Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire des pièces découpées à la presse, notamment des disques, qui comprend deux étapes seulement. Au cours d'une première étape, la pièce est découpée à l'intérieur d'un dispositif (1) dans un étage de découpage de précision (2), et est ensuite acheminée à un étage d'estampage (3) à l'aide de pinces de transfert (4) qui sont également logées dans le dispositif (1). Cet étage d'estampage (3) est également situé à l'intérieur du dispositif (1). Au cours d'une deuxième étape, les contours intérieur et extérieur sont estampés sur la pièce (5) dans l'étage d'estampage (3), de sorte que les arêtes produites sur la pièce (5) lors de la première étape soient arrondies.
