Claims (3)
- Pulver-Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung enthaltend eine Kabine (2), die mindestens eine Wandöffnung (10) zum Einführen einer Sprühvorrichtungseinheit (6) in die Kabine (2) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Wandöffnung (10) mindestens eine Druckluftblasdüse (30) angeordnet ist, deren Druckluft-Strahlrichtung (32) gegen den Ort der Sprühvorrichtungseinheit (6) und gleichzeitig von außen nach innen durch die Wandöffnung (10) gerichtet ist, um von der Sprühvorrichtungseinheit (6) Pulver ab und in die Kabine (2) hineinzublasen. - Pulver-Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprühvorrichtungseinheit (6) aus einer Sprühvorrichtung (20) und einem rohrartigen Träger (6) besteht, welcher an seinem vorderen Ende die Sprühvorrichtung (20) trägt und an seinem hinteren Ende an einer Positioniervorrichtung (4) befestigt ist, welche außerhalb der Kabine (2) angeordnet ist, während sich der Rohrkörper (22) mit der an seinem vorderen Ende befestigten Sprühvorrichtung (20) durch eine Wandöffnung (10) der Kabine (2) in die Kabine (2) hineinerstreckt, und daß alle Anschlußleitungen (24, 25, 26) der Sprühvorrichtung (20) durch das Trägerrohr (22) axial hindurchgeführt sind. - Elektrostatisches Pulver-Sprühbeschichtungsverfahren, bei welchem mindestens eine Sprühvorrichtungseinheit (6) durch eine Kabinenwandöffnung (10) in eine Kabine (2) eingeführt wird, um darin Beschichtungspulver auf Gegenstände (8) zu sprühen, und nach dem Sprühbeschichtungsvorgang durch die Kabinenwandöffnung (10) hindurch wieder aus der Kabine (2) herausgeführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprühvorrichtungseinheit (6), während sie aus der Kabine (2) herausgeführt wird, mit Druckluft von Druckluftdüsen (30), welche an einem Träger (20) befestigt und an der Kabinenwandöffnung (10) angeordnet sind, abgeblasen wird und dabei von der Sprühvorrichtungseinheit (6) abgeblasenes Pulver an der Kabinenwandöffnung (10) in die Kabine (2) hineingeblasen wird.
