Claims (11)
1. Kompositkomponent (100) til en vindmøllevinge, hvilken kompositkompo-nent (100) omfatter en stabel (101) af mindst et fiberlag (102, 103, 105), og en membran (110), der har en første overflade (111) og en anden overflade (112), som er en modstående overflade i forhold til den første overflade (111), hvor membranen (110) er anbragt med den første overflade (111) øverst på stablen (101), hvor membranen (110) er perforeret med åbninger (113), hvor membranen er udformet på en sådan måde, at åbningerne (113) er gennemtrængelige for en fluid, der strømmer langs en første retning (114), der fører fra den første overflade (111) til den anden overflade (112), og uigennemtrængelige for en fluid, der strømmer langs en anden retning (115), som fører fra den anden overflade (112) til den første overflade (111), kendetegnet ved, at membranen (110) omfatter mindst en elastisk forseglingslæbe (116), der omslutter en af åbningerne (113) på den anden overflade (112).
2. Kompositkomponent (100) ifølge krav 1, endvidere omfattende en yderligere stabel (106) med mindst et yderligere fiberlag (107, 108), som er anbragt på den anden overflade (112) af membranen (110).
3. Kompositkomponent (100) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor membranen (110) omfatter et nedbrydeligt materiale.
4. Kompositkomponent (100) ifølge krav 1, hvor den elastiske forseglingslæbe (116) er udformet på en sådan måde, at forseglingslæben (116) lukker den respektive åbning (113), hvis et andet tryk (Pb) af fluiden udøvet på den første overflade (111) er lavere end et første tryk (Pa) af fluiden udøvet på den anden overflade (112), og forseglingslæben (116) åbner den respektive åbning (113), hvis det andet tryk (Pb) af fluiden udøvet på den første overflade (111) er højere end det første tryk (Pa) af fluiden udøvet på den anden overflade (112).
5. Kompositkomponent (100) ifølge krav 1 eller 4, hvor mindst en af åbningerne (113) har en konuslignende form med et basisområde og en konusende, hvor basisområdet er udformet på den første overflade (111), og konusområdet er udformet på den anden overflade (112), hvor forseglingslæben (116) er udformet i konusområdet.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en kompositkomponent (100) til en vindmøllevinge, hvor kompositkomponenten (100) omfatter en membran (110) og en stabel (101) af mindst et fiberlag (102, 103, 105), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter anbringelse af membranen (110) med en første overflade (111) oven på stablen (101), hvor membranen (110) har en anden overflade (112), som er en modstående overflade i forhold til den første overflade (111), hvor membranen (110) er perforeret med åbninger (113), hvor membranen er udformet på en sådan måde, at åbningerne (113) er gennemtrængelige for en fluid, der strømmer langs en første retning (114), der fører fra den første overflade (111) til den anden overflade (112), og uigennemtrængelige for en fluid, der strømmer langs en anden retning (115), der fører fra den anden overflade (112) til den første overflade (111) kendetegnet ved, at membranen (110) omfatter mindst en elastisk forseglingslæbe (116), der omslutter en af åbningerne (113) på den anden overflade (112).
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, anbringelse af en yderligere stabel (106) af mindst et yderligere fiberlag (107, 108) på den anden overflade (112) af membranen (110).
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6 eller 7, anbringelse af stablen (101) og membranen (110) i en form (121) og påføring af et undertryk mellem membranen (110) og formen (121), således at membranen (110) og stablen (101) presses ind mod formen (121).
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 6 til 8, påføring af en yderligere form (122), således at stablen (101) og membranen (110) befinder sig mellem formen (121) og den yderligere form (122).
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 6 til 9, injektion af harpiks gennem det mindst ene fiberlag (102, 103, 105) af stablen (101) og membranen (110) langs den første retning (114).
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 6 til 10, nedbrydning af membranen (110) ved en fysisk og/eller kemisk nedbrydning af membranen (110).
