                          背景技术
在对海洋深处进行石油物探时,需要至少有一根通气管伴随着探测光缆缆进行探测。由于海洋环境的特殊性,对通气管有着极高的要求,不仅耐腐蚀、耐酸碱、耐磨、耐压,还要能经受温度变化,在高温、低温环境下都能正常工作。目前市场上的管路难以满足上述要求。

本实用新型的目的就是提供一种耐腐蚀、耐酸碱、耐磨、耐压,能经受较大温差变化的海洋石油物探用高压软管。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:包括尼龙管,所述尼龙管外壁包覆有高强度涤纶编织层和保护层。
其附加技术特征为:所述的尼龙管为尼龙PA11管;所述的保护层为聚氨脂层;所述高强度涤纶编织层与尼龙管外壁间有粘和剂层;所述高强度涤纶编织层和保护层间有粘和剂层。
本实用新型提供的海洋石油物探用高压软管由于采用尼龙PA11管做衬管,且在尼龙管外壁包覆有高强度涤纶编织层和聚氨脂保护层,使得该软管耐腐蚀、耐酸碱、耐磨、耐压,能经受较大温差变化,工作环境温度可达-20℃~+50℃,工作压力可达21Mpa,爆破压力可达84Mpa,且绝缘性好、使用寿命长。

3、根据权利要求1所述的海洋石油物探用高压软管,其特征在于:所述的保护层为聚氨脂层。
4、根据权利要求1所述的海洋石油物探用高压软管,其特征在于:所述高强度涤纶编织层与尼龙管外壁间有粘和剂层。
5、根据权利要求1或4所述的海洋石油物探用高压软管,其特征在于:所述高强度涤纶编织层和保护层间有粘和剂层。
