一种超薄型弹起式地面插座，它包括面板、上盖、跳座、跳框、功能件、接线端子组件及接线端子组件支架、开闭机构、绝缘垫，跳框固定在上盖下，跳框通过滑轴、扭簧和轴用弹性挡圈与跳座抠接，跳座固定在底板下，底板上碰焊不锈钢制作的面板。本实用新型把不锈钢制作的面板碰焊在底板上，降低了面板的厚度，其厚度可以只有2毫米，同时提高了耐腐蚀性能，提高了产品的使用寿命。

                   一、所属技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种地面插座，尤其是指一种弹起式地面插座。
                      二、背景技术
中国市场从1992年开始使用弹起式地面插座，弹起式地面插座包括面板、上盖、跳座、跳框、功能件、接线端子组件及接线端子组件支架、开闭机构、绝缘垫，跳座固定在面板下，跳框固定在上盖下，跳框通过滑轴、扭簧和开口挡圈与跳座抠接，它们的面板几乎都是用黄铜铸造，而且离地面都有8毫米的厚度，它们的缺点是：(1)防腐性能不能满足地面恶劣的环境；(2)因有8毫米的厚度，很容易踢脚，特别象飞机场大厅有开小车的地面很容易造成颠簸或地面插座损坏。
                  三、实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种超薄型弹起式地面插座，它厚度薄，耐腐蚀性能好，使用寿命长。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采取的解决方案是：一种超薄型弹起式地面插座，它包括面板、上盖、跳座、跳框、功能件、接线端子组件及接线端子组件支架、开闭机构、绝缘垫，跳框固定在上盖下，跳框通过滑轴、扭簧和轴用弹性挡圈与跳座抠接，跳座固定在底板下，底板上碰焊不锈钢制作的面板。
本实用新型把不锈钢制作的面板碰焊在底板上，降低了面板的厚度，其厚度可以薄到2毫米，同时提高了耐腐蚀性能，提高了产品的使用寿命。

参见图1-图5，一种超薄型弹起式地面插座，它包括面板1、上盖2、跳座4、跳框5、功能件11、接线端子组件9及接线端子组件支架15、开闭机构3、绝缘垫10，跳框5固定在上盖2下，跳框5通过滑轴7、扭簧16和轴用弹性挡圈8与跳座4抠接，跳座4固定在底板6下，底板6上碰焊不锈钢制作的面板1。
参见图5和图6，开闭机构3由拨片13、舌簧18、舌栓12和舌盖14构成，拨片13放置在面板1凹槽内，拨片13下接续固定舌栓12，面板1下固定衬板17，面板1凹槽内拨片13下放置舌簧18，舌簧18顶住舌栓12，舌盖14固定在衬板17下。

1、一种超薄型弹起式地面插座，它包括面板(1)、上盖(2)、跳座(4)、跳框(5)、功能件(11)、接线端子组件(9)及接线端子组件支架(15)、开闭机构(3)、绝缘垫(10)，跳框(5)固定在上盖(2)下，跳框(5)通过滑轴(7)、扭簧(16)和轴用弹性挡圈(8)与跳座(4)抠接，其特征在于：跳座(4)固定在底板(6)下，底板(6)上碰焊不锈钢制作的面板(1)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄型弹起式地面插座，其特征在于：开闭机构(3)由拨片(13)、舌簧(18)、舌栓(12)和舌盖(14)构成，拨片(13)放置在面板(1)凹槽内，拨片(13)下接续固定舌栓(12)，面板(1)下固定衬板(17)，面板(1)凹槽内拨片13下放置舌簧(18)，舌簧(18)顶住舌栓(12)，舌盖(14)固定在衬板(17)下。
