Claims (6)

1. Grille en forme de rouleau pour installations d'incinération d'ordures, avec des rouleaux creux cylindriques (rouleaux de grille), dont l'enveloppe (garnissage de grille) est formée essentiellement par des barreaux de grille avec les
caractéristiques suivantes (barreaux de grille médians),
a) ils sont accrochés transversalement entre des supports de barreaux de grille (4) parallèles à l'axe du rouleau, une fente à air existant alors entre deux barreaux de grille médians (5) situés côte à côte suivant la direction axiale,
b) les surfaces latérales (9.2) des têtes de barreau de grille (9) sont lisses et s'étendent en ligne droite,

caractérisée en ce
c) que les deux côtés longitudinaux des barreaux de grille médians (5) présentent des éléments d'écartement (10) avec des surfaces de rencontre planes et lisses (10.1),
- et en ce qu'entre le support de barreau de grille (4) et le pied de barreau de grille (7) du barreau de grille médian (5), il existe un jeu qui, à la température d'exploitation, atteint au moins 1 mm.
2. Grille en forme de rouleau suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le rapport des superficies de nervures de refroidissement d'un barreau de grille médian (5) avec sa surface de voie de combustion atteint au moins 8:1.
3. Grille en forme de rouleau suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau de grille (1) présente au voisinage de ses bords latéraux, des barreaux de grille médians (5) plus larges que dans sa zone médiane.
4. Grille en forme de rouleau suivant une des revendications 1 - 3, caractérisée en ce que dans les rouleaux de grille (1), le long de cercles périphériques parallèles, les barreaux de grille médians (5) sont remplacés par des barreaux de point fixe (11), qui sont fixés sur leur côté de pied, sur le support de barreau de grille (4) par un élément de liaison (14) libérable depuis le côté externe (côté de foyer) et présentent un évidement (13), dans lequel est adaptée une saillie (12) sur le côté frontal du barreau de point fixe (11) limitrophe radialement.
5. Grille en forme de barreau suivant la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la surface de combustion (15) du barreau de point fixe (11) présente des ouvertures (16).
6. Grille en forme de barreau suivant la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que l'adaptation de la saillie (12) sur la face frontale dans l'évidement (13) du côté de pied, a lieu sur toute la largeur du barreau de point fixe (11).
