Abstract
Bei einem Thermoschalter zur Temperaturüberwachung
elektrischer Wärmegeräte ist die Kontaktzunge einstückig
mit einer Anschlußfahne hergestellt und bis auf einen relativ
kurzen Längenbereich starr, so daß bei Beaufschlagung der
Kontaktzunge durch die Bimetall-Springscheibe eine schar
nierähnliche Bewegung der Kontaktzunge erzeugt wird.
Durch die einstückige, starre Ausgestaltung dieses als
Anschlußfahne und Kontaktzunge wirkenden Bauteils lassen
sich die geometrischen Bedingungen innerhalb des Thermo
schalters, insbesondere der Abstand der Kontaktzunge von
der Bimetall-Springscheibe sehr viel besser in engen Tole
ranzen halten als bei bekannten Blattfedern als Kontaktzun
ge. Hierdurch wird ein zuverlässigeres Schaltverhalten und
damit eine Qualitätsverbesserung bei der Serienfertigung
sowie eine Reduzierung der Herstellungskosten erreicht.
Bei einer besonders einfachen Ausgestaltung ist vorge
sehen, daß anstelle der Nieten, die zur Befestigung der
beiden Anschlußfahnen am Trägerblock dienen, aus den
Anschlußfahnen entsprechende Teile ausgestanzt und aus
geformt sind, so daß die gesamt Teileanzahl für den
Thermoschalter auf vier Teile reduziert werden kann, wobei
im Unterschied zu bekannten Lösungen die Bimetallscheibe
keinen Kontakt trägt.
Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung erlaubt auch in einfacher
Weise eine Halterung und Führung der Bimetall-
Springscheibe, die ein leichtes Einsetzen bzw. Auswechseln
der Bimetall-Springscheibe in den fertig montierten Thermo
schalter erlaubt.
