Claims (18)
- Führungsvorrichtung für Aufzüge, insbesondere Vertikalaufzüge mit an einer Schachtwand (2) mittels Befestigungsgliedern (12-14) befestigten Führungsschienen (10, 11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsvorrichtung als selbsttragendeS, in sich steifes Schienengerüst (1) ausgebildet ist und wenigstens zwei parallele Führungsschienen (10, 11) aufweist, die untereinander starr verbunden sind, und daß die Befestigungsglieder (12-14; 34-36) Federn (13; 35) aufweisen, wobei das Schienengerüst (1) mit der Schachtwand (2) über die Federn (13; 35) verbunden ist.
- Führungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsglieder (12-14) jeweils ein wandseitiges Befestigungselement (12) und ein schienenseitiges Befestigungselement (14) aufweisen, welche durch die Federn (13; 35) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Führungsvorrichtung nach einem oder beiden der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß pro Befestigungsglied zwei als Federbügel (131, 132) ausgebildete Federn symmetrisch zur Schienenlängsachse zu beiden Seiten der jeweiligen Führungsschiene (10, 11) vorgesehen sind.
- Führungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Federbügel (13) als an seinem schienenseitigen Ende (21) rechtwinklig abgebogener Federstab ausgebildet ist, der an diesem schienenseitigen Ende (21) schwenkbar an dem schienenseitigen Befestigungselement (14) angelenkt und an seinem anderen, wandseitigen Ende (22) fest mit dem jeweiligen wandseitigen Befestigungselement (12) verbunden ist.
- Führungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes schienenseitiges Befestigungselement (14) ein Gelenklager (24) aufweist, dessen gelenkiger Teil (26) mit einer Klammer (28) verbunden ist, die ihrerseits mit der Führungsschiene verbunden ist, und daß das Gelenklager außerdem eine geringfügige Verschwenkung der Führungsschiene um eine zu ihrer Längsachse parallele Achse ermöglicht.
- Führungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Federbügel (131, 132) an seinem wandseitigen Ende eine in einer zur ersten rechtwinkligen Abbiegung seines schienenseitigen Endes senkrechten Ebene liegende, zur Führungsschiene (10, 11) weisende, etwa viertelkreisförmige zweite Abbiegung (25) aufweist, und daß jedes wandseitige Befestigungselement (12) ein Justageelement (27) aufweist um den Winkel jedes Federbügels (131, 132) zur Schienenlängsachse und damit den Wandabstand jeder Führungsschiene (10, 11) einzustellen und zu fixieren.
- Führungsvorrichtung nach einem oder beiden der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (34, 36) durch ein als Federstab (35) ausgebildete Feder miteinander verbunden sind.
- Führungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Federstab (35) längsverschieb- und mittels eines Kugelgelenkes (42) schwenkbar in einer Hülse (39) des schienenseitigen Befestigungselementes (36) gelagert ist.
- Führungsvorrichtung nach einem oder beiden der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 7 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Federstab schwenkbar in zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Lagern (40) des wandseitigen Befestigungselementes (34) gelagert ist.
- Führungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lager (40) aus einer in einem Lagergehäuse (41) angeordneten leicht schwenkbaren Scheibe (21) bestehen.
- Führungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das wandseitige Befestigungselement (34) als etwa S-förmiger Bügel ausgebildet ist, dessen wandseitiges Ende (38) mittels eines Befestigungsgliedes (42) in unterschiedlichen Winkel lagen festlegbar ist.
- Führungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das wandseitige Befestigungselement (34) im Abstand von seinem wandseitigen Ende (38) eine in ihrer Längsrichtung einstellbare Abstandsstütze (37) aufweist.
- Führungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Führungsschiene (10, 11) mit integrierter Fahrkorb- und Gegengewichtslauffläche, zusätzlicher Fangschiene und Flanschen zur Anbringung von Schienenstoßverbindern, vorzugsweise als Aluminiumhohlprofil, mit inneren Versteifungsrippen (18) ausgebildet ist.
- Führungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die parallelen Führungsschienen (10, 11) des Schienengerüsts (1) am unteren Ende durch einen Basisträger (9) und am oberen Ende durch einen oberen Aufhängeträger (7) starr verbunden sind.
- Führungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die parallelen Führungsschienen (10, 11) des Schienengerüsts (1) weiterhin durch in definierten Abständen voneinander vorgesehene Querriegel (5) miteinander starr verbunden sind.
- Führungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Basisträger (9) mindestens eine Antriebsrolle (8) und der obere Aufhängeträger (7) mindestens eine Umlenkrolle (6) aufweisen.
- Führungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Basisträger (9) auf dem Schachtboden (3) aufgeständert ist.
- Verwendung der Führungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 17 zur Führung eines Rucksackaufzugs.
