Abstract

L'invention est constituée d'un espalier suédois à double montants (2) verticaux formant le logement dans lequel coulisse un contrepoids (7) chargeable constitué d'une boite ouverte dans laquelle on incorpore des charges autobloquantes ou un contrepoids à charges progressives constitué de charges solidarisées les unes aux autres par une sangle. L'invention peut être utilisée dans tous les domaines où l'on recherche le développement musculaire ou l'assouplissement articulaire.

Description

  • La présente invention concerne les appareils de culture physique ou de rééducation de la matricité permettant en fonction des progrès réalisés ou de l'objectif recherché d'augmenter ou de diminuer la puissance de travail fourni pendant l'effort.
  • Dans les appareils connus de ce genre l'exerciseur est constitué soit de ressorts de traction hélicoidaux ou sandows de rappel soit de charges suspendues. De tels dispositifs obligent dans le premier cas à vaincre la résistance élastique dans un effort difficilement dosable dans le deuxième cas à avoir un dispositif de charges sélectionnées par des goupilles difficilement incorporable dans un appareil de faible encombrement.
  • Les avantages obtenus grâce à cette invention consistent essentiellement en ce que l'appareil dans lequel coulissent les contrepoids est réalisé à partir d'un espalier suédois normal, que les charges additionnelles que l'on incorpore dans les contrepoids se bloquent d'elles- mêmes et que tous les éléments de l'appareil sont de construction simple.
  • Dans ce qui suit, l'invention exposée plus en détail à l'aide de dessins représentant seulement un mode d'exécution.
  • L'invention est illustrée par la planche PL1 dont

  • L'invention est constituée, entre autre, d'un appareil dont l'innovation consiste à utiliser un espalier suédois normal 1 auquel on ajoute des montants verticaux 2 doublant les montants 3 sur lesquels sont fixées les barres d'espalier horizontales 4 ces doubles montants 2 sont fixés de façon à ce qu'un espace soit réalisé avec les montants de l'espalier pour former un logement-guide 5 dans lequel coulisse verticalement un contrepoids.
  • Les montants sur les faces intérieures au logement guide sont légèrement évidées 6 afin d'assurer le guidage du contrepoids et éviter qu'il ne s'échappe pendant le déplacement vertical.
  • Le dit logement-guide peut recevoir plusieurs types de contrepoids notamment un contrepoids chargeable ou un contrepoids à charges progressives.
  • Le contrepoids chargeable 7 est constitué d'une boite ouverte 8 sur la face frontale avant, le fond à la partie inférieure est incliné 9 avec une pente de 30 pour 100 vers l'intérieur de telle sorte que la charge en forme de parallélépipède losangé 10 ayant elle-même un angle avec une pente de 30 pour 100 que l'on incorpore dans le logement du contrepoids 11 soit bloquée et ne puisse s'échapper pendant le déplacement vertical du contrepoids. Les charges s'empilent les unes sur les autres en s'au- tobloquant d'elles-mêmes sans avoir recours à d'autres systèmes de fixation ou de blocage et se retirent facilement par basculement sur une simple pression à la partie supérieure de la charge fig.5
  • Le contrepoids à charges progressives fig.6 est constitué d'un ensemble de charges parallélépipédiques rectangles 12 solidarisées les unes aux .autres par une sangle 13. Cette sangle est fixée sur les petits côtés de la charge et la longueur de la sangle entre deux fixations est telle qu'elle forme une boucle 14 lorsque le contrepoids n'est pas sollicité. Lorsque l'on soulève le contrepoids les charges se lèvent successivement par tension de la sangle 15 l'effort à produire s'augmente alors progressivement.
  • Le dispositif comporte un moyen permettant d'éviter que les charges s'entrechoquent lorsque la traction sur la corde est relâchée constitué d'amortisseurs en caoutchouc cellulaire 16 afin d'éviter le bruit et rendre le fonctionnement silencieux.
  • l'appareil peut recevoir indifféremment le contrepoids chargeable ou a charges progressives.
  • Les contrepoids sont reliés à une corde 17 qui passe sur une poulie 18 fixée en partie haute de l'espalier, l'extrémité de la corde se termine par un mousqueton 19 sur ce mousqueton peuvent être reliés directement soit une poignée 20 soit une barre 21 reliant les deux mousquetons pour permettre d'exécuter des mouvements de traction de haut en bas - pour permettre de réaliser des mouvements de traction ou de répulsion de bas en haut il est prévu une rallonge de corde 22 dont une extrémité se termine par une boucle 23 et l'autre par un mousqueton 19 sur lequel l'on peut fixer les accessoires cités plus haut.
  • Cette rallonge de corde passe en partie basse de l'appareil dans une poulie excamotable 24.
  • L'appareil comporte également une planche d'exercice 25 qui peut être utilisée soit comme plan incliné soit comme banc horizontal grâce à un pied rabattable.
  • Cette planche comporte sur chaque côté une rainure creuse longitudinale 26 destinée à recevoir un siège mobile 27.
  • Ce siège mobile comporte quatre roulettes dont la fixation est telle qu'elle permet de fixer le siège sur les barres d'espalier par enclenchement permettant ainsi d'obtenir un dosseret et également la position de rangement.

Claims (4)

1. Appareil de gymnastique possédant un dispositif pour exerciseur pour développement musculaire du type comportant un moyen permettant de faire varier l'intensité de l'effort constitué de contrepoids actionné par une corde passant sur une poulie et coulissant dans un logement vertical caractérisé en ce que le logement vertical dans lequel coulisse le contrepoids est incorporé à un appareil réalisé à partir d'un espalier suédois,
en ce que les montants verticaux sont doublés parallèlement en laissant entre eux un espace pour former le dit logement,
en ce que les montants sur les faces internes du logement sont légèrement évidés afin d'assurer le guidage du contrepoids et éviter qu'il ne s'échappe pendant le déplacement.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le contrepoids coulissant dans l'appareil peut être un contrepoids chargeable constitué d'une boite ouverte sur la face frontale, en ce que le fond à la partie inférieure est incliné vers l'intérieur de telle sorte que la charge que l'on incorpore soit bloquée et ne puisse s'échapper pendant le déplacement vertical du contrepoids sans avoir recours à d'autre dispositif de blocage.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que les charges destinées à faire varier l'effort par incorporation dans le contrepoids ont une forme de parallélépipède losangé,
en ce que les charges s'empilent les unes sur les autres en s'autoblo- quant d'elles-mêmes,
en ce qu'elles se retirent du contrepoids par basculement sur une simple pression à la partie supérieure de la charge.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le contrepoids coulissant dans l'appareil peut être un contrepoids à charges progressives constitué de charges solidarisées les unes aux autres par une sangle afin que les poids des dites charges s'additionnent successivement lorsque l'on soulève le contrepoids.
