Claims (11)
1. System omfattende en indretning (10) til tilberedning af en drikkevare og en kapsel (1) til tilberedning af en drikkevare fra en fødevaresubstans indeholdt i et kammer (2) af kapslen ved injektion afen væske ind i kapslen, hvilken indretning (10) til tilberedning afen drikkevare har åbningsorganer (3) der er udformet til samvirkning med et vægelement (4) tilvejebragt ved en udløbsside (6b) af kapslen (1), hvor åbningsorganerne (3) omfatter et åbningselement (7) med en krog-lignende form udformet til at afskære og fjerne mindst en del af en afdækning (11) forseglet til udløbssiden (6b) af kapslen.
2. System ifølge krav 1, hvor åbningselementet (7) er et krog-lignende element der er udformet til afbøje mindst en del af afdækningen (11) mod en øvre side (12a) af det krog-lignende element.
3. System ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det krog-lignende element (7) er buet eller skråt i forhold til den lodret arrangerede basis (12) af åbningsorganerne.
4. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor åbningsorganerne (3) yderligere omfatter integreret dannede føringsorganer (13) udformet til at omdirigere en drik fra kapslen (1) til en beholder (20).
5. System ifølge krav 4, hvor føringsindretningen (13) omfatter et forsænket opsamlingselement (14) anbragt ved åbningsorganernes (3) basis (12).
6. System ifølge krav 4 eller 5, hvor føringsindretningen (13) yderligere omfatter en i det væsentlige lodret rand (15) der rager ud fra åbningsorganernes (3) basis (12).
7. System ifølge krav 6, hvor en afrivningskant (15b) af føringsindretningen (13) er dannet ved hjælp af en spids af den lodrette rand (15).
8. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor gas under tryk er indkapslet af afdækningen (11) forseglet til udløbssiden (6b) af kapslen (1).
9. Kapsel (1) til tilberedning af en drik i en drikkevaremaskine omfattende: - et ingredienskammer (2), - et vægelement (4) tilvejebragt ved en udløbsside (6b) af kapslen (6b), idet vægelementet omfatter mindst en overløbsåbning (22) i fluid forbindelse med ingredienskammeret (2), - en afdækning (11) forseglet til udløbssiden (6b) og hvor vægelementet (4) er tilvejebragt med mindst en præformet kanal (23) ved kapslens udløbsside og udformet til at lede en fluid fra den mindst ene overløbsåbning (22) til mindst en reces (26) der er udformet til at modtage dedikerede åbningsorganer (3) af en indretning til tilberedning af en drikkevare, hvor vægelementet (4) omfatter et skærende element (27) der støder op til afdækningen (11) og er udformet til at samvirke med de dedikerede åbningsorganer (3) sådan at mindst en del af afdækningen (11) skæres mellem det skærende element (27) og åbningsindretningen (3).
10. Kapsel ifølge krav 9, hvor afdækningen (11) er en enkeltlags- eller et flerlagsafdækning omfattende mindst aluminium.
11. Kapsel (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 eller 10, hvor vægelementet (4) er forsynet med funktionelle fordybninger (41, 23) og/eller udbulninger der vender mod udløbssiden (6b), og gas indesluttes af afdækningen (11) forseglet til kapslens (1) udløbsside (6b), hvor gastrykket er tilstrækkeligt til at skyde låget af.
