艺生产可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜,具有较好的复合效果;其适应热封温度180-200℃,密封效果好,可有效防止农药渗漏。

实施例1
参考图1,一种可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜,包括由外及内依次层叠的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜层1、铝箔层2、PET镀氧化铝薄膜层3和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层4,上述各层之间采用粘合剂相连接,双向拉伸聚酯薄膜层1表面设置印刷图案和/或喷码标记(未示出)。各层厚度依次为:双向拉伸聚酯薄膜层15μm,铝箔层的厚度为7μm,PET镀氧化铝薄膜层的厚度为12μm,未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层为蒸煮级流延聚丙烯薄膜,厚度为60μm。
上述可追溯的高阻隔农药包膜的阻隔性能指标为:透湿0.35g/(m2·24h),透氧0.32cm3/(m2·24h·0.1Mpa)。
实施例2
参考图2,一种可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋,采用实施例1中的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜制备得到,可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋为方形袋10×15cm,袋体四角设置圆倒角,方形袋的一条侧边未热封,作为袋体开口10,另外三条侧边在边缘处进行热封形成热封边11,热封边宽度为5mm,可追溯的喷码标记12设置在方形袋正面右上角。
实施例3
一种可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜,包括由外及内依次层叠的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜层1、铝箔层2、PET镀氧化铝薄膜层3和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层4,上述各层之间采用粘合剂相连接,双向拉伸聚酯薄膜层1表面设置印刷图案和/或喷码标记。各层厚度依次为:双向拉伸聚酯薄膜层10μm,铝箔层的厚度为7μm,PET镀氧化铝薄膜层的厚度为7μm,未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层为蒸煮级流延聚丙烯薄膜,厚度为100μm。
上述可追溯的高阻隔农药包膜的阻隔性能指标为:透湿0.38g/(m2·24h),透氧0.35cm3/(m2·24h·0.1Mpa)。

步骤2:将步骤1得到的薄膜、铝箔层、PET镀氧化铝薄膜层和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层按上述顺序进行层间复合,采用干式复合工艺进行粘合,层间复合采用抗介质粘合剂,上胶量≥3.5g/m2;粘合完毕在熟化室内进行充分熟化,熟化的温度为50-60℃,熟化时间40-72小时,得到可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜;
步骤3:将可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜,利用重压型制袋设备进行热封,热封的温度为180-200℃,制袋成型。具体的,可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋为方形袋,方形袋的一条侧边作为开口,另外三条侧边在边缘处进行热封形成热封边,可追溯的喷码标记设置在方形袋除去热封边的剩余区域内。
所制备的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜由外及内,各层厚度依次为:双向拉伸聚酯薄膜层17μm,铝箔层的厚度为7μm,PET镀氧化铝薄膜层的厚度为12μm,未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层为蒸煮级流延聚丙烯薄膜,厚度为70μm。
上述可追溯的高阻隔农药包膜的阻隔性能指标为:透湿0.34g/(m2·24h),透氧0.36cm3/(m2·24h·0.1Mpa)。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。
Claims (10)
1.一种可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜,其特征在于:所述可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜包括由外及内依次层叠的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜层、铝箔层、PET镀氧化铝薄膜层和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层,各层之间采用粘合剂相连接,所述双向拉伸聚酯薄膜层表面设置印刷图案和/或喷码标记。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜,其特征在于:所述双向拉伸聚酯薄膜层的厚度为10-20μm;
任选的,所述铝箔层的厚度为5-15μm;
任选的,所述PET镀氧化铝薄膜层的厚度为10-50μm;
任选的,所述未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层为蒸煮级流延聚丙烯薄膜,厚度为50-100μm。
3.一种可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋,包含权利要求1或2所述的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋,其特征在于:所述的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋为方形袋,方形袋的一条侧边作为开口,另外三条侧边在边缘处进行热封形成热封边,可追溯的喷码标记设置在方形袋除去热封边的剩余区域内。
5.一种权利要求3所述的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1:对双向拉伸聚酯薄膜进行印刷和/或喷码,备用;
步骤2:将步骤1得到的薄膜、铝箔层、PET镀氧化铝薄膜层和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层按顺序进行层间复合,采用干式复合工艺进行粘合,粘合完毕在熟化室内进行充分熟化,得到可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋的制备方法,其特征在于:还包括步骤3:将得到可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜,利用重压型制袋设备进行热封,制袋成型,得到可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋。
7.根据权利要求5所述的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2中层间复合采用抗介质粘合剂,上胶量≥3.5g/m2。
8.根据权利要求5所述的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2中熟化的温度为50-60℃,熟化时间40-72小时。
9.根据权利要求6所述的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装袋的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3中热封的温度为180-200℃。
10.一种权利要求1或2所述的可追溯的高阻隔农药包装膜的用途,用于农药包装。
