Claims (4)
- Aufschnittschneidemaschine mit einem automatisch antreibbaren Schnittgutwagen mit Schnittgutvorschub gegen eine Anschlagplatte, die zu einem Kreismesser führt, sowie mit einer programmgesteuerten Ablegeeinrichtung mit einem Kettenrahmen aus parallelen, mit Spitzen besetzten Förderketten oder -bändern und mit einem diese hintergreifenden und gegen eine Ablegeposition auf einem Förderband klappbaren Schläger, wobei das Förderband unter der Ablegeeinrichtung durchläuft und wobei nächst der Ablegeposition eine Rolle einer Folie aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, beispielsweise Polypropylen, gelagert und dieser eine Abzieh- und Schneidvorrichtung sowie eine Schwenkeinrichtung zur Abtrennung und Positionierung von Unterlag- und bzw. oder Deckblättern für einen Aufschnitt in der Ablegeposition zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkeinrichtung einen an sich bekannten Schwenkarm (16) mit Saugköpfen (17) aufweist und daß das Förderband (10) jenseits der Ablegeeinrichtung zu einer Schweißstation führt, die einen beheizbaren Schweißrahmen (25) aufweist, dem ein das Förderband umgreifender oder dieses durchgreifender Hubrahmen (22) zur Anhebung eines auf einem Unterlagblatt (19) aufgelegten und durch ein Deckblatt der Folie abgedeckten Aufschnittes aus der Transportlage auf dem Förderband (10, 23) in die Schweiß lage und zur Pressung gegen den Schweißrahmen (25) gegenüberliegt.
- Aufschnittschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizung eines Seitensteges des Schweißrahmens (25) abschaltbar ist, sodaß die übereinander liegenden Folien (19) sackartig verschweißbar und der innenraum, gegebenenfalls evakuierbar und nachträglich verschweißbar ist.
- Aufschnittschneidemaschine nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkarm (16) teleskopartig in zwei Stellungen ausfahrbar ausgebildet ist und im Schwenkbereich der einen seiner Stellungen ein Stapel von Tassen bzw. Tabletts (20), z.B aus Polystyrol, und in der anderen Stellung die Unterlag- bzw. Abdeckblätter (19) durch den oder die Saugköpfe (17) des Schwenkarmes (16) erfaßbar und übereinander in der Ablegeposition der Aufschnittschneidemaschine (1) deponierbar sind.
- Aufschnittschneidemaschine nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine elektronische Steuerung (27) vorgesehen ist, zur Synchronisation des aufeinanderfolgenden Abtrennens eines Folienbandes (12) als Unterlagsblatt (19), Erfassen und Umschwenken durch den Schwenkarm (16), Auslösen einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von Hüben für den Schnittgutwagen (4), einschließlich des Schnittgutvorschubes und der Ablegeeinrichtung, Abtrennen eines weiteren Folienblattes (19) als Deckblatt und Umschwenken zur Ablage auf dem Aufschnitt und gegebenenfalls Auslösen eines oder mehrerer weiterer Schneidezyklen jeweils unter Beilage einer Zwischenfolie, Aktivierung des Förderbandantriebs (28) bis in die Schweißposition, Hubauslösung für den Hubrahmen (22) und Spannungsversorgung der Heizdrähte des Schweißrahmens (25), gegebenenfalls Abschaltung der Heizung eines Seitensteges des Schweißrahmens, Rückstellung des Hubes und Weitertransport der verschweißten Verpackung zu einer Abwurfposition vom Förderband (10, 23).
