Claims (10)
- Mischvorrichtung für pharmazeutische, kosmetische und dgl. Produkte, mit einem Mischelement (16), das in einem einen i.w. zylindrischen Innenraum ausbildenden Behälterkörper (10) mittels einer Antriebswelleneinheit (18) antreibbar ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriesbwelleneinheit eine Außenwelle (28) und eine darin bewegbar geführte Innenwelle (30) aufweist, eine der Wellen an einem Eingriffsabschnitt (54) hinsichtlich einer Drehbewegung des Mischelements (16) kraftschlüssig mit diesem verbindbar ausgebildet ist und die andere der Welle mit dem Mischelement (16) so verbindbar ausgebildet ist, dass durch eine Relativdrehung zwischen Innenwelle (30) und Außenwelle (28) die andere der Wellen das Mischelement (16) an der Antriebswelleneinheit (18) bezogen auf eine Axialrichtung derselben festlegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die andere der Wellen sowie das Mischelement (16) so ausgebildet sind, dass die Relativdrehung zum Festlegen in Antriebsrichtung der Antriebswelleneinheit für das Mischelement (16) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mischelement scheibenförmig ausgebildet ist, in seinem Zentrum (52) einen zum Zusammenwirken mit der einen Welle ausgebildeten Vorsprung oder eine Ausnehmung (54) sowie eine zum Zusammenwirken mit der anderen der Wellen ausgebildete Hinterschneidung (60) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenwelle (28) endseitig mindestens einen Mitnehmerabschnitt (48) aufweist, der zum Eingreifen in eine im Mischelement (16) gebildete Ausnehmung (54) und zum Übertragen eines Drehmoments auf das Mischelement ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenwelle (30) endseitig einen bevorzugt stegförmigen Verriegelungsabschnitt (52) aufweist, der zum Einführen in eine für einen Kraftschluss mit der Außenwelle (28) gebildeten Ausnehmung (54) in dem Mischelement (16) sowie zum Zusammenwirken mit einer im Mischelement gegenüber der Ausnehmung (54) in Drehrichtung versetzt gebildeten Hinterschneidung (60) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Relativdrehung auf einen Winkel < 180°, bevorzugt < 90°, begrenzt ist, wobei die Innenwelle (30) und die Außenwelle (28) eine Rasteinheit (36; 64) aufweisen, die so ausgebildet ist, dass die Wellen in einem das Mischelement an der Antriebswelleneinheit (18) festlegenden Zustand gegeneinander verrasten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die außerhalb des Behälterkörpers (10) vorgesehene Rasteinheit (36) mittels eines federnden Rastelements (40) auf die Außenwelle (28) wirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rasteinheit an dem Mischelement (16) vorgesehen und in Form eines auf die andere der Wellen wirkenden Rastabschnitts, insbesondere Rastnockens (64) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälterkörper zum Einsetzen einer im Innenraum dichtend und bewegbar geführten Kolbeneinheit ausgebildet ist, die mittels einer mit dem Behälterkörper nach einem Entfernen der Antriebswelleneinheit verbindbaren Antriebseinrichtung verbindbar ist, die zum dosierenden Bewegen der Kolbeneinheit mittels manueller Betätigung ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälterkörper einen im Durchmesser verjüngten Auslass (22) aufweist, der mittels eines ansitzenden, zerstör- oder wieder verschließbaren Dichtverschlusses (24) zumindest während eines Mischbetriebes verschließbar ist.
