Claims (14)

1. Dispositif de maintien pour des pièces dans un appareillage servant à traiter ultérieurement les pièces, notamment de petites pièces, comme des lentilles optiques, des composants électriques ou analogues, dans lequel une plaque réceptrice (2) comporte des ouvertures (3) servant à la disposition des pièces dans la plaque réceptrice et dans lesquelles les pièces sont maintenues, caractérisé en ce que la plaque réceptrice (2) porte sur les deux côtés une grille de filtrage (5, 15) et sur chacune des grilles de filtrage est placée une plaque perforée (6, 7) pourvue d'ouvertures (7, 17) qui correspondent aux ouvertures (3) de la plaque réceptrice (2) pour les pièces mais qui ont cependant un diamètre supérieur à celui des ouvertures de la plaque réceptrice (2), caractérisé en outre par des pièces de blocage (20), qui relient entre elles les plaques placées l'une sur l'autre et les grilles de filtrage placées entre elles et qui peuvent être en outre reliées à un dispositif de pivotement.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle (2, 5, 15, 6, 16) peut pivoter de 360°.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par un dispositif d'arrêt (26, 30, 31; 20) pour le réglage en oblique du réceptacle.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures (7, 17) des plaques perforées (6, 16) s'élargissent vers l'extérieur avec un profil conique.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque réceptrice (2) ainsi que les grilles de filtrage (5, 15) sont formées de matière plastique et les plaques perforées (6, 16) sont formées d'acier allié.
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque réceptrice (2) a une épaisseur qui est supérieure ou égale à la hauteur des pièces à recevoir (4).
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les grilles (5, 15) et les plaques (2, 6, 16) sont reliées entre elles par des pièces de blocage emmanchées sur les bords (30, 31) des grilles et des plaques.
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de blocage sont des tôles de blocage (20) profilées en forme de U.
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de blocage portent chacune un têton (22).
10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par un étrier élastique (24) porté par les têtons (22).
11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier (24) comporte des corps (23) à l'aide desquels l'étrier (24) peut tourner sur les têtons (22).
12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les corps (23) comportent des évidements (26) répartis par rapport aux pièces de blocage sur leur périphérie et dans lesquels s'accrochent les pièces de blocage.
13. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par son utilisation dans une installation de nettoyage par ultrasons.
14. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pièces sont des lentilles optiques.
