Claims (4)

Patentansprüche:
1. Axial-Turbopumpe, vorzugsweise zur Verwendung als schnell laufende Hochvakuumpumpe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Läuferscheiben (2) bzw. Leitkränze aus mehreren aufeinandergeschichteten dünnen, am Umfang gezahnten und einander gleichen Blechringen (1) aufgebaut sind, die derartig gegeneinander verdreht zusammengespannt sind, daß die Zahnflanken aufeinander-. folgender Ringe zur Pumpenachse schrägliegende Einhüllenden ergeben.
2. Axial-Turbopumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einhüllenden gerade sind (Abb. 3 a, 3 b).
3. Axial-Turbopumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einhüllenden gekrümmt sind (Abb. 3 c).
4. Axial-Turbopumpe nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form der Blechringe (1) durch Stanzen hergestellt wird.
