Abstract

Zwischen den Düsenstöcken eines Hochofens und der Heißwindringleitung werden zur Aufnahme von Wärmedehnungen und Relativbewegungen sowie zur Übertragung von Momenten Kompensatoren eingebaut, die mit einer Überspannung versehen sind.
Beim regelmäßigen Wechsel von Verschleißteilen des Düsenstockes muß mindestens auch der Krümmer (4) mit ausgebaut werden, so daß das mit Feuerfest-Material (14) ausgekleidete Zwischenrohrstück (5) dann frei am Kompensator (1) hängt. Um kurze Wechselzeiten zu erreichen, wird erfindungsgemäß der Kompensator (1) durch eine Arretiervorrichtung fixiert und nach Beendigung der Wartungsarbeiten wieder gelöst.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel besteht die Arretiervorrichtung aus zwei Flachstäben (6), die am oberen Kompensatorflansch (7) biegesteif angeschlossen sind. Am unteren Kompensatorflansch (8) sind Gewindebolzen (9) befestigt, die durch Ausnehmungen (12) in die Flachstäbe (6) reichen.
Zur Fixierung des unteren Kompensatorflansches (8) werden Muttern (10) und Gegenmuttern (11) auf die Gewindestange (9) geschraubt und durch Anziehen der Gegenmuttern (11) reibschlüssig gegen die Flachstäbe (6) gepreßt.
Alternativ kann die Arretierung des Kompensators (1) auch hydraulisch durchgeführt werden. Hierbei wird ein Montagedruckzylinder in eine Ausnehmung des Kompensatorflansches (8) eingesetzt, der mit Hilfe einer Hydraulikpumpe gegen den jeweiligen Flachstab (6) gepreßt wird.
