Description
- VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG EINES KOSMETISCHEN UND/ODER
- PHARMAZEUTISCHEN CREMES Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Hersteltung eines kosmetischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Cremes mit Extrakten oder dgl. aus spurenel ementenrei chen Kräutern, insbesondere für die Regeneration und Stabilisierung der menschlichen Haut.
- Da nach Auffassung der Dermatologen die Haut Icein Verdauungsorgan ist, gibt es folglich auch keine die Haut "ernährende" Cremes. Trotzdem ist es erforderlich, die Hautzellen mit den zu ihrer Erhaltung notwendigen, bereits aufgeschlossenen Wirkstoffen zu versorgen, insbesondere dann, wenn durch Stoffwechsel störungen bereits Hautschädigungen oder -veränderungen eingetreten sind.
- Um hier Abhilfe zu schaffen, ist es notwendig, einen Creme zu entwickeln, der nicht nur auf die Haut austragbar ist und von dieser angenommen wird, sondern der auch in der Lage ist, die in ihm befindlichen, den Stoffwechsel der Haut ausgleichenden, aufgeschlossenen Spurenelemente in die Hautzellen, das Hautuntergewebe, die Blutbahn oder in das Muskelgewebe hineinzutransportieren, so daß diese Stoffe von der auch Haut angenommen werden.
- Eine wesentliche Voraussetzung hierzu ist das Vorhandensein eines geeigneten Wirkstoffträgers für die zuzuführenden Spurenelemente, der einen hohen Sterilisationsfaktor und eine gute Beständigkeit aufweist.
- Diese, der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Aufgabe wird duch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Patentanspruches gelöst.
- Während bei bekannten Cremes der Glyzerinanteil etwa 1%, in Sonderfällen bis 3% beträgt und nur als Antioxidationsstoff dient, wird beim erfindungsgemäßen Creme ein Anteil von 5-20X Glyzerin als Wirkstofftr.äger und als Konservierungsstoff für die aufgeschlossenen Spurenelemente benutzt. Als Glyzerin wird nur solches Glyzerin verwendet, das für kosmetische oder pharmazeutische Zwecke geeignet ist und etwa eine Konzentrution von 95 hat. Das Glyzerin wird durch die Homogenisiserung mit dem 07 gebunden.
- Es ist wfchtig, daß die verwendeten Stoffe möglichst kurzfristig und unter Luftsauerstoffabschluß, z.B. in einem Autoklaven, erhitzt, emulgiert und dann beim Abkühlen homogenisiert werden. Hierfür eignet sich Öl als besonders guter Wärmeträger, Hinzu kommt, daß aus stearinfreiem bzw.
- -armem Fett hergestelltes Öl eine besonders hautfreundliche, und insbesondere die äußeren Hautschichten aufweichende Wirkung hat, die die Aufnahme der Wirkstoffe und deren Transport in die Hautzellen begünstigt. Diese Wirkung wird von stearinreichen Ölen nicht erreicht.
- Je nach der Art der Stoffwechselstörung, z.B. Schuppenflechte, Schweißfuß, Akne, Porenverstopfung und dgl. wird der abkühlenden Trägermasse ein Sud oder Extrakt aus bestimmten spurenel ementenrei chen Kräutern zugemischt, um einen gezielt anwendbaren Creme zu erhalten. Eine wesentliche Voraussetzung für die Wirksamkeit dieser Cremes ist jedoch einerseits die Zusammensetzung und andererseits die Art der Herstellung der Trägermasse.
- Diese Trägermasse bewirkt eine optimale, ball astfreie und konservierende Aufnahme der Wirkstoffe aus den Kräuterextrakten und ermöglicht ferner eine hautfreundllche Abgabe der Wirkstoffe an die Haut und den Transport dieser Wirkstoffe in das Zellsystem cier Haut in einer bereits aufgebrochenen Form.
- Versuche haben gezeigt, daß aus dieser Trägermasse hergestellte Cremes außergewöhnlich gute Erfolge bei der Regeneration der menschlichen Haut und eine stabilisierende Wirkung auf die genesende und/oder alternde Haut haben.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kosmetischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Cremes, mit Extrakten aus spurenelementenreichen Kräutern, insbesondere für die Regeneration und Stabilisierung der menschlichen Haut, dadurch g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, daß man eine Mischung aus 5-70% aus pflanzlichen oder tierischen Fetten gewonnenen stearinarmen oder stearinfreien Öles, 5-20S- für pharmazeutische oder kosmetische Zwecke verwendbaren Glyzerins (in einer Konzentration bis 95%),und Rest Wasser von maximal 79 Härte bei einer Temperatur von 40-6000C unter Luftsauerstoffabschluß emulgiert und anschließend unter Zusatz eines bekannten Homogenisators homogenisiert und unter Zugabe von Auszügen aus spurenelemnentenreichen Kräutern zu einer pastösen Masse abkühlt.
