本实用新型涉及灯具领域,提供了一种LED日光管。所述LED日光管包括LED显示板(1),还包括长槽状的散热部件(2),所述散热部件(2)的横截面成弓形,所述散热部件(2)的内表面设有凹槽(3),所述LED显示板(1)的边缘插入在所述凹槽(3)中,与所述散热部件(2)固定在一起。本实用新型的LED日光管具有很好的散热效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及灯具领域,更具体地说,涉及一种LED日光管。
背景技术
随着发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,简称“LED”)光源的广泛应用,现有的灯具大多使用LED作为发光光源。由于LED在将电能转换为光能的同时,不可避免的会产生一些热量,功率越大,亮度越高,则产生的热量越多,如果热量不散发出去,过高的温度会影响电源的稳定,加速LED亮度的衰减,进而缩短LED的使用寿命,因此,解决LED灯具的散热问题十分重要。而目前市场上的LED日光管大多存在温度过高的问题,限制了其亮度,影响了灯具的使用寿命,并且现有的LED日光管还存在外观粗糙的问题。
因此需要一种新的LED日光管,具有很好的散热效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的散热问题,提供一种具有很好的散热效果的LED日光管。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,构造一种LED日光管,包括LED显示板,还包长槽状的散热部件,所述散热部件的横截面成弓形,所述散热部件的内表面设有凹槽,所述LED显示板的边缘插入在所述凹槽中,与所述散热部件固定在一起。
优选地,所述LED日光管还包括长槽状的透光罩,所述透光罩的横截面成弓形,所述透光罩的内表面设有凸起,所述散热部件的外表面设有与所述凸起相匹配的卡槽,所述透光罩上的凸起卡入在所述散热部件上的卡槽中,与所述散热部件组合成圆柱管。
进一步优选地,所述LED日光管还包括位于所述圆柱管两端的端盖和位于所述圆柱管内部一端与所述LED显示板电连接的电源模块。
更进一步优选地,所述电源模块固化在导热胶中。
本实用新型通过与LED显示板固定在一起的散热部件,将LED显示板所发出的热量散发出去,同时,位于LED日光管内部一端的电源模块所发出的热量也可通过散热部件进行散热,由于散热部件的横截面成弓形,散热面积大,因此散热效果好。另外,本实用新型通过相互匹配的凸起和卡槽将透光罩与散热部件组合成圆柱管,其组合方式十分方便,组合后形成的圆柱管外表面平滑。本实用新型使用的电源模块被固化在导热胶中,能起到绝缘、阻燃和导热的作用,增强了LED日光管的安全性和可靠性。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型的LED日光管包括LED显示板1、散热部件2、透光罩4、端盖7和电源模块8,LED显示板1为长条形,位于LED日光管内部,其上设有多个LED光源9,LED显示板1与电源模块8通过导线10连接,由电源模块8对LED显示板1上的LED光源9供电。散热部件2和透光罩4连接形成一个圆柱管,端盖7位于圆柱管的两端。
如图3、图4、图5、图6和图7所示,散热部件2整体成长槽状,其横截面成弓形,在散热部件2的内表面设有凹槽3,LED显示板1的边缘插入在凹槽3中,与散热部件2固定在一起。在一实施例子种,散热部件2可以是散热铝片,这样,由LED显示板1发出的热量将通过散热部件2传输出去,由于散热部件2的横截面成弓形,散热的面积大,因此散热效果好。
透光罩4整体也成长槽状,其横截面成弓形,透光罩4的内表面设有凸起5,散热部件2的外表面设有与凸起5相匹配的卡槽6,透光罩4上的凸起5卡入在散热部件2的卡槽6中,与散热部件2组合成圆柱管,这种组合十分方便,组合后形成的圆柱管外表面平滑。透光罩4可以用耐高温、抗紫外线的复合PC材料制成,用于将LED光源9发出的光透射出去。
电源模块8中的各种器件可被浸入到导热胶中,胶体干结后,电源模块8被固化在导热胶中,起到绝缘和阻燃的作用,并且,电源模块8工作时发出去热量将通过导热胶传输出去,并可通过散热部件2将热量散发出去。

Claims (4)

1、一种LED日光管,包括LED显示板(1),其特征在于,所述LED日光管还包括长槽状的散热部件(2),所述散热部件(2)的横截面成弓形,所述散热部件(2)的内表面设有凹槽(3),所述LED显示板(1)的边缘插入在所述凹槽(3)中,与所述散热部件(2)固定在一起。
2、根据权利要求1所述的LED日光管,其特征在于,所述LED日光管还包括长槽状的透光罩(4),所述透光罩(4)的横截面成弓形,所述透光罩(4)的内表面设有凸起(5),所述散热部件(2)的外表面设有与所述凸起(5)相匹配的卡槽(6),所述透光罩(4)上的凸起(5)卡入在所述散热部件(2)上的卡槽(6)中,与所述散热部件(2)组合成圆柱管。
3、根据权利要求2所述的LED日光管,其特征在于,所述LED日光管还包括位于所述圆柱管两端的端盖(7)、和位于所述圆柱管内部一端与所述LED显示板(1)电连接的电源模块(8)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的LED日光管,其特征在于,所述电源模块(8)固化在导热胶中。
