Claims (14)
- Bewehrungseinheit für Produkte aus Spannbeton, die eine Vielzahl von steifen Querbewehrungen (12, 112, 212) mit Abstand zwischeneinander enthält und wenigstes zwei biegsame Längselemente (14), die mit den Querbewehrungen verbunden sind, um sie auf Abstand zu halten, festgelegten Zwischenräumen entsprechend,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jedes biegsame Element (14) gebildet wird aus wenigstens einem Band (14A, 14B) aus Kunststoff, vor allem aus Polypropylen. - Erfindungsgemäße Bewehrungseinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes biegsame Element (14) zwei Bänder (14A, 14B) enthält, die auf beiden Seiten einer jeden Bewehrung (12) miteinander punktverschweißt sind.
- Erfindungsgemäße Bewehrungseinheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Bänder (14B) kontinuierlich ist, während das andere Band (14A) kontinuierlich oder punktuell ist.
- Herstellungsverfahren einer Bewehrungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, das aus folgenden Arbeitsgängen besteht :- Abwickeln von biegsamen Elementen (14) gleicher Länge, um sie parallel zueinander einer Befestigungseinrichtung (18) zuzuführen,- Einführen der Bewehrungen (12) nacheinander quer zu den biegsamen Elementen (14) auf der Höhe der Befestigungsvorrichtung (18),
Befestigen einer Bewehrung (12) an den biegsamen Elementen (14),- Vorwärtsbewegen der biegsamen Elemente (14), welche die vorhergehend befestigte Bewehrung (12) mit sich führen um einen Teilungsschritt, und- Wiederholen der obigen Arbeitsgänge für die anderen Bewehrungen,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man jedes biegsame Element bildet aus wenigstens einem Band aus Kunststoff, vor allem aus Polypropylen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man jedes biegsame Element (14) aus zwei Kunststoffbändern bildet, nämlich einem oberen Band (14A), zugeführt von einer Abspulvorrichtung (28A), und einem unteren Band 14B, zugeführt von einer unteren Abspulvorrichtung (28B), und dadurch, daß man die beiden Bänder miteinander punktverschweißt (38, 40) zu beiden Seiten der zu befestigenden Bewehrung (12).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die beiden Bänder (14A, 14B) durch eine Ultraschallschweißung verschweißt.
- Anlage für die Herstellung einer Bewehrungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, enthaltend :- eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (18),- Zuführmittel (28A, 28B), die gleiche Längen biegsamer Elemente (14) liefern, gebildet aus wenigstens einem Band (14A, 14B) aus Kunststoff, vor allem aus Polypropylen, und sie parallel zueinander der Befestigungsvorrichtung (18) zuführen,- eine Zuführvorrichtung (30) für Bewehrungen (12), die geeignet ist, die Bewehrungen (12) nacheinander quer den biegsamen Elementen (14) auf der Höhe der Befestigungsvorrichtung (18) zuzuführen, und- Vorwärtsbewegungsmittel (88), um die biegsamen Elemente (14), welche die vorhergehend befestigte Bewehrung (12) mit sich führen, um einen Teilungsschritt vorwärts zu bewegen,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsvorrichtung (18) ausgerüstet ist mit einem Befestigungskopf (24) in Verbindung mit jedem an den Bewehrungen (12) zu befestigenden biegsamen Element (14).
- Anlage nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Befestigungskopf (24) mit Schweißmitteln ausgerüstet ist, zum Beispiel Ultraschallschweißmitteln.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes biegsame Element gebildet wird aus zwei Kunststoffbändern (14A, 14B), und daß die Zuführmittel für jedes biegsame Element zwei Abspulvorrichtungen (28A, 28B) enthalten, die geeignet sind, zwei Bandrollen (26A bzw. 26B) aufzunehmen.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie, verbunden mit jeder Abspulvorrichtung (28A, 28B) eine Bremse (68) enthält, die einen Hebel (70) aufweist, der mit einer Umlenkrolle (78) ausgerüstet ist, um die das Band (14A) herumläuft, so daß die Bremse gelöst ist, wenn auf das Band ein mechanischer Zug ausgeübt wird und blockiert, wenn auf der Zug aussetzt.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie vier Abspulvorrichtungen (28A, 28B) enthält, was ermöglicht, vier biegsame Elemente (14) zu verbinden, wovon jedes gebildet wird durch das übereinanderlegen von zwei Bändern (14A, 14B).
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorwärtsbewegungsmittel Horizontaltranslationszangen (88) sind, wovon jede geeignet ist, flußabwärts von der Befestigungsvorrichtung (18) ein biegsames Element (14) zu greifen und das Ganze um einen Teilungsschritt vorwärts zu bewegen.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Zange (88) ein fester Anschlag (90) und einen verstellbarer Anschlag (92) zugeordnet ist, um den Teilungsschritt zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenen Bewehrungen (12) nach Belieben einstellen zu können.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 13, in der die Querbewehrungen im allgemeinen geradlinig sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Aufnahmetrommel (36) enthält, die von einem Elektromotor (100) angetrieben wird.
