Abstract

Eine Werkzeugschleifmaschine weist eine Maschinensteuereinrichtung auf, die mittels einer geeigneten Messeinrichtung, die z. B. aus einem Taster (9) und einem Messmodul besteht, zunächst den Taumelschlag eines Rohlings (7) in Bezug auf die ideale Aufnahmenachse (C) einer Werkstückaufnahme bestimmt. Bei der Schleifbearbeitung des Rohlings (7) bzw. eines Werkstücks wird dieser Taumelschlag berücksichtigt und kompensiert, d. h. die Schleifwerkzeuge werden einem taumelnden Werkstück so nachgeführt, dass das Werkstück maßhaltig und konzentrisch bearbeitet wird.
