详述
公开了连接器组件,其可以是可用于收集患者生理数据的传感器组件的一部分。连接器组件可以包括第一连接器接片和第二连接器接片,以及用于传感器组件的电缆组件的电路板,电缆组件的电路板放置在第一连接器接片和第二连接器接片之间。连接器组件还可以包括保持件,所述保持件可以延伸穿过第二连接器接片并且与第一连接器接片连接以将第一连接器接片和第二连接器接片固定在一起。传感器组件可以包括非侵入式传感器,其可以被放置在患者皮肤附近,以生成患者的生理数据。

第一连接器接片112可以包括尺寸设计成容纳电路板118的至少一部分的切口。第二连接器接片120类似地可以包括尺寸设计成容纳电路板118的至少一部分的切口。第一连接器接片112和第二连接器接片120的电路板切口可以一起形成电路板孔,该孔的尺寸被确定为容纳电路板118。电路板孔可以与被配置为容纳电缆452的孔相对地定位。电路板孔可以被定位并在突起430之间延伸。
连接器遮蔽件114可以粘附至第一连接器接片112的内表面480上。连接器遮蔽件114的大小和维度可以对应于电路板118的大小,第一连接器接片108的大小或连接器组件110的大小。
图4B显示了第一连接器接片112的分解透视图,其中连接器遮蔽件114定位为放置在第一连接器接片112上。如图4B中所示的,卡扣400、接受器402、引导件406和突起430可以从第一连接器接片112的内表面480延伸。卡扣400各自可以包括凹槽420。如图4B中示出的,卡扣400的凹槽420可以彼此面对,或者可以彼此不面对(例如,可以彼此背对背)。卡扣400的凹槽420可以各自是在第一连接器接片112的内表面480、与第一连接器接片112的内表面480相对的卡扣400中的一个的端部与卡扣400中的一个的侧面之间的空间。

如先前所描述的,电路板118可以包括凹口440。凹口440可以如图4C中所示的被设置在电路板118的侧面上。凹口440可以与第一连接器接片112的突起430接合以将电路板118保持到第一连接器接片112。凹口440可以是圆形的(如图4C中所示的)、矩形、三角形等形状。凹口440的形状可以对应于突起430的形状,以使凹口440和突起430能够彼此接合。凹口440和突起430可以一起将电路板118保持在适当的位置,并防止电路板118相对于第一连接器接片112和第二连接器接片120的纵向移动(可以在沿着连接器组件110的长度的方向上)和水平移动(可以在沿着连接器组件110的宽度的方向上)。
电路板118可以经由粘合剂116粘附到第一连接器接片112的内表面。粘合剂116可以被施加到电路板118的底表面,使得它不干扰。经由导体的信号传输。粘合剂116可以另外地或可替代地被放置在(i)电路板118的底表面与第一连接器接片112的内表面480之间,或者(ii)电路板118的底表面与第一连接器接片112的平台401之间。

引导件406可以位于电缆切口408附近,以防止电缆组件150的电缆452在电缆切口408附近弯曲,从而防止损坏电缆组件150。引导件406可以防止电缆组件150沿电缆组件150的长度或宽度移动。
图4F示出了连接器组件110和电缆组件150的分解透视图。可以看出,第二连接器接片120位于第一连接器接片112和电缆组件150的上方。第二连接器接片120和第一连接器接片112可以被聚集在一起来将电缆组件150和电路板118的至少一部分固定在第二连接器接片120与第一连接器接片112之间。第二连接器接片120可以包括被配置为接合第一连接器接片112的接受器402的销。销和多个接受器402可以使第一连接器接片112与第二连接器接片120相对于彼此对齐,以连接并协助将第一连接器接片112与第二连接器接片120固定在一起。
当第一连接器接片112与第二连接器接片120对齐时,第二连接器接片120的开口410与第一连接器接片112的卡扣400也可以对齐。一旦将第二连接器接片120放置在第一连接器接片112的顶部上并正确对齐,则保持件122可以将第一连接器接片112和第二连接器接片120彼此连接,从而第二连接器接片120的内表面与第一连接器接片112的内表面彼此面对。保持件122可以防止第一连接器接片112相对于第二连接器接片120的纵向移动(可以沿着连接器组件110的长度)或水平移动(可以沿着连接器组件110的宽度),或者第二连接器接片120相对于第一连接器接片112的纵向移动或水平移动。第二连接器接片120可以不覆盖第一连接器接片112的平台401和电路板118的至少一部分。第二连接器接片120可以不覆盖电路板118的任何电触点300。
第二连接器接片120可以包括插入部分412。开口410可以形成在插入部分412上。插入部分412可以被充分插入以匹配保持件122的厚度,从而使保持件填充插入部分412,以及当插入保持件122时,第二连接器接片120的外表面基本上与保持件122的外表面齐平。插入部分412可以具有小于或等于、或大于或等于保持件122的厚度的深度。在其他实施方案中,第二连接器接片120的外表面可以不与保持件122的外表面齐平。
如图4F中所示的,保持间122可以包括基部414和销416。基部414可以具有对应于插入部分412的形状。插入部分412的表面积可以大于基座414的表面积。每个销416可以包括棘爪418。棘爪418可以与卡扣400的凹槽420接合。销416可以具有一定的长度,使得当第二连接器接片120和第一连接器接片112连接时,销416可以穿过第二连接器接片120朝向第一连接器接片112的内表面480延伸。保持件122的基部414可以具有与插入部分412的形状基本匹配的形状。例如,基部414和插入部分412都可以是基本上为矩形的形状,使得插入部分412可以容纳基部414。

销416通常可以与卡扣400对齐。当向下推保持件122以使销416延伸穿过开口410时,棘爪418可以与卡扣400的顶部接合。将保持件122进一步向下推向第一连接器接片112可以导致销416弯曲而脱离卡扣400,而棘爪418与卡扣400的顶部接合。
保持件122可以被向下推或延伸第一距离以穿过开口410,来使棘爪418与卡扣400的顶部接合。保持件122可以被向下推或延伸第二距离以穿过开口410,来使销416被推离卡扣400。如本文中所讨论的,棘爪418与卡扣400的顶部之间的持续接合可以使销416弯曲远离卡扣400。进一步向下推保持件122或进一步延伸保持件122穿过开口410都可以使棘爪418从卡扣400脱离。棘爪418与卡扣400之间的脱离可以使销416朝卡扣400弹回。当销416朝向卡扣400弹回,棘爪418可以与卡扣400的凹槽420接合。
当棘爪418不再与卡扣400的顶部接合时,销416可以朝向棘爪400弹回,以允许棘爪418与卡扣400的凹槽420接合。凹槽420可以与棘爪418接合以固定销416,从而将保持件122保持在适当的位置。凹槽420与棘爪418之间的接合可以保持第一连接器接片112和第二连接器接片120的配合。凹槽420与棘爪418之间的接合可以保持第一连接器接片112和第二连接器接片120对齐或连接。
在凹槽420和棘爪418接合的同时,凹槽420可以将棘爪418向下推向第一连接器接片112,这继而导致销416和保持件122被向下推向第一连接器接片112。此外,保持件122的基部414与第二连接器接片120的插入部分412之间的接触可以使基部414将第二连接器接片120推向第一连接器接片112。
保持件122可以与第二连接器接片120集成在一起,而不是与第二连接器接片120分开。当将第二连接器接片120放置在第一连接器接片112的顶部上时,第二连接器接片120可以包括朝向第一连接器接片112突出的销416。
保持件122可以包括一个、两个、三个、四个或更多个销416。例如,第二连接器接片120和第一连接器接片112可以分别具有两个开口和两个卡扣,它们分别对应于两个保持件122,每个保持件122具有销416之一。
保持件122可以由与第二连接器接片120和第一连接器接片112相同或不同的材料制成。保持件122可以由塑料制成。销416可以由与基部414相同或不同的材料制成。销416可以包括位于销416和基部414之间的柔性部分。所述柔性部分可以用作铰链,当销416被推向第一连接器接片112的凹槽420时,以有利于销416的移动。

Claims (20)

非侵入式传感器;

连接器组件,所述连接器组件包括:
含有多个卡扣的第一连接器接片;
含有多个开口的第二连接器接片;和
保持件,所述保持件包括具有多个棘爪的多个销,所述多个销延伸穿过所述多个开口,使得所述多个棘爪与所述多个卡扣接合,以将所述电路板和所述电缆组件支撑在所述第一连接器接片与所述第二连接器接片之间。
