Claims (8)
1. Kationisk fotoinitiatorsammensætning, som har en ekstrem god stabilitet, og som ikke frigiver potentielt skadelige biprodukter, når den anvendes, der består af (a) en forbindelse, der frigiver kationer ved eksponering for aktinisk stråling; (b) en hæmmet aminstabilisator og (c) et fortyndingsmiddel, der er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af alkoholer, estere, ethere, ketoner, chlorforbindelser og nitriller.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor bestanddel (a) er et oniumsalt, fortrinsvis en ioniumborat og mere fortrinsvis en iodoniumborat.
3. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor bestanddel (a) omfatter mindst ét oniumsalt med en anionisk del, hvor den anioniske del af oniumsaltet er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af SbF6“, BF4 , PF6 , CF3SO3 , B (O3SCF3) 4 r B (O3SC2F5)4 og B (O3SC4F9)4 .
4. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor fortyndingsmidlet er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af isopropylalkohol, isobutylalkohol, n-butylalkohol, methylisobutylcarbinol, diacetonealkohol, 2-ethylhexanol, para-tolylethanol, isopropylbenzylalkohol, benzylalkohol, methanol, ethanol, 2-methoxyethanol, 2-ethoxyethanol, diethylenglycol, polyethylenglycol 200, dibutylmaleat, dimethylethylmalonat, methylsalicylat, dioctyladipat, butyltartrat, ethyllactat, n-butyllactat, isopropyllactat, acetonitril, benzonitril, acetone, cyclohexanon, tetrahydrofuran, dichlormethan og chlorbenzen.
7. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor - bestanddel (a) er:

8. Fremgangsmåde til polymerisering eller tværbinding af en sammensætning, der omfatter trinene: (1) tilvejebringelse af en sammensætning med polymeriserbare eller tværbindbare grupper; (2) tilsætning til sammensætningen af en tværbindings- eller polymeriseringseffektiv mængde af en kationisk fotoinitiatorsammensætning ifølg et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, (3) eksponering af den resulterende sammensætning for aktinisk stråling, således at fotoinitiatorsammensætningen producerer en eller flere kationer; og (4) kationisk polymerisering eller tværbinding af de polymeriserbare eller tværbindbare grupper.
