Claims (5)

1. Zentralheizungsgerät mit einer Brennkammer und einem Ölbrenner (1) sowie mit einem zwischen dem Brenner und den Kammerwänden herausnehmbar angeordneten Einbau (3), welcher flammendurchlässig ist und aus nebeneinander an einem Träger (6) befestigten Teilen besteht, dessen Unterteil (4) auf dem Boden der Heizkammer (2) aufliegt, und welcher zur Verbesserung der Verbrennung und damit zur Verminderung von Rauchbildung und Rußablagerungen in dem Feuerraum auf Weißglut gebracht wird und wenigstens ein durchlöchertes Blech (11, 12) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ränder jeder Durchlöcherung (21) mit in Richtung zur Flamme hervorstehenden Vorsprüngen (22) versehen sind.

Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser Einbau (3) von der der Flamme des Brenners (1) zugekehrten Seite her pyramidenförmig gebogene Kreuze (14) aufweist, die unter Zwischenlage eines Rohres (16) an einer Platte (13) verspannt sind, sowie wenigstens eine Flügelkrone (18) und ein durchlöchertes Blech (11, 12), welche alle auf einem Bolzen (17) sitzen und unter Zwischenlage einer Platte (10) mittels einer Mutter (9) an einem Gleitschienenträger (6) verschraubt sind.
3. Gerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gleitschienenträger aus einer mit einer Haarnadelkrümmung (7) gebogenen Stange (6) besteht, die auf der Mitteltraverse (5) eines Bodenrahmens (4) angeschweißt ist.
4. Gerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschweißung des Trägers (6) und der Traverse (5) gegen die Einwirkung der Flamme mittels eines dachförmigen Schirmes (20) geschützt sind.
5. Verfahren zum Ausstanzen der Löcher (21) bei dem Einbau nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Stanzwerkzeuge mit quadratischem Querschnitt und eine Matritze mit runden Löchern in der Weise anwendet, daß das Lochmaterial nicht entfernt, sondern in Form hervorstehender Vorsprünge (22) herausgestoßen wird.
