本实用新型涉及一种反应釜，具体地说是反应釜加料装置。
背景技术
现有反应釜的粉料加入办法多为人工加料，反应釜的上盖有很多加料口，在添加粉料时，通常打开一个较大的加料口，由工人将粉料从加料口倒入反应釜。现有的粉料加入办法有很多缺点，如果粉料添加量很大，就要反复加入很多次，劳动效率很低，而去容易造成粉尘污染，给工人的身心健康以及环境造成危害。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的：为了克服现有技术中存在的不足，本实用新型提供一种工作效率高且环保的反应釜自动添加粉料装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为一种反应釜自动添加粉料装置，包括反应釜缸体，在反应釜缸体的加料口出设有粉料料斗，在反应釜缸体的侧壁上接有真空抽气机。
所述粉料料斗通过粉料管道与反应釜缸体的加料口相接，在粉料管道中设有进料阀门。
在反应釜缸体和粉料料斗之间设有操作间隔墙，粉料管道一端接在粉料料斗下端，另一端穿过隔墙接在反应釜缸体的加料口上。
所述粉料管道的直径优选为150mm。
本实用新型外置一个巨大的粉料斗，与反应釜分隔开来，在粉料斗下方安装一个直径150mm的管道，管道的另一端穿过隔墙与反应釜加料口连接，密封好，这样当需要给反应釜加入粉料时，先将反应釜抽成真空，打开管道阀门，石英砂粉料在真空压力下将被吸入反应釜之中。
有益效果：本实用新型可以降低工人劳动强度；缩短上料时间，提高生产率；减少环境污染，保障工人的身心健康；添加量计量准确。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作更进一步的举例说明。
如图1所示，一种反应釜自动添加粉料装置，包括反应釜缸体1和粉料料斗8，反应釜缸体1安装在操作钢平台3上，其顶部设有电机4，底部设有出料口9，侧壁上接有真空抽气机2。操作钢平台3安装在操作间隔墙5上，粉料料斗8通过粉料管道7与反应釜缸体1的加料口相接，粉料管道7一端接在粉料料斗8下端，另一端穿过隔墙5接在反应釜缸体1的加料口上，粉料管道7直径为150mm，其内设有进料阀门6。
工作过程：
首先密封反应釜缸体1，启动真空抽气机2将反应釜缸体1抽成真空，然后给粉料料斗8加入粉料，称重；接着打开粉料管道7的进料阀门6，在真空吸力作用下，粉料被吸入反应釜缸体1之中达到加入量之后，关闭进料阀门6，最后反应釜开始工作。

1.一种反应釜自动添加粉料装置，包括反应釜缸体（1），其特征在于：在反应釜缸体（1）的加料口出设有粉料料斗（8），在反应釜缸体（1）的侧壁上接有真空抽气机（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述反应釜自动添加粉料装置，其特征在于：所述粉料料斗（8）通过粉料管道（7）与反应釜缸体（1）的加料口相接，在粉料管道（7）中设有进料阀门（6）。
3.根据权利要求2所述反应釜自动添加粉料装置，其特征在于：在反应釜缸体（1）和粉料料斗（8）之间设有操作间隔墙（5），粉料管道（7）一端接在粉料料斗（8）下端，另一端穿过隔墙（5）接在反应釜缸体（1）的加料口上。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述反应釜自动添加粉料装置，其特征在于：所述粉料管道（7）的直径为150mm。
