Description
Außerdem wird deutlich, daß die Stahlscheibe 7 durchgehend von den Zahneingriffsbohrungen 23 und der zentralen Durchgangsbohrung 13 durchbrochen ist und daß sie als unverlierbare Unterlegscheibe sowie als Versteifungsteil für den Schleifteller 1 zugleich fungiert. Außerdem kann die Stahlscheibe 7 Übertragungskräfte der Zähne 31 aufnehmen und schonend auf den Schleifteller 1 übertragen.
Prinzipgleich zur Figur 1 setzt sich der Mitnehmer 65 zusammen aus: Mitnehmerschaft 67, Zahnträger 69, Zahne 71, Gewindebohrungen 73.
Claims (9)
- Kombination aus einer einen Mitnehmer (25) zur Drehmitnahme eines Schleiftellers (1) aufweisenden Schleifmaschine, insbesondere Handschleifmaschine, und dem an deren Abtriebswelle montierbaren Schleifteller (1), wobei zwischen dem Schleifteller (1) und dem Mitnehmer (25) als Kupplung dienende, als Zahn (31) ausgebildete Formschlußelemente und als Zahneingriffsbohrung (23) ausgebildete Formschluß-Gegenelemente schleifteller- und mitnehmerseitig angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Schleifteller (1) sich über den Mitnehmer (25) selbsttätig an der Abtriebswelle zentriert, wobei ein als Zapfen (29) ausgebildetes weiteres Formschlußelement und ein als komplementärer Zentrierring (21) ausgebildetes weiteres Formschluß-Gegenelement als Zentriermittel dienen und wobei drei als Zahn ausgebildete Formschlußelemente (31) und drei komplementäre Formschlußgegenelemente (23) als Drehmitnahmemittel dienen.
- Kombination nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Schleifteller (1) Ringsegmente (22) als Zentrierring (21) dienen, die ein freies Ende (29) des Mitnehmers (25) umgreifen.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schleifteller (1) im Inneren ein, insbesondere aus Stahlblech bestehendes, scheibenartiges, vorzugsweise die Zahneingriffsbohrungen (23) tragendes Verstärkungsteil (7) unlösbar, insbesondere vergossen bzw. umschäumt, trägt.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zentrale Ausnehmung (19) im Kissen (5) des Schleiftellers (1) angeordnet ist.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Mitnehmer (25) drei oder mehr zur Achse konzentrische, axial vorstehende Zähne (31) angeordnet sind, die in Einprägungen (23) des Schleiftellers (1) ragen.
- Kombination aus einer einen Mitnehmer (65) zur Drehmitnahme eines Schleiftellers (41) aufweisenden Schleifmaschine, insbesondere Handschleifmaschine, und dem an deren Abtriebswelle montierbaren Schleifteller (41), wobei zwischen dem Schleifteller (41) und dem Mitnehmer (65) als Kupplung dienende, zahnartige Formschlußelemente und zahneingriffsöffnungsartige Formschluß-Gegenelemente (63, 71) schleifteller- und mitnehmerseitig angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß am Schleifteller (41) als Zentriermittel ein innen konischer Ring (61) dient, welcher ein freies Ende (69) des Mitnehmers (65) umgreift, welcher mit Vorsprüngen sowie Einprägungen (63, 71) versehen ist und der Negativform des kegeligen, freien Endes (69) des Mitnehmers (65) entspricht und in welchen der Mitnehmer (65) einrasten kann, so daß der Schleifteller sich über den Mitnehmer (65) selbsttätig an der Abtriebswelle zentriert.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Schleifteller (1, 41) Staubabsaugöffnungen (11, 51) angeordnet sind.
- Kombination nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Stützplatte (3, 43) am Schleifteller (1, 41) angeordnet ist, die auf ihrer Unterseite ringförmige und gerade, radial verlaufende, einander kreuzende Rippen trägt und durch den Werkstoff des Kissens (5, 45) umschäumt ist.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Ausweichraum (66) mit Austrittsöffnungen für Schleifstaub zwischen der Abtriebswelle, insbesondere dem Mitnehmer (65), und dem Schleifteller (41) vorgesehen ist.
