Claims (10)
- Dispositif de projection de produit de revêtement, du type comprenant au moins un projecteur (1,101,201) et un réservoir (5,105,205) à piston (9,109,209), ledit réservoir étant périodiquement rempli de produit de revêtement et/ou nettoyé avec un produit de nettoyage, caractérisé en ce que ledit piston est déplacé par une tige d'actionnement (12,112,212) lors des phases de projection, et en ce que ladite tige est susceptible d'être désolidarisée mécaniquement dudit piston ou de ses moyens d'entraínement en translation (15,16,115,155,215,216, 251) lors du remplissage ou du nettoyage dudit réservoir.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que ledit piston (9) et ladite tige (12) sont en appui simple l'un contre l'autre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que ledit piston (9) et ladite tige d'actionnement (12) portent des moyens de centrage relatifs de l'un par rapport à l'autre (20,21).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de retenue (25) dudit piston (9) à l'intérieur dudit réservoir (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que ladite tige (112) est solidaire dudit piston (109) et en ce que les moyens d'entraínement (115,155,215,216,251) de ladite tige permettent l'extraction de ladite tige.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'entraínement (115,155) de ladite tige sont débrayables.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'entraínement (215,251) comprennent un élément (251) en appui simple contre l'extrémité de ladite tige (212) qui n'est pas solidaire dudit piston (209).
- Procédé de nettoyage ou de remplissage d'un réservoir (5,105,205) de produit de revêtement dans un dispositif de projection de produit de revêtement, ledit réservoir étant du type à piston (9,109,209), caractérisé en ce que, lors des phases de projection, le piston est déplacé par une tige d'actionnement (12,112,212) entraínée par des moyens d'entraínement en translation et en ce que, pendant une partie au moins des phases de nettoyage ou de remplissage dudit réservoir, ledit piston (9,109,209) est déplacé par le produit pénétrant dans ledit réservoir, un espace étant ménagé entre ledit piston (9) et ladite tige (12) ou entre ladite tige (212) et les moyens d'entraínement en translation (215,216,251) de ladite tige.
- Procédé de nettoyage ou de remplissage d'un réservoir (5,105,205) de produit de revêtement dans un dispositif de projection de produit de revêtement, ledit réservoir étant du type à piston (9,109,209), caractérisé en ce que, lors des phases de projection, le piston est déplacé par une tige d'actionnement (12,112,212) entraínée par des moyens d'entraínement en translation et en ce que, pendant une partie au moins des phases de nettoyage ou de remplissage dudit réservoir, ledit piston (9,109,209) est déplacé par le produit pénétrant dans ledit réservoir, les moyens d'entraínement (115,155) en translation de ladite tige étant débrayés.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9 caractérisé en ce que, avant le début de la phase de nettoyage suivante, ladite tige (12) est éloignée dudit piston (9), lesdits moyens d'entraínement (215,216,251) sont éloignés de ladite tige (212) ou lesdits moyens d'entraínement (115) sont débrayés.
