Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Stellmechanismus für in einzelne Zonen unterteilte Rakel von Druckma­schinen, insbesondere Offsetdruckmaschinen.
Beim Einstellen eines Rakels der kleinen bis mittelgrossen Offsetdruckmaschinen müssen je nach Grösse 16 bis 50 Stellschrauben verstellt werden. Dieser Einstellvorgang geschieht erstmals beim Einrichten der neuen Offsetdruck­maschine und muss für jeden Druck und/oder jede neue Druckfarbe neu eingestellt werden. Dieser Vorgang wird da­durch kontrolliert, dass man auf Papier andruckt und mit dem Densitometer die Farbdicke misst. Darauf wird die Rakel nachgestellt und wieder gemessen, wie sich die Farb­stärke gemäss Densitometer neu eingestellt hat und noch­mals wird die Rakel nachgestellt etc.. Dieser Vorgang kann sich viele Male wiederholen und ist extrem zeitaufwendig.

Selbstverständlich wäre in der Zähluhr 8 auch nochmals ein Untersetzungsgetriebe unter­bringbar, doch dürfte dies nicht erforderlich sein.
Jede Zähluhr könnte für sich durch entsprechende Fixierung mit der Quertraverse 3 der Druckmaschine verbunden sein. Dies wäre jedoch aufwendig und würde die spätere Umrüstung einer Druckmaschine mit dem erfindungsgemässen Stell­mechnismus verteuern und komplizieren. Da ohnehin jede Stellschraube bereits mit der Quertraverse 3 verbunden ist und die Zähluhren auf diese Stellschrauben aufgesetzt sind, genügt es die Zähluhren gegenübereinander gegen Ver­drehen zu sichern. Dies geschieht erfindungsgemäss in der einfachsten Form dadurch, dass man die Zähluhrgehäuse 81 je mit einem in vertikaler Richtung als Passsitz ausge­bildeten horizontalen Schlitz oder einer Durchgangsbohrung 84 quer durch das Gehäuse 81 verschiebt. Schiebt man nun parallel zur Quertraverse durch sämtliche Schlitze oder Bohrungen 84 in den Zähluhren 8 einen Stab, vorzugsweise einen Stahlstab 85, so sind alle Zähluhren 8 relativ zu­einander verdrehgesichert. Damit dies möglichst spielfrei erfolgt, sollte der Stahlstab 85 mit Passsitz in den Bohrungen 84 in den Gehäusen 81 eingepasst sein.
In vielen Fällen wird es bei der Verwendung bereits er­hältlichen Zähluhren 8 nicht möglich sein, diese mit Durchgangsbohrungen zu versehen. Es wird daher vorge­schlagen, auf der Rückseite des Gehäuses 81 ein quader­förmiges Klötzchen als Halteelement 86 anzubringen, bei­spielsweise durch Kleben, welches bereits mit einer Durch­gangsbohrung 84 versehen ist.
