本实用新型涉及变压器，尤其涉及变压器固定装置。
背景技术
在带移动轮变压器安装施工中，变压器安装位置的稳固性是确保运行后的安全运行的必要条件，为防止由于变压器在运行中振动产生的位移，在变压器安装就位后必须进行固定。
以往在变压器安装结束后，为了防止变压器移动，采用在安装轨道上焊接挡块的方式固定变压器。利用挡块固定变压器虽然可以使变压器固定牢靠，但在检修中若对变压器拉出更换需要切割拆除挡块，施工作业非常麻烦，增加检修时间和劳动强度，并且需要动火拆除，存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在解决现有技术的上述缺陷，提供一种可移动式变压器的固定装置。本实用新型解决了带移动轮的变压器在轨道上安装后移动轮固定的问题，消除了变压器运行中由于振动产生的位移。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种可移动式变压器的固定装置，所述可移动的变压器带有滑轮，和滑轮移动轨道，所述固定装置包括两个位于滑轮和轨道连接处的限位角铁，所述限位角铁相邻固定在轨道上并分别为平行于滑轮轮轴设置的横向限位角铁和垂直于滑轮轮轴设置的纵向限位角铁，且两个限位角铁的互相垂直且一端紧靠在一起以阻挡所述滑轮位移。
所述的可移动式变压器的固定装置，所述限位角铁各自带有一个固定角钢，所述横向限位角铁带有一个固定于轨道一侧的横向固定角钢并以螺栓和轨道连接，而所述纵向限位角铁带有一个固定在轨道另一侧的纵向固定角钢并以螺栓和轨道连接。
本实用新型利用镀锌角钢，根据变压器轨道尺寸将角钢对接焊接成直角形式，在相应的位置开孔通过螺丝与轨道底部焊接的支架固定，从而将变压器的位置固定。本实用新型结构简单，制作方便，解决了带移动轮变压器运行后由于振动产生位移的问题，避免在变压器检修施工中的动火施工，减少检修维护或者更换变压器时间，消除了安全隐患，提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示：一种可移动式变压器的固定装置，所述可移动的变压器带有滑轮1，和滑轮移动的轨道2，所述固定装置包括两个位于滑轮1和轨道2连接处的限位角铁，所述限位角铁相邻固定在轨道2上并分别为平行于滑轮1轮轴设置的横向限位角铁31和垂直于滑轮1轮轴设置的纵向限位角铁32，且两个限位角铁31、32的互相垂直且一端紧靠在一起以阻挡所述滑轮1位移。
所述限位角铁31、32各自带有一个固定角钢4，所述横向限位角铁31带有一个固定于轨道2一侧的横向固定角钢4并以螺栓和轨道连接，而所述纵向限位角铁32带有一个固定在轨道2另一侧的纵向固定角钢4并以螺栓和轨道2连接。

1.一种可移动式变压器的固定装置，所述可移动的变压器带有滑轮和滑轮移动轨道，其特征在于，所述固定装置包括两个位于滑轮和轨道连接处的限位角铁，所述限位角铁相邻固定在轨道上并分别为平行于滑轮轮轴设置的横向限位角铁和垂直于滑轮轮轴设置的纵向限位角铁，且两个限位角铁互相垂直且一端紧靠在一起以阻挡所述滑轮位移。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可移动式变压器的固定装置，其特征在于，所述限位角铁各自带有一个固定角钢，所述横向限位角铁带有一个固定于轨道一侧的横向固定角钢并以螺栓和轨道固定连接，而所述纵向限位角铁钢带有一个固定在轨道另一侧的纵向固定角钢并以螺栓和轨道固定连接。
