Abstract
<p> </p> <p>La presente invención se refiere a inhibidores de RTEL1, tales como oligonucleótidos (oligómeros) que son complementarios de RTEL1, que producen modulación de la expresión de RTEL1 o modulación de actividad de RTEL1. La invención se refiere en particular al uso de moléculas de ácido nucleico que actúan sobre RTEL1 para usar en el tratamiento y/o prevención de una infección por virus de la hepatitis B (HBV), en particular, una infección por HBV crónica. La invención se refiere, en particular, al uso de inhibidores de RTEL1 para desestabilizar cccADN, tal como cccADN de HBV. La presente invención también abarca una composición farmacéutica y su uso en el tratamiento y/o prevención de una infección por HBV.</p>
