Claims (7)
- Kokillenwand einer Stranggießanlage zum Gießen eines Metallstrangs (5), insbesondere eines Stahlstrangs (5), in einer Gießrichtung (x), mit einem Wasserkasten (1) und einer mit dem wasserkasten (1) über Bolzen (6, 7) verbundenen Kokilleninnenplatte (2), wobei die Bolzen (6, 7) je einen den Wasserkasten (1) durchdringenden Bolzenhals (6', 7') mit einem Bolzenhalsquerschnitt und einen in der Kokilleninnenplatte gehaltenen Bolzenkopf (6'', 7'') mit einem Bolzenkopfquerschnitt aufweisen,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß der Bolzenkopfquerschnitt mindestens eines der Bolzen (6, 7) größer ist als der Bolzenhalsquerschnitt dieses Bolzens (7) und daß die Kokilleninnenplatte (2) eine sich zum Wasserkasten (1) hin verjüngende Nut (14) zur Aufnahme des Bolzenkopfs (7'') dieses Bolzens (7) aufweist. - Kokillenwand nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Nut (14) sich zum Wasserkasten (1) hin kontinuierlich verjüngt. - Kokillenwand nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Nut (14) sich zum Wasserkasten (1) hin in mindestens einer Stufe verjüngt. - Kokillenwand nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Nut (14) sich senkrecht zur Gießrichtung (x) erstreckt. - Kokillenwand nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Nut (14) sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Kokilleninnenplatte (2) erstreckt. - Kokillenwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Kokilleninnenplatte (2) parallel zur Gießrichtung (x) verlaufende Stege (11) zur Bildung von Kühlkanälen (12) aufweist. - Kokillenwand nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Stege (11) äquidistant voneinander beabstandet sind.
