Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Steuerpultschildern, insbesondere für elektrische Haushaltsgeräte, bei welchem man auf einen aus Glas hergestellten Basis-Schildrohling (5) einen Siebdruck (3, 4) anbringt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man mindestens eine personalisierte Lasergravur auf mindestens einem Siebdruck (3 und/oder 4) anbringt, indem man durch Materialabnahme Dekore, Symbole oder entsprechende Zeichen (1 und/oder 2) in der Siebdruckschicht (3 und/oder 4) anbringt, und indem man danach diese Gravuren durch manuelles Aufbringen oder automatisiertes Aufbringen mit einer Schicht von unterschiedlicher Farbe überdeckt, was unmittelbar nach dem Gravurschritt oder in einem getrennten Arbeitsgang erfolgen kann.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anbringen der Schicht mit unterschiedlicher Farbe in den Gravuren, die Dekoren, Symbolen oder Zeichen (1 und/oder 2) entsprechen, mit einer schnelltrocknenden Druckfarbe durchführt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einschneiden der Gravuren, die Dekoren, Symbolen oder Zeichen (1 und/oder 2) entsprechen, unter Verwendung eines numerisch gesteuerten Lasers erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Basis-Schildrohling (5) durch ein Glas gebildet ist, welches auf der Vorderseite eine reflektierende Schicht aufweist, wobei die reflektierende Schicht mit Dekoren, Symbolen und Zeichen versehen ist, die durch Lasergravur erzeugt wurden, wobei die Dekore oder Zeichen durch eine Farbschicht bedeckt sein können, die auf der Hinterseite des Basis-Schildrohlings angebracht ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Basis-Schildrohling (5) durch ein Hartglas gebildet sind und der Siebdruck bzw. die Siebdrucke (3 und/oder 4) aus in Glaszustand übergeführtem Email besteht bzw. bestehen.
