Claims (7)

  1. Appareil d'alimentation en feuilles, comportant
    a) des moyens (58, 62) de support de feuilles destinés à supporter des feuilles empilées (1) ;
    b) des moyens d'alimentation (16) destinés à faire avancer les feuilles empilées dans lesdits moyens de support de feuilles lorsqu'ils sont en contact avec elles ;
    c) des moyens de séparation (19, 43) destinés à séparer les feuilles avancées par lesdits moyens d'alimentation afin que les feuilles soient avancées une par une ;
    d) des moyens d'actionnement (50) destinés à déplacer lesdits moyens d'alimentation entre une première position dans laquelle lesdits moyens d'alimentation sont en contact avec une feuille empilée dans lesdits moyens de support de feuilles pour les faire avancer, et une seconde position dans laquelle lesdits moyens d'alimentation sont séparés des moyens de support de feuilles ;
    e) des moyens d'entraînement (2) générant une force de rotation dans un sens prédéterminé pour entraîner lesdits moyens d'alimentation, afin d'amener lesdits moyens d'actionnement à déplacer lesdits moyens d'alimentation vers la première position par une force de rotation dans le sens prédéterminé ;
    f) des moyens de détection (51, 52) disposés en amont desdits moyens d'alimentation pour détecter des feuilles empilées dans lesdits moyens de support de feuilles ; et
    g) des moyens (3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 26, 27, 28, 15c, 20, 29, 30, 31, 17) de transmission de force de rotation destinés à transmettre la force de rotation desdits moyens d'entraînement auxdits moyens d'alimentation, comprenant des moyens (3 à 6, 11, 26, 27, 28, 20, 29, 30, 31, 17) destinés à transmettre uniquement la force de rotation desdits moyens d'entraînement dans ledit sens prédéterminé auxdits moyens d'alimentation,
       caractérisé en ce que
    h) lesdits moyens d'entraînement sont agencés pour générer une force de rotation dans un sens opposé audit sens prédéterminé et pour amener lesdits moyens d'actionnement à déplacer lesdits moyens d'alimentation vers la seconde position par la force de rotation dans le sens opposé ;
    i) dans lequel lesdits moyens de transmission de force de rotation comprennent en outre des moyens (15c) destinés à ne pas transmettre la force de rotation dans le sens opposé auxdits moyens d'alimentation, et
    j) en ce que des moyens de commande (200) sont agencés pour amener lesdits moyens d'entraînement à générer la force de rotation dans le sens opposé afin de déplacer lesdits moyens d'alimentation vers la seconde position par lesdits moyens d'actionnement, sur la base de la détection par lesdits moyens de détection que des feuilles sont empilés dans lesdits moyens de support de feuilles.
  2. Appareil d'alimentation en feuilles selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'actionnement comprennent un élément oscillant (13, 14) pouvant osciller autour de l'une de ses extrémités et dont l'autre extrémité supporte lesdits moyens d'alimentation.
  3. Appareil d'alimentation en feuilles selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'actionnement comprennent un premier élément tournant (109b) relié auxdits moyens d'entraînement, un second élément tournant (109c) relié auxdits éléments oscillants, et
       un ressort hélicoïdal (109d) enroulé autour desdits premier et second éléments tournants, ledit ressort hélicoïdal se serrant sur lesdits premier et second éléments tournants lorsque la force de rotation dans ledit sens opposé est transmise, et étant relâché lorsque la force de rotation dans ledit sens prédéterminé est transmise.
  4. Appareil d'alimentation en feuilles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'alimentation comprennent un élément tournant (16) destiné à appliquer une force d'avance à ladite feuille pendant qu'il est en contact avec ladite feuille empilée.
  5. Appareil de lecture d'images comportant
    un appareil d'alimentation en feuilles selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    et des moyens (100a) de lecture d'images destinés à lire l'image située sur la feuille avancée par ledit appareil d'alimentation en feuilles.
  6. Appareil d'alimentation en feuilles selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 4, comportant en outre des seconds moyens de détection destinés à détecter le passage de la feuille dans un chemin de feuilles dans lequel passe la feuille devant être empilée.
  7. Appareil d'alimentation en feuilles selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'actionnement comprennent un mécanisme destiné à réguler l'amplitude du couple devant être transmis lorsque ladite force d'entraînement dirigée dans ledit sens opposé est transmise.
