4.《实用中药辞典》(下卷),田代华主编,谢宗万主审,北京:人民卫生出版社,2002年9月第1版、2003年5月第1版第2次印刷,十九画、791藿香,页码:2228、2229;已经公开了中草药材唇形科植物:广藿香Pogostemon cablin(Blanco)Benth.[Menthacablin Blanco]的地上部分,药材称为广藿香Herba Pogostemonis,其所含有的化学成分:广藿香酮(pogostone)体外对真菌(白色念珠菌、新型隐球菌。)和霉菌(黑根霉菌、青霉菌)有明显抑制作用,对甲型溶血性链球菌也有一定抑制作用。以及藿香Agastache rugosa(Fisch et Mey.)O.Kuntze的地上部分,药材称为藿香Herba Agastaches中的黄酮类化合物成分:刺槐素(acacetin)、椴树素(tilianin)、蒙花苷(linarin)、藿香苷(agastachoside)、异藿香苷(isoagastachoside)、藿香精(agastachin),具有抗病毒作用。
针对目前国内外纸和纸板制造采用防腐化学品[2-萘酚2-naphthol、过氧乙酸peroxyacetic acid、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯methyl p-hydroxy benzoate、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯ethyl p-hydroxy benzoate、六氢-1,3,5-三(a-羟乙基)均三嗪hexahydro-1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxyethyl)triazinane],因其不同程度含有苯酚、甲醛有害物质以及在制造过程中化学物质污染环境问题。
发明内容
本发明是基于这样一种发现而完成的,即当用下列天然植物药材:1.厚朴或庐山厚朴;2.威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲;3.葎草球果;4.广藿香以及藿香;为原材料经科学配伍精制而成的防腐制品,再按照常规的方法应用于纸和纸板制造领域中,出人意料地显示出有效抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌、枯草杆菌、伤寒杆菌生长、繁殖作用。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种在一定范围内能抑制有机表面微生物生长、繁殖的防腐制剂,该防腐制剂可:1.控制病原微生物,阻断病原传播;2.有效控制微生物,阻止有害微生物传播;3.控制微生物传播,可避免杂菌污染及有害菌传播。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种制备防腐制剂的方法。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种防腐制剂在纸和纸板制造领域的应用。
本发明的解决方案是基于祖国中医学对病原微生物预防的认识和原则,参考现代在临床医学实践中,对中草药新用途的研究成果,并将这类具有新用途的中草药进一步挖掘,并加以整理和提高,从祖国中医药宝库中,筛选出具有抑制病原微生物作用的天然植物药材,科学配方,力求应用与药理研究起到相辅相成的效果,使其充分发挥抑制病原微生物作用,有效避免杂菌污染及有害菌传播。
本发明制剂是由以下用量的原料制成:
厚朴或庐山厚朴10%~40%;威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲20%~70%;葎草球果8%~25%;广藿香8%~25%;藿香4%~20%。
本发明制剂的配方优选用量配比范围是:
厚朴或庐山厚朴15%~30%;威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲30%~50%;葎草球果10%~20%;广藿香10%~20%;藿香8%~15%。
本发明制剂的最佳用量配比是:
厚朴或庐山厚朴20%;威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲40%;葎草球果15%;广藿香15%;藿香10%。
将上述各组分制成本发明制剂的制造方法1:
1.先取厚朴或庐山厚朴,用水蒸气蒸馏,得厚朴或庐山厚朴油,以3%NaOH萃取,以乙醚提取碱溶液中杂质,碱溶液以稀硫酸酸化,析出厚朴酚或庐山厚朴酚,真空分馏后,得厚朴或庐山厚朴提取物备用;
2.取威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲,水蒸气蒸馏法提取收集蒸馏液,用乙醚萃取,回收乙醚,得到油状液体;稍加放置后,逐渐析出结晶,用乙醚洗涤后,再以氯仿重结晶,得威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲提取物(原白头翁素protoanemonin)备用;
3.取葎草球果,用10倍量的乙醇,回流提取4次,每次75分钟,回收乙醇,浓缩至浸膏状,加热水洗涤数次,残留物干燥,即得葎草球果提取物备用;
4.取广藿香,用水蒸气蒸馏,得广藿香油,加同量的乙醚,1mol/L NaOH约为广藿香油量的2/5萃取5次,得碱液,用10%HCl中和至pH为2,放置,过滤,得油状沉淀;用适量乙醚溶解,重复上述操作,所得沉淀用蒸馏水洗至洗液呈中性,得棕黄色颗粒,干燥,得广藿香提取物(广藿香酮)备用;
5.取藿香,用60%丙酮水溶液回流提取3次,回收丙酮,得藿香提取物备用;
6.将上述的全部提取物组分按所述比例混合后,即得到防腐制剂的膏剂。
将上述各组分制成本发明制剂的制造方法2:
按所述比例分别取:厚朴或庐山厚朴、威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲、葎草、广藿香、藿香,干燥混合,粉碎至120~200目细粉,即得到防腐制剂的粉剂。
本发明制剂在纸和纸板制造领域中的应用方法1:
直接在纸和纸板的生产原材料(纸浆)中加入绝干纤维量5%~20%的本发明制剂(膏剂或粉剂)。
本发明制剂在纸和纸板制造领域中的应用方法2:
称取为纸和纸板的绝干纤维量5%~20%的本发明制剂(膏剂),用乙醇(或水)溶化后,直接涂抹于纸和纸板上。
为表明本发明制剂对病原微生物有抑制效果,本发明制剂经体外抗菌试验:
采用平皿法,含药物的平板培养基含本发明制剂的浓度分别为0.2,0.1,0.5,0.25,0.125,0.063,0.032,0.016mg/ml;用接种环分别蘸取金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌、枯草杆菌、伤寒杆菌实验菌液划线接种于每个含药平板的不同区域,并放入37℃孵箱内培养24小时取出观察。体外抗菌试验结果显示出本发明制剂对所试验的5种细菌有不同程度的抑制作用,如下表所示。

本发明制剂的原材料均采用中草药植物及其粉剂纸和纸板制造的主要原料(纸浆)同属于植物纤维,可使纸和纸板在回收、减量、再生与降解的机理不变。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按下述百分比称取原料:
厚朴或庐山厚朴20%;威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲40%;葎草15%;广藿香15%;藿香10%。
1.先取厚朴或庐山厚朴,用水蒸气蒸馏,得厚朴或庐山厚朴油,以3%NaOH萃取,以乙醚提取碱溶液中杂质,碱溶液以稀硫酸酸化,析出厚朴酚或庐山厚朴酚,真空分馏后,得厚朴或庐山厚朴提取物;
2.取威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲,水蒸气蒸馏法提取收集蒸馏液,用乙醚萃取,回收乙醚,得到油状液体;稍加放置后,逐渐析出结晶,用乙醚洗涤后,再以氯仿重结晶,得威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲提取物(原白头翁素protoanemonin);

本发明制剂在纸和纸板制造领域中的应用方法:
直接在纸和纸板的生产原材料(纸浆)中加入绝干纤维量5%~20%的本发明制剂(膏剂或粉剂)。

本发明制剂在纸和纸板制造领域中的应用方法:
称取为纸和纸板的绝干纤维量5%~20%的本发明制剂(膏剂),用乙醇(或水)溶化后,直接涂抹于纸和纸板上。
Claims (10)
1.一种防腐制剂,其特征在于它是由下述原料制成的制剂:
厚朴或庐山厚朴;威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲;葎草球果;广藿香;藿香。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防腐制剂,其中各原料的重量配比是:
厚朴或庐山厚朴10%~40%;威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲20%~70%;葎草球果8%~25%;广藿香8%~25%;藿香4%~20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防腐制剂,其中各原料的重量配比是:
厚朴或庐山厚朴15%~30%;威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲30%~50%;葎草球果10%~20%;广藿香10%~20%;藿香8%~15%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防腐制剂,其中各原料的重量配比是:
厚朴或庐山厚朴20%;威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲40%;葎草球果15%;广藿香15%;藿香10%。
5.根据权利要求2、3或4所述的防腐制剂,其特征在于所说的制剂是膏剂或粉剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防腐制剂的制备方法,其特征在于:先取厚朴或庐山厚朴,用水蒸气蒸馏,得厚朴或庐山厚朴油,以3%NaOH萃取,以乙醚提取碱溶液中杂质,碱溶液以稀硫酸酸化,析出厚朴酚或庐山厚朴酚,真空分馏后,得厚朴或庐山厚朴提取物;取威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲,水蒸气蒸馏法提取收集蒸馏液,用乙醚萃取,回收乙醚,得到威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲提取物(原白头翁素protoanemonin);又取葎草球果,用10倍量的乙醇,回流提取4次,每次75分钟,回收乙醇,浓缩至浸膏状,加热水洗涤数次,残留物干燥,即得葎草球果提取物;再取广藿香,用水蒸气蒸馏,得广藿香油,加同量的乙醚1mol/L NaOH约为广藿香油量的2/5萃取5次,得碱液,用10%HCl中和至pH为2,放置,过滤,得油状沉淀;用适量乙醚溶解,重复上述操作,所得沉淀用蒸馏水洗至洗液呈中性,得棕黄色颗粒,干燥,得广藿香提取物;取藿香,用60%丙酮水溶液回流提取3次,回收丙酮,得藿香提取物;将上述的全部提取物组分按所述比例混合后,即得防腐制剂的膏剂。
7.根据权利要求5所述的防腐制剂的制备方法,其特征在于按所述比例分别称取:厚朴或庐山厚朴、威灵仙或棉团铁线莲或者东北铁线莲、葎草球果、广藿香、藿香,干燥混合,粉碎至120~200目细粉,即得防腐制剂的粉剂。
8.权利要求2~5中任何一项限定的防腐制剂作为纸和纸板制造的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的作为纸和纸板制造的应用,其特征在于直接在纸和纸板的生产原材料(纸浆)中加入绝干纤维量5%~20%的本发明防腐制剂(膏剂或粉剂)。
10.根据权利要求8所述的作为纸和纸板制造的应用,其特征在于称取为纸和纸板的绝干纤维量5%~20%的本发明防腐制剂(膏剂),用乙醇(或水)溶化后,直接涂抹于纸和纸板上。
