Definitions
- the invention relates to a hinge with a screw fastening at least one fastening screw for sheet metal cabinet doors, Machine coverings, housing covers or the like, consisting of one first hinge part, such as hinge leaf, with one or more recessed Openings for fastening screws, and with one on the first hinge part hinged second hinge part, such as a hinge bracket or also with a or several openings for fastening screws provided Hinge leaf, the recessed openings of the at least one Hinge part are designed as slots, the hinge with a in the countersunk elongated hole to be fitted with a suitable fastening screw bushing is provided, which is in a depressed area of the openings of the Hinge leaf extends into the recessed area of the Part extending into the elongated hole, a part deviating from the circular shape, such as square outer cross-section, but preferably an elongated, such as rectangular, rectangular with attached semicircles or oval Has outer cross section, the longitudinal extent of which is greater than that Transverse extent of the recessed
- Such a hinge is already known from US-A-2885722. From this hinge arrangement known already has bushings for Fastening screws in the elongated holes formed by the hinge leaves are receivable and have an inner contour that matches the outer contour of the Fastening screw is adjusted.
- the recessed area is only inclined side walls has, in which the fastening screw bushing is received.
- the sinking areas of the hinge leaves are smooth Surfaces on, which has the disadvantage that the risk increases that the The fastening screw bushing moves if there is insufficient pressure and the attachment becomes unsafe.
- a third disadvantage is that the recessed breakthrough always remains visible, making it not just visual Disadvantages arise, but also areas where dust can catch.
- the height of the Door leaf can be adjusted with respect to the door frame.
- the vertical gap between the door leaf and the door frame can be adjusted in terms of its width.
- the hinge comprises two leaves, which is the Possibility opened that a leaf parallel to the hinge axis aligned aligned oblong holes, and the other sheet with vertical aligned slots, so that there is a two-dimensional Alignment opportunity opened.
- Another disadvantage of the known arrangement is that at correct tightening of the fastening screw in the slot can move along the elongated longitudinal extension. This is particularly large Danger if the tin cabinet shakes during transportation or is exposed to operations. Another disadvantage is that the slot is too remains partially visible when the fastening screw is installed and also Openings remain that can interfere as dirt traps, e.g. B. at Use of a control cabinet in the food industry.
- the object of the invention is a hinge of the type mentioned to train further; that without the help of fixed in that Rivet nuts to be inserted and not removable again Blind rivet nuts achieve as many of their advantages as possible, in particular increased strength against shear forces, improved securing against unwanted moving, if necessary the possibility of use a zero position or reference position, complete coverage if required the slot opening.
- the object is achieved in that the depressed area of the slot parallel to the breakthrough axis and perpendicular to it Has floor areas and the recessed area of the elongated hole reaching part of the socket comprises a disc-shaped body, the The circumference forms two opposite parallel sections, the more radial Distance to each other is equal to or slightly less than the clear distance of the longitudinal walls of the depressed area, and that the bottom surface of the recessed area of the opening of the hinge leaf and the on a roughening of this disc surface of the bushing to be located, how to form corrugation, and that the bushing forms a flange, the Outer contour is chosen so that it has the recessed opening in each possible position of the socket covered with respect to the elongated hole.
- the socket forms a flange, the outer contour of which is selected is that the countersunk breakthrough in any possible position of the socket covered with respect to the slot, it is avoided that optical Disadvantages arise and recess areas remain, in which dirt can accumulate.
- the corrugation of the recessed areas of the breakthrough also allows one perform a more defined position according to the steps of the corrugation, if the fastening screw bushing in turn receives a corrugation, this fits.
- the socket has one Corrugation that digs into the smooth walls, that of the breakthroughs be formed.
- the fastening screw bushings do not only cover optically the slot in every position, they also increase still the pressure surface over the attached edge, which leads to reduced Surface pressure leads, so that this technique also in connection with Plastic hinges can be used.
- the recessed area of the elongated hole in Cross section parallel to the breakthrough axis and perpendicular to it Has floor areas and the recessed area of the elongated hole reaching part of the socket has a disc-shaped body, the The circumference forms two opposite parallel sections, the more radial Distance is equal to or slightly less than the clear distance Longitudinal walls of the recessed area, there is the possibility of a cover larger contact surface of the slot and thus the To lower surface pressure, which improves the stability of the arrangement is coming. Furthermore, there is a particularly secure anti-rotation lock.
- the socket can in particular form a flange, the outer contour of which is chosen so that the recessed breakthrough in every possible position covers the socket with respect to the elongated hole. This results in that desired complete covering of the slot opening and thus a positive optical effect as well as avoiding cavities that are open to the outside, in which dirt can settle.
- the flange can even exert compressive forces absorb and thereby forces acting on the side walls of the elongated holes reduce what has advantages with plastic hinge leaves.
- the outer surface of the flange of the bush with a marking, such as with an arrow that, for example, the central transverse axis of the elongated profile of the disc indicates, and is brought to the hinge leaf another mark on the central transverse axis of the slot opening indicates a zero position or reference position for the arrangement that then comes into play when warping due to the cabinet construction is not to be expected, so that it is first assembled with the reference position can be. Should then prove that this reference position Alignment that does not yet lead to satisfactory alignment results still be made later.
- the hinge leaves can consist of plastic (claim 10). Also the Bushings can consist of plastic (claim 11).
- Door leaf or housing cover with a hinge can be designed so that the socket by a dimension (a) protrudes beyond the contact surface of the hinge, which is smaller or at most is the thickness (b) of the material of the sheet metal cabinet door or the like.
- the door leaf or housing cover can be hinged on one of the described embodiments can also be designed so that the External cross section of the protruding beyond the contact surface of the hinge Part of the socket is torsionally rigid in a non-round opening in the door leaf or the like. is held.
- first hinge part 12 here a hinge leaf, with at least one, here with three recessed openings 14, 16, 18 for Fastening screws 20, and one hinged to the first hinge part 12 second hinge part 30, here likewise one with a plurality of openings 32, 34, 36 for fastening screws provided hinge leaf 30, wherein the recessed openings 14, 16, 18 as at least one hinge part Elongated holes are formed.
- the hinge leaf 12 is here on a door frame 58 fastened, the hinge leaf 30 to a door leaf 60.
- the alignment of the elongated holes 14, 16, 18 of the hinge leaf 12 is in substantially perpendicular to the axis of the hinge, 44 during the alignment the elongated holes 32, 34, 36 of the other hinge leaf 30 run parallel to it, 25 shows.
- the arrangement of the direction of the elongated holes perpendicular to axis 44 enables adjustment in the direction of the double arrow 101 and thus an alignment of the door leaf 60 with respect to the door frame 58 for setting the door gap formed between them, as shown in FIG. 24 is recognizable.
- the perpendicular alignment of the Breakthroughs 32, 34, 36 in the other hinge leaf 30 align the Door leaf 60 in the direction of the double arrow 102 parallel to the hinge axis 44 and thus an adjustment or adjustment of the height of the door leaf with respect to the Door frame or the like. That is, in a direction parallel to the hinge axis.
- blind rivet nuts 62 have a collar 56, which over the bearing surface 58 for the hinge leaf 12 projects. That is in certain use cases disadvantageous and also requires a corresponding depression 54 in the Contact surface 52 of the hinge leaf 12 or 30.
- FIG. 1 shows a hinge 110 for sheet metal cabinet doors or the like, consisting of a first hinge part 112 with several, here two recessed Openings 114, 118, and one articulated on the first hinge part 112 second hinge part 130 with likewise several, here two openings 132, 136, each for receiving fastening screws 130, the Breakthroughs represent recessed slots, the orientation of the Elongated holes 114, 118 of one hinge part 112, similar to that in FIG. 25, perpendicular to the hinge axis 44, while the elongated holes 132, 136 of the other hinge part 130 perpendicular to it, that is to say parallel to the hinge axis 44 are aligned.
- the heads are the Fastening screws 20, 32 housed in depressions 48.
- the heads these mounting screws can move the hinge when moving If the heads are up to the walls of the depressions, run the elongated hole direction pass.
- FIG. 1 see also the top view according to FIG. 2, is in the countersunk slot 114, 118 or 132, 136 one into the slot Fitting receptacle screw socket 140 provided in Fig. 3 in a view from below, in Fig. 4 in an axial view, in Fig. 5 in a side view and in Fig. 6 is shown in a view from above.
- This Socket in turn has a countersunk round bore 111, the shape of which the fastening screw 120 to be used is preferably adapted in this way is that the screw head face with the face facing outward the socket, see reference number 141, and so both a smooth surface form. Is the screw head cylindrical, as is the case with FIG.
- the openings 114, 118 it is the direction perpendicular to the hinge axis 44, at the openings 132, 136 it is the direction parallel to axis 44.
- the depression 147 of the elongated hole e.g. B. 114 according Fig. 1, in cross section to the opening axis 149 parallel side walls 151 and has perpendicular floor surfaces 153, and if the recessed in the Area 147 of the elongated hole-extending part 142 of the socket 140 a forms disc-shaped body, the circumference 155 two forms opposite parallel sections 157, 159, the spacing 161 is equal to or slightly smaller than the clear distance 145 between the longitudinal walls of the depression 147.
- the bottom surface 153 of the depression 147 of the opening, e.g. B. 118, des Hinge leaf, e.g. B. 112, and the coming to lie on this Disk surface 163 of bushing 140 advantageously has a roughening, like corrugation.
- This corrugation is advantageously essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the elongated cross section of the disc Bushing 140 or the bottom surface of the depression of the elongated hole 118 educated.
- This measure reduces the risk of slipping in the direction of the Elongation of elongated holes reduced when the fastening screw is tightened.
- the distance between the individual corrugations determines the step size and so that the accuracy of the setting z. B. 1 ... 1.5 mm.
- the socket forms 140 a flange 165, whose outer contour 167 is selected so that it countersunk opening 147 in each position of the sleeve 140 with respect to the Oblong hole (e.g. 118) covered.
- the cavities formed by the elongated hole, see 147 in Fig. 1, are therefore closed to the outside and therefore can not accumulate dirt make more.
- the flange can carry a marking, e.g. B. In shape an arrowhead 169.
- This arrow 169 gives e.g. B. the central transverse axis 171 of the elongated profile disc 142, which can be related to a marker 173, the associated hinge part, for. B. 112 in Fig. 2 carries.
