Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zur Fernbestellung von verschiedenen, ausgewählten, in einem Katalog verzeichneten Erzeugnissen oder Waren und für das Zurverfügungsstellen der Erzeugnisse bzw. Waren in einem bestimmten Verkaufslokal, derjenigen Gattung, die darin besteht, anfangs in einer Rechenvorrichtung (1) Daten bezüglich der Erkennung eines Kunden, wie seine Zahlungs- bzw. Kreditkartennummer und eines durch den Kunden für die Lieferung der Erzeugnisse bzw. Waren gewünschten Stundenbereichs, einzuspeichern sowie ihm eine Kundennummer zuzuweisen ; die Bestellung durch eine Bedienungsvorrichtung (13) oder über Fernsprecher (14) durchzuführen, unter vorheriger Ubertragung wenigstens der Kundennummer und der Zeit für das Zurverfügungsstellen der Erzeugnisse oder Waren ; sich in das eine gewisse Anzahl von aneinanderliegenden verriegelbaren Schliessflächern (11) aufweisende Verkaufslokal zu begeben, von welchen eines verriegelt ist und die bestellten Erzeugnissen oder Waren enthält; die Zahlungskarte in einen mit der Rechtenvorrichtung (1) verbundenen Kartenleser (8) einzustecken ; auf einem Tastenfeld (10) die Erkennungsdaten des Schliessfaches einzutragen, welche an die Rechenvorrichtung (1) übertragen werden, die nach Gültigmachung dieser Daten, das Offnen des Schliessfaches (11) auslöst und die Zahlung der bestellten Erzeugnisse oder Waren gültig macht ; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, vorher die Zahlungskarte des Kunden in eine andere ausserhalb des Verkaufslokals, dessen Zugang durch eine verriegelte Tür verhindert wird, liegende und mit der Rechenvorrichtung (1) verbundene Kartenlesevorrichtung (3) einzustecken, welche Rechenvorrichtung den Kunden nach seiner anfangs eingespeicherten Kartennummer erkennt und das Vorliegen einer aufgegebenen, binnen des dem Kunden erlaubten Lieferungszeitbereiches einzuholenden Bestellung nachprüft ; dem Kunden nach Erfüllung dieser Bedingungen einen insbesondere den Betrag der Bestellung und die Erkennungsdaten des die bestellten Erzeugnisse oder Waren enthaltenden Schliessfaches aufweisenden Schein herauszugeben und die Zugangstür zum Lokal zu entriegeln ; und dann die Offnung des verriegelten Schliessfaches (11) auszulösen und die Zahlung der bestellten Erzeugnisse oder Waren innerhalb des Verkaufslokals mit Hilfe der durch den Kartenleser (8) und das in dem Verkaufslokal liegende Tastenfeld (10) gebildeten Einheit gültig zu machen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schliessfächer (11) über eine gewisse Anzahl von Laufgängen des Verkaufslokals verteilt sind und die Erkennungsdaten des vorgenannten Schliessfaches (11) die Nummer des Laufsganges, wo es sich befindet und die Nummer des die bestellten Erzeugnisse oder Waren enthaltenden Schliessfaches umfassen.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, auf dem vorgenannten Schein ebenfalls den Betrag der aufgegebenen Bestellung aufzudrucken.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rechenvorrichtung (1) ein Schliessfach (11) wählt, welchem die bestellten Erzeugnisse bzw. Waren in Abhängigkeit des Volumen dieser Erzeugnisse oder Waren und des von dem Kunden gewünschten Lieferungsstundenbereichs zugeteilt werden und sodann die Nummer des gewählten Schliessfaches sowie seine Laufgangsnummer in kodierter Form einspeichert.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gültigmachung der Erkennungsdaten des Schliessfaches (11) durch die Rechenvorrichtung (1) durch Nachprüfung durch diese, ob diese Daten einer von den Kunden in dem dem Kunden zugewiesenen Lieferungsstundenbereich aufgegebenen Bestellung entspricht, erfolgt.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rechenvorrichtung (1) auch nach der eingespeicherten Kartennummer das Vorliegen einer in dem dem Kunden zugewiesenen Lieferungsstundenbereich aufgegebenen Bestellung überprüft, wenn dieser seine Karte in das in dem Lokal liegenden Lesergerät (8) eingesteckt hat und vorher die Erkennungsdaten des Schliessfaches (11) einträgt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, bevor sie den Kunden, der seine Karte in die Lesevorrichtung (3) eingesteckt hat, erkennt, die Rechenvorrichtung (1) die Gültigkeit der Karte überprüft und den durch den Kunden auf einem Tastenfeld (6) eingetragenen geheimen Kode der Karte kontrolliert.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gewünschte Stundenbereich für die Lieferung der Erzeugnisse oder Waren willkürlich durch den Kunden bei dem Bestellungsvorgang dieser Erzeugnisse oder Waren gewählt wird.
  9. System für die Fernbestellung von verschiedenen, ausgewählten, in einem Katalog verzeichneten Erzeugnissen oder Waren und für die Zurverfügungsstellung der Erzeugnisse oder Waren in einem bestimmten Verkaufslokal, derjenigen Gattung, mit einer für die Anfangseinspeicherung der Daten bezüglich der Erkennung eines Kunden, wie seine Zahlungs-bzw. Kreditkartennummer und für einen durch den Kunden gewünschten Stundenbereich für die Lieferung der Erzeugnisse oder Waren und ebenfalls, um ihm eine Kundennummer zuzuweisen, bestimmten Rechenvorrichtung (1) ; einer Bedingungs- oder Fernsprechervorrichtung (13) oder (14), die es gestattet, die Bestellung durch vorherige Ubertragung wenigstens der Kundennummer und der Zeit der Zurverfügungsstellung der Erzeugnisse oder Waren an die Rechenvorrichtung (1) durchzuführen ; einer gewissen Anzahl von aneinanderliegenden verriegelbaren Schliessfächern (11) des Verkaufslokals, von welchen eines verriegelt ist und die bestellten Erzeugnisse oder Waren enthält ; einem mit der Rechenvorrichtung (1) verbundenen Kartenleser (8) ; und einem Tastenfeld (10), auf welchem die Daten zur Erkennung des Schliessfaches, die an die Rechenvorrichtung (1) übertragen worden sind, eingetragen werden, welche Rechenvorrichtung, nach Gültigmachung dieser Daten, das Offnen des verriegelten Schliessfaches (11) auslöst und die Zahlung der bestellten Erzeugnisse oder Waren gültig macht ; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine ausserhalb des Verkaufslokals liegende und eine Kartenlesevorrichtung (3), ein numerisches Tastenfeld (6) zur Eintragung von Koden, einen den Kunden führenden Sichtanzeigeschirm (4) und eine mit der Rechenvorrichtung (1) verbundene Vorrichtung (5) zum Bedrucken und Herausgeben von Scheinen umfassende Einheit (2) aufweist, um den Kunden nach seiner in die Kartenlesevorrichtung (3) eingesteckten Zahlungskarte zu erkennen und das Vorliegen einer aufgegebenen, in dem den Kunden erlaubten Lieferungszeitbereich einzuholenden Bestellung nachzuprüfen, dem Kunden, einmal nach Erfüllung dieser Bedingungen, einen den Betrag der Bestellung und die Erkennungsdaten des die bestellten Erzeugnisse bzw. Waren enthaltenden Schliessfaches aufweisenden Schein herauszugeben und dass es ebenfalls mehrere in dem Lokal liegende, jeweils einer Vielzahl von Schliessfächern (11) zugeordnete Klemmen umfasst, wobei jede Klemme (16) eine Kartenlesevorrichtung (8), ein Ziffertastenfeld (10) zum Eintragen von Erkennungsdaten des die bestellten Erzeugnisse oder Waren enthaltenden Schliessfaches (11) und einen den Kunden führenden Sichtanzeigeschirm (9) umfasst, die mit der Rechenvorrichtung (1) verbunden sind, damit der Kunde sodann das Offnen des die bestellten Erzeugnisse bzw. Waren enthaltenden Schliessfaches (11) auslösen und die Zahlung der bestellten Erzeugnisse oder Waren innerhalb des Verkaufslokals gültig machen kann.
  10. System nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine, durch die Rechenvorrichtung (1) gesteuerte Vorrichtung (12) zur Entriegelung des Schlosses der Zugangstür (15) zum Verkaufslokal aufweist.
