Abstract

本发明涉及一种能吸收、保持经血的卫生巾。它由透水表面层、不透水里面层以及该两层之间的吸水芯构成，在该吸水芯所处位置的上面两侧有一对按其长度方向延伸、且其中央部分间隔较窄的压实条沟。卫生巾1上面两侧形成的条沟5的底面上具有顺着长度方向交互并列的低压实部8与高压实部9。可抑制卫生巾压实条沟中的体液的扩散。

Description

卫生巾
本发明是关于卫生巾的发明，更详细地说，本发明是关于能吸收、保持经血的卫生巾的发明。
日本实公平5-39691号公报公开了一种在卫生巾上面两侧有一对按其长度方向延伸、且其中央部分间隔较窄的压实条沟的卫生巾。通过这两条条沟，卫生巾与妇女局部的适合、贴着性能得到提高。而且该条沟可以阻止使用中的卫生巾中央部分产生的扭歪向卫生巾边缘延伸。这样就避免了经血沿扭歪的地方流向边缘，不会产生从横向漏出的问题。
上述的公知卫生巾的吸水芯，在压实条沟的密度比吸水芯中央部分的密度高得多，流入条沟的经血有很快就顺其长度方向扩散的倾向。由于条沟是在卫生巾的吸水芯边缘附近形成的，因为存在这种扩散，所以比起没有条沟的卫生巾来，更容易弄脏其边缘部分，与该边缘部分相接的内裤经常会弄脏。
因此，本发明的课题是维持卫生巾上形成条沟时的效果，同时抑制该条沟中经血的扩散。
为了解决上述课题，本发明以由透水表面层、不透水里面层以及该两层之间的吸水芯构成的，在该吸水芯所处位置的上面两侧有一对按其长度方向延伸、且其中央部分间隔较窄的压实条沟的卫生巾为前提。
在这个前提下，本发明的特征是上述条沟具有顺着长度方向交互并列的高压实部与低压实部。
下面参照附图对本发明进行详细说明。
图1是卫生巾的部分断裂斜视图。
图2是卫生巾的部分放大平面图。
图3是图1的III-III线截面图。
图1的部分断裂平面图中所示的卫生巾1由透水表面层2、不透水里面层3以及吸水芯4构成，表面层、里面层2、3从吸水芯4的四周延伸出来的部分是重合的，里面水密地接合在一起。卫生巾1的上面两侧有一对按卫生巾1的长度方向延伸的条沟5、该条沟5的中央部分间隔最窄，顺着其长度方向朝两端该间隔逐渐变大。该条沟5对改善卫生巾1与妇女局部的适合、贴着性能起了很大的作用。
图2、图3是图1的部分放大平面图与图1的III-III线截面图。在这两个图中，条沟5在其底面5A上具有厚度(高度)为B的低压实部8，与厚度(高度)为C的高压实部9，两个压实部8、9顺着条沟5的长度方向交互并列。条沟5的上面开口5B的宽度比其底面5A的宽度大，且其开口上缘部5C形成圆弧形。低压实部8与高压实部9在底面5A的宽度方向横着排列，更具体地说，对卫生巾1的纵轴x呈斜向位置(参见图1、2)，以比底面5A的宽度窄的宽度排列。相对于近旁的厚度A，条沟5的B＝0.7-0.2×A，C＝0.5-0.05×A，B＞C，最好高压实部9的密度在0.1g/cm3以上，低压实部8压实的密度要比高压实部9的密度低。条沟5的长度最好为吸水芯4全长的1/2-4/5，宽度为1-5mm。低压实部8与高压实部9在条沟5的长度方向最好有0.8-4mm的宽度。
吸水芯4沿着构成条沟5的内外侧壁5D1，5D2近旁的部分，因为条沟5是压实形成的，所以虽然不象上述压实部8、9那样，但是比起压实时没有受到压实作用的其他部分来，其密度也还是比较高的，这点应能理解。在图3中，内侧壁5D1的开口上缘5C比外侧壁5D2的开口上缘5C圆弧的长度尺寸更大，因此，吸水芯4位于前者位置的部分比吸水芯4位于后者位置的部分压实成高密度的范围更广。所以，流入条沟5的经血从内侧壁5D1被条沟吸收扩散，从外侧壁5D2向外边缘扩散、横向漏出的情况减少了。从这一点就可以理解到，在压实形成条沟5时，最好使吸水芯4位于内侧壁5D1的部分比吸水芯4位于外侧壁5D2的部分压实密度高。
该条沟5的形状可以将卫生巾1通过高压压实成型，在压实部位，例如使其含水，或在表面层2与吸水芯4之间放上热融型粘结剂，加热压实便可使压实形状保持稳定。
这样构成的卫生巾1，如图1中箭头P、Q所示，经血排出流入条沟5时，低压实部8的经血很快向密度高的高压实部9扩散。由于该部9的周围相对地密度低些，所以该部9的经血不会容易地向周围扩散。这样，该卫生巾1可以阻止经血在条沟5中很快顺其长度方向扩散，可以抑制经血从条沟5流向卫生巾1的边缘，流到外面。
在本发明中，吸水芯4可以采用粉碎的纸浆混合高吸水性的聚合物或热可塑性合成纤维。在加热压实形成条沟5时，这些纤维被加热成型，起到了防止压实形状变形的作用。只要纤维是疏水性的，便可以增加由粉碎纸浆构成的吸水芯4对经血的扩散性。表面层2最好用无纺布或开孔塑料薄膜，里面层3最好用塑料薄膜。卫生巾1的各部件可以用热融型粘结剂等粘结剂接合，也可以对热融性材料用其他融接技术接合。在附图中省去了这些接合的图示。
本发明的卫生巾，通过在其上面两侧形成条沟，提高了与妇女局部的贴着性能，而且在卫生巾中央部分产生的扭歪不易延伸到周围。该条沟因为在其底面顺着长度方向交互并列着密度高的压实部与密度低的压实部，所以可以抑制流入条沟的经血顺长度方向扩散过度，从而不会弄脏卫生巾的边缘以及与此相接的内裤。
条沟虽然是压实形成的，但因其开口上缘是圆弧形的，所以不会刺激妇女局部，经血可顺畅地流入条沟。
由于这种卫生巾一般是按长度方向对折成直角一个个分别包装的，因此在折痕近旁会产生许多同直角方向一样的横向小皱褶。这种横向小皱褶是经血横向漏出的原因，当然可靠表面层的材料质地来解决，现已发现本发明靠条沟及其底面的高低压实部，与没有条沟的情况相比，可以降低上述横向小皱褶的产生。
在构成上述条沟的内外侧壁中，沿该内侧壁位置的吸水芯部分的密度比沿该外侧壁位置的吸水芯部分的密度高，所以前者的吸水芯部分比后者的吸水芯部分更能吸收扩散经血，有效地防止了流向的横向漏出。

Claims (5)

1.一种由透水表面层、不透水里面层以及该两层之间的吸水芯构成的，在该吸水芯所处位置的上面两侧有一对按其长度方向延伸、且其中央部分间隔较窄的压实条沟的卫生巾，其特征是上述条沟具有顺着长度方向交互并列的高压实部与低压实部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征是上述条沟上面开口的宽度尺寸比其底面的宽度尺寸大，且其开口上缘形成圆弧形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征是上述低压实部与高压实部是相对于卫生巾的纵轴斜着排列的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征是上述低压实部从上述底面起的高度尺寸比上述高压实部大。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征是在构成上述条沟的内外侧壁中，沿该内侧壁位置的上述吸水芯部分的密度比沿该外侧壁位置的上述吸水芯部分的密度高。
