Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren zur Behandlung der Flugaschen, welche mit Rauchen mitgezogen werden, die bei der Verbrennung von Haushalts- und Industrieabfällen ausgestoßen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Stufen umfasst von:
    Sammeln der Aschen entlang eines Kreislaufs der Rauche,
    Bildung einer Weichmasse durch Zufuhr von Wasser zu diesen Aschen,
    Einführung der so erhaltenen Weichmasse in den Feuerraum (10) des Abfallverbrenners (1), um die Aschen durch Hydrolyse der in den Aschen enthaltenen Chloride und Klinkerbildung zu Schlacke zu machen,
    Gewinnung am Ausgang des Brenners (1) der gebildeten Schlacken durch den Abzieher (12).
  2. Verfahren zur Behandlung nach Anspruch (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasserzufuhr mittels einer einzigen Wasserzufuhr durchgeführt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasserzufuhr durch Zugabe von aus Wasser, organischen Materialien und mineralischen Materialien bestehenden feuchten Schlämmen, wie z.B. Schlämmen, die von Wasserverdampfungsstationen oder den schwarzen Flüssigkeiten von Papierherstellungen kommen, durchgeführt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Weichmasse eine Trockenheit zwischen 20 und 40 Gew.% hat.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Mischung der Weichmasse mit den Haushalts- und Industrieabfällen vor Einführung dieser Mischung durch das Einführungsmittel (11) der Industrie- und/oder Haushaltsabfälle durchführt.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haushalts- und/ oder Industrieabfälle durch das normale Einführungsmittel (11) eingeführt werden und dass die Weichmasse durch ein getrenntes Einführungsmittel (15) eingeführt wird, dass stromaufwärts und in der kalten Zone des Feuerraums (10) angeordnet ist.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Weichmasse und die Haushalts- und/oder Industrieabfälle durch getrennte Einführungsmittel eingeführt werden, wobei die Haushalts- und/oder Industrieabfälle durch das normale Einführungsmittel (11) eingeführt werden und die Weichmasse direkt in den Feuerraum (10) des Brenners (1) eingeführt wird.
  8. Verfahren zur Verbrennung der Haushalts- und/oder Industrieabfälle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Behandlung der durch die Rauche mitgezogenen Flugaschen, welche bei dieser Verbrennung ausgestoßen werden, umfasst, durch ein Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfassend:
    ein Mittel (11) zur Einführung der Abfälle in den Feuerraum (10) eines Brenners (1),
    einen Abzieher (12), der am unteren Ausgang des Feuerraumes (10) angeordnet ist, um die so gebildeten Schlacken zu gewinnen,
    ein Trennmittel (2) der Flugaschen der Rauche zum Reinigen dieser Rauche,
    ein Mittel zur Extraktion (13) und zur Entfernung (14) der gereinigten Rauche und
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zusätzlich umfasst:
    wenigstens ein Mittel zur Gewinnung (3, 4) der Flugaschen entlang des Kreislaufs der Rauche verbunden mit einem Knetmischer (5),
    ein Mittel zum Speisen einer wässrigen Lösung (6), dass mit dem Knetmischer (5) verbunden ist,
    ein Transportmittel (7, 8) der in dem Knetmischer (5) gebildeten Weichmasse, das den unteren Teil des Knetmischers (5) direkt oder indirekt mit dem Feuerraum (10) des Brenners (1) verbindet um die Weichmasse in den Feuerraum (10) zuzuführen, damit die Aschen zu Schlacken durch Hydrolyse der in den Aschen enthaltenen anorganischen Chloride und durch Klinkerbildung umgeformt werden.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportmittel (7, 8) mit dem Feuerraum (10) durch das Mittel zur Einführung (15) verbunden ist, welches in einer Rutsche (9) mündet, die unter dem Trichter (11) zur normalen Einführung der Haushalts- und/oder Industrieabfälle angeordnet ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportmittel (7, 8) mit dem Feuerraum (10) durch den Trichter (11) zur normalen Einführung der Haushalts- und/oder Industrieabfälle verbunden ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportmittel (7, 8) direkt mit dem Feuerraum (10) in der warmen Zone verbunden ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportmittel (7, 8) eine Pumpe (7) ist, die mit einer Leitung (8) verbunden ist.
