Abstract
本发明涉及工业水领域的杀菌处理及公共场所的消毒领域的一种缓释溴类杀生剂,以溴氯二甲基海因为主剂,配以其它的卤代海因作辅剂,再添加活性黏合剂,溴氯二甲基海因∶辅剂∶活性黏合剂=50~80∶15~35∶5~15通过控制溶解速度,以片剂或颗粒的形式制成缓释型杀生剂,保持溴杀菌剂的优势同时,增加了缓释的功能,使杀菌加药量低,但杀菌作用持续时间长,在应用过程能充分发挥杀生剂的杀菌功能。实现缓释功能一是利用它的分步反应缓慢释放活性组分,二是选择合适的黏合剂,控制溶解速度。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业水领域的杀菌处理及公共场所的消毒领域,(比如游泳池、宾馆卫生间等也适用),具体地说,是氧化型的一种缓释溴类杀生剂。
背景技术
以溴为基础的杀生剂,因其用量低、效果好、对环境友好等特点,逐渐被工业水系统采用。前期产品氯化溴存在使用上的安全隐患,因为万一发生了气态氧化剂的泄漏则会造成潜在的安全和危害;溴氯混合物又存在配比不好控制,影响杀菌效果等问题,制约了它们在应用领域的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供:
1操作安全、方便,效果稳定。本发明是以固体的片剂或颗粒形式,进行冲击或连续投加,避免了以往药剂在安全及效果上的不稳定因素;
2降低水处理费用。缓释效果能充分发挥出药剂本身的效能,低剂量,长效杀菌,减少通常杀生剂投加过量的浪费;

本发明以溴氯二甲基海因为主剂,配以其它的卤代海因做辅剂,再添加活性黏合剂,溴氯二甲基海因∶辅剂∶活性黏合剂=50~80∶15~35∶5~15通过控制溶解速度,以片剂或颗粒的形式制成缓释型杀生剂。
主剂溴氯二甲基海因的合成,是用5,5-二甲基海因与液溴、液氯依次在碱液作为去酸剂作用下,经低温度进行N1、N3-两段卤化反应而生成,反应方程式如下:
辅剂可以是卤代海因、氯类杀生剂,即优氯净、氯类海因。
活性黏合剂可以是甲乙基海因类、单纯的黏合剂一种或几种。
本发明的效果
1.本发明药剂是以片剂或颗粒的固体形式投加,无论是冲击投加还是连续投加,操作上远比氯化溴或其它固体粉末安全、方便,效果也稳定。
由于本发明药剂在水中溶解度0.2%,但在低浓度5ppm,就有很好的杀菌效果,以片剂形式配合适当的加药器,进行连续投加,效果更好。实验室评价杀菌效果20ppm静态杀菌72小时内保持杀菌率在90%以上。杀菌效果及缓释效果如表1、表2。

本发明,保持溴杀菌剂的优势同时,克服了前期产品的缺点,操作安全、方便。特别是增加了缓释的功能,使杀菌加药量低,但杀菌作用持续时间长,在应用过程能充分发挥杀生剂的杀菌功能。原理是溴氯类海因在水中水解,以次溴酸和次氯酸的形式释放溴和氯。释放溴的反应几乎很快发生,而释放氯的反应很慢,在水中还发生溴离子与次氯酸或次氯酸根反应生成活性很高的次溴酸。次溴酸是杀灭微生物的关键活性组分。实现缓释功能一是利用它的分步反应缓慢释放活性组分,二是选择合适的黏合剂,控制溶解速度。具体实施
溴氯二甲基海因∶辅料(氯类杀生剂如优氯净、氯类海因等)∶活性黏合剂(甲乙基海因类、单纯的黏合剂一种或几种等)=50~80∶15~35∶5~15。
主剂溴氯二甲基海因的合成,是用5,5-二甲基海因与液溴、液氯依次在碱液作为去酸剂作用下,经低温度进行N1、N3-两段卤化反应而生成。由于目标产物在水中的溶解度很小,为使反应进行的比较完全,选择相转移催化剂,一方面可提高产物的收率,另一方面也给控制温度带来了方便。
生产工艺过程为间歇式操作,(中间产品二氯二甲基海因或二溴二甲基海因也可单独成为产品或作为辅料)将一定量的5,5-二甲基海因、相转移催化剂和水加入合成釜中,搅拌均匀,在近冰点温度下先后与单质及单质氯反应,严格控制温度和加料速度,直至反应完成。然后过滤、洗涤反应产物,将洗涤后的滤饼破碎、烘干,称重,再添加一些辅料和活性黏合剂,或制成颗粒或打成片剂,即成产品。
七 实施例
实施例一
以溴氯二甲基海因∶次氯酸钠∶二氯甲乙基海因=65∶20∶15的配比,经干燥、造粒制成片剂,应用在一炼油水场中水回用到循环水场前的杀菌系统中。该系统污水回用量20m3/h,杀菌前异养菌在104~105之间,严重超出了补充水的指标102个/ml,加药采取在线连续投加,控制余氯在0.2~0.3mg/L,异养菌指标达到102个/ml以下。满足了循环水系统的要求。
实施例二
以溴氯二甲基海因∶二氯二甲基海因∶二氯甲乙基海因=75∶10∶15的配比经固体混合机混合后干燥造粒,形成产品。一炼油厂的催化水场,由于系统泄漏频繁,水质恶性循环,曾用优氯净、液氯配合1227交替投加控制细菌,每月细菌指标合格率仅为50%左右,有时加2小时液氯,循环水余氯反应只有0.1mg/L。后又改用二氧化氯做氧化型杀菌剂,效果也不见明显好转。又由于系统保有水量很大5000m3,不能频繁地做系统的杀菌剥离后大量转换水体,用本发明药剂的颗粒剂做了一个月的实验。第一天以20ppm冲击加入,以后每天加入10ppm,异养菌基本控制在105个/ml以内,细菌指标合格率达到85%以上。实施例三
以溴氯二甲基海因∶二氯二甲基海因∶乙基纤维素=80∶13∶7的配比经固体混合机混合物料,经干燥造粒,再打成片剂,形成产品。

1.一种缓释型杀生剂,其特征在于:以溴氯二甲基海因为主剂,配以其它的卤代海因做辅剂,再添加活性黏合剂,溴氯二甲基海因:辅剂∶活性黏合剂=50~80∶15~35∶5~15通过控制溶解速度,以片剂或颗粒的形式制成缓释型杀生剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓释型杀生剂,其特征在于:主剂溴氯二甲基海因的合成,是用5,5-二甲基海因与液溴、液氯依次在碱液作为去酸剂作用下,经低温度进行N1、N3-两段卤化反应而生成,反应方程式如下:
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓释型杀生剂,其特征在于:辅剂可以是卤代海因、氯类杀生剂,即优氯净、氯类海因。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓释型杀生剂,其特征在于:活性黏合剂可以是甲乙基海因类、单纯的黏合剂一种或几种。
