Claims (12)
- Plattenwärmetauscher mit mehreren profilierten, im wesentlichen rechteckigen Platten mit Ein- und Auslauföffnungen in den Eckbereichen, die derart in einem Stapel angeordnet sind, daß zwischen den Platten Strömungsräume abwechselnd mit einem ersten und einem damit wärmetauschenden zweiten Medium beschickbar sind, wobei die Platten durch Schweißen miteinander verbunden und gegenüber der Umgebung abgedichtet sind, und wobei die Plattenprofilierung beidseits der Platten ausgebildet ist und demgemäß beidseits Scheitelebenen bildet, wobei die Platten (1) längs ihrem äußeren Umfang mehrfach abgewinkelt sind, so daß sie einen versetzten ersten, parallel zur Platte umlaufenden Randbereich (3) aufweisen, der mit der einen Scheitelebene der Plattenprofilierung (8) fluchtet, und einen zweiten versetzten, hierzu parallel umlaufenden Randbereich (4), der mit der anderen Scheitelebene der Plattenprofilierung (8) fluchtet, daß gleichermaßen die Ein- und die Auslaßöffnung (2) jeder Platte für das eine Medium Ringflächen (9) aufweisen, die etwa bis zu der einen Scheitelebene der Plattenprofilierung versetzt sind, während die Ein- und die Auslauföffnung (2) für das andere Medium Ringflächen (5) aufweisen, die etwa bis zu der anderen Scheitelebene versetzt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeweils zwei benachbarte Platten durchgehend entlang den aneinanderliegenden ersten Randbereichen (3) und an an den Ringflächen (9) anschließenden Abbiegungen (9a) zu einer Kassette verschweißt sind, während benachbarte Kassetten durchgehend entlang den aneinanderliegenden zweiten Randbereichen (4) und an an den Ringflächen (5) anschließenden Abbiegungen (5a) verschweißt sind. - Plattenwärmetauscher mit mehreren profilierten, im wesentlichen rechteckigen Platten mit Ein- und Auslauföffnungen in den Eckbereichen, die derart in einem Stapel angeordnet sind, daß zwischen den Platten Strömungsräume abwechselnd mit einem ersten und einem damit wärmetauschenden zweiten Medium beschickbar sind, wobei die Platten durch Schweißen miteinander verbunden und gegenüber der Umgebung abgedichtet sind, und wobei die Plattenprofilierung beidseits der Platten ausgebildet ist und demgemäß beidseits Scheitelebenen bildet, wobei die Platten (1) längs ihrem äußeren Umfang mehrfach abgewinkelt sind, so daß sie einen versetzten ersten, parallel zur Platte umlaufenden Randbereich (3) aufweisen, der mit der einen Scheitelebene der Plattenprofilierung (8) fluchtet, und wobei gleichermaßen die Ein- und die Auslaßöffnung (2) jeder Platte für das eine Medium Ringflächen (9) aufweisen, die etwa bis zu der einen Scheitelebene der Plattenprofilierung versetzt sind, während die Ein- und die Auslauföffnung (2) für das andere Medium Ringflächen (5) aufweisen, die etwa bis zu der anderen Scheitelebene versetzt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeweils zwei benachbarte Platten durchgehend entlang den aneinanderliegenden ersten Randbereichen (3) und entlang den Ringflächen (9) oder daran anschließenden Abbiegungen (9a) zu einer Kassette verschweißt sind, und daß die Verschweißung benachbarter Kassetten entlang den Ringflächen (5) oder daran anschließenden Abbiegungen (5a) sowie durch ein umlaufendes, zwischengelegtes etwa U-förmiges Profil (10) erfolgt, das mit seinen beiden Schenkeln an den voneinander distanzierten Seiten der ersten Randbereiche (3) anliegt und mit diesen durchgehend verschweißt ist. - Plattenwärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß alle Platten (1) identische Form aufweisen, aber abwechseind µm 180° gegeneinander verdreht sind. - Plattenwärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ringflächen (5) an der einen Seite der Plattenlängsachse entgegengesetzt zu den Ringflächen (9) an der anderen Seite der Plattenlängsachse versetzt sind. - Plattenwärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die genannten Randbereiche (3, 4) jeder Platte plan sind. - Plattenwärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden Ringflächen (5, 9) der Öffnungen (2) plan sind. - Plattenwärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Abbiegungen (5a, 9a) etwa senkrecht zu den Ringflächen (5, 9) verlaufen und die Platten einer Kassette jeweils zusammensteckbare Abbiegungen (5a, 9a) aufweisen. - Plattenwärmetauscner nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die bezüglich der Abbiegung hinten liegende Platte einer Kassette längere Abbiegungen aufweist, derart, daß die freien Ränder der Abbiegungen in zusammengestecktem Zustand fluchten. - Plattenwärmetauscher nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Platten identisch profiliert, aber hinsichtlich der Richtung der Abbiegungen in zwei Plattentypen unterteilt sind. - Plattenwärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden Randbereiche (3, 4) durch ein senkrecht zur Plattenebene urnlaufendes Zwischenstück miteinander verbunden sind. - Plattenwärmetauscher nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Profil (10) ein vorgefertigter Rahmen ist. - Plattenwärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
daß die Schweißnähte längs den Abbiegungen (5a, 9a) und längs den Randbereichen (4) oder längs den Randbereichen (3) und Profilen (10) als Stirnnähte ausgebildet sind.
