Abstract
螯合型施肥素及其配制方法,是用螯合载体三聚磷酸钠加硫酸钾、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、无水氯化钙、硫酸锌、硫酸镁、硼砂、磷酸一铵组成。首先将螯合载体三聚磷酸钠放入反应罐,加入自来水,再将氯化钙放入反应罐,再加入硫酸钾、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、硫酸铜、硫酸镁、硼砂、磷酸一铵的均匀混合物,充分络合后,引入离心机分离,卸料后送入回转干燥器干燥后即为成品。
Description
本发明属于一种肥料的配制方法。
在本发明以前的肥料,大致有二类:第一大类为腐植质型肥料,有原始的桔杆、人和动物排泄物发酵后的肥料,及各种腐植酸及腐植酸盐,其肥料的特点为缓效肥料,肥效长,见效慢。第二大类为离子型肥料,有如碳酸氢铵、磷二铵、氯化钾、硫酸锰、硫酸亚铁、尿素等等数量众多。其肥料特点为速效肥料,肥效短,见效快。近年来,高新农业科技进步很快,但本发明螯合型肥料一直没有进展,现在人们一直在期待着一种新的肥料的出现,既能全面充分利用一、二类肥料的养分,又能有速效、长效的特点。
本发明的任务是:提供一种速效,长效持久且养分齐全的新型肥料。
本发明的解决方法是:用螯合载体三聚磷酸钠或六聚磷酸钠加硫酸钾、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、无水氯化钙、硫酸锌、硫酸镁、硼砂、磷酸一铵加工合成,变成一种新型肥料。这种发明的配制方法,首先将螯合载体三聚磷酸钠放入搪玻璃K型反应罐,加入自来水,再将氯化钙放入反应罐,在产生热量的同时使罐内物质充分溶解,再放入硫酸钾、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、硫酸铜、硫酸镁、硼砂、磷酸一铵的均匀混合物,充分络合后,经蛇形管引入,WG型离心机,进行离心分离,卸料后将湿料再送入回转干燥器干燥后即为成品。
本发明肥料的投料比为(质量百分比)
1、螯合载体三聚酸钠(8~12)%
2、硫酸锰(7~12)%
3、硫酸亚铁(7~12)%
4、硫酸锌(7~12)%
5、氯化钙(12~17)%
6、硫酸镁(12~17)%
7、硼砂(7~12)%
8、硫酸钾(7~12)%
9、磷酸一铵(7~12)%
10、硫酸铜(3~7)%
注自来水的用量为肥料所有投料总重的5倍。
上述肥料就是利用三聚磷酸钠或六聚磷酸钠的络合作用,将无机盐中的金属离子组成一个网状有机整体,在作物有吸收能力的时候,迅速从网状整体上获取自己所需营养成分,不能被吸收的仍被螯合载体所络合,螯合物络合力能使它足以很长时间的保持稳定,以达到长效性。
这种肥料易于保存,溶解速度快,既适合作基肥,又可做为最好的追肥肥料,包括冲施、叶面喷施,无污染、无毒,特别是速效、长效、养分全的特点,使它足可以被农民欢迎,大量使用,它可以与任何酸性和中性的其他农药、植物生长调节剂、除草剂、肥料混合使用,且有增效作用。
实施例:
首先将三聚磷酸钠或六聚磷酸钠50Kg放入搪玻璃K型反应罐,加入250Kg自来水,启动反应罐浆轮,使混合物尽量溶解,同时放入7.5Kg无水氯化钙,搅动5~10分钟,将已被粉碎成粉状的硫酸锰、硫酸亚铁、硼砂、硫酸锌、硫酸镁、硫酸钾、磷酸一铵各4.5Kg放入反应罐,不断搅动再加入粉碎后的硫酸铜2.5Kg放入反应罐,不断搅动,持续一段时间后,调节酸碱度,调至PH值4.5~5.0之间,即可将螯合物送入WG型离心机,经离心分离,将半成品送入回转干燥器干燥,干燥后即成成品。
采用这种方法生产的肥料,突出表现在长效、速效、养分全,原料充足,易于生产,成本低,质量稳定,方便、安全贮存和运输,特别是市场需求量大,市场发展潜力广阔,便于推广应用,深受欢迎和支持。
Claims (3)
1、螯合型施肥素及其配制方法,用螯合载体三聚磷酸钠或六聚磷酸钠加硫酸钾、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、无水氯化钙、硫酸锌、硫酸镁、硼砂、磷酸一铵加工合成,变成一种新型肥料,其特征在于配方中加入了三聚磷酸钠8~12%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的螯合型施肥素及其配制方法,其特征在于配方中加入了无水氯化钙12~17%。
3、根据权利要求1所述的螯合型施肥素及其配制方法,其特征在于配方中加入了硫酸镁12~17%。
