Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种强迫加料器，把装好轴承和隔套的下轴承座固定在壳体底面上，在传动套六个等份槽内装上叶片并用螺栓固定，叶片前端折25°弯角、在贴近壳体底面的方向成20°斜角，叶片旋转时起到把物料下压充填及减少粉尘飞扬的作用，在下轴装上键和装好叶片的传动套，然后把轴插进下轴承座内，上端为传动部分，采用连接套是为了便于拆卸清洗，维护保养，动力传动可根据需要采用两种不同的方式：一种为主轴带动传动，采用链轮变速，还有一种直接采用变速电机传动，快慢可调。工作时把强迫加料器装在机器上，调整好强迫加料器底板和转台之间间隙后用螺钉固定，在壳体内加入物料，可根据各种不同的产品需要调整强迫加料器的转速。

本实用新型涉及制药、食品、化工等领域中压机的强迫加料器。
背景技术
在制药、食品、化工等领域经常要把半固体、潮湿的粉粒或无颗粒状细粉通过压机压制成各种形状的片剂或块状物，但这些物料流动性差、充填困难，满足不了压制成形要求、或压制出的产品不合格。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种强迫加料器，把粉状、少颗粒或潮湿的粉粒充填到模孔内，使之压制出合格产品，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：把装好轴承和隔套的下轴承座固定在壳体底面上，在传动套六个等份槽内装上叶片并用螺栓固定，叶片前端折25°弯角、在贴近壳体底面的方向成20°斜角，叶片旋转时起到把物料下压充填及减少粉尘飞扬的作用。在下轴装上键和装好叶片的传动套，然后把轴插进下轴承座内。上端为传动部分，采用连接套是为了便于拆卸清洗，维护保养。动力传动可根据需要采用两种不同的方式：一种为主轴带动传动，采用链轮变速，还有一种直接采用变速电机传动，快慢可调。工作时把强迫加料器装在机器上，调整好强迫加料器底板和转台之间间隙后用螺钉固定，在壳体内加入物料，可根据各种不同的产品需要调整强迫加料器的转速。
由于采用了以上的技术方案，本实用新型具有以下效果：在制药、食品、化工行业压制各种片剂和块状物中，解决了因半固体、潮湿粉粒、无颗粒状细粉流动性差、充填困难的问题，满足了生产的需要。

具体实施方式
参照图1，本实用新型强迫加料器，其中，下轴承座14与壳体16底面焊接固定，在传动套10六个等份槽内装上叶片12并用螺钉11固定，在下轴8套进装好叶片12的传动套10，用键9定位再把下轴的下端装进下轴承座14内。连接上轴5和下轴8的连接套7是为了便于拆卸清洗、维护保养，只要把连接套7朝上移动就可卸下下轴8、传动套10和叶片12，使之进行清洁维护保养。工作时把强迫加料器装在机器上，调整好强迫加料器底板17和转台之间间隙后用螺钉固定(底板17材料为聚四氟乙烯，从而防止和转台面拉毛、刮伤)，在壳体16内加入物料，主轴带动传动，采用链轮变速(或直接采用变速电机传动)，上、下轴带动传动套和叶片转动，叶片前端折25°弯角、在贴近壳体底面的方向成20°斜角，叶片旋转时就起到把壳体16内物料下压充填到冲模孔内及减少粉尘飞扬作用。

1.一种强迫加料器，主要由链轮、轴承、轴承座、上轴、键、连接套、下轴、传动套、叶片、隔套、下轴承座、轴承、壳体和底板等组成，其特征在于：下轴承座与壳体底面焊接固定，在传动套六个等份槽内装上叶片并用螺钉固定，在下轴套进装好叶片的传动套，用键定位再把下轴的下端装进下轴承座内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的强迫加料器，其特征在于：连接套连接上轴和下轴。
