Claims (8)
- Aufgußbeutel, insbesondere zur Bereitung von Tee, mit einer ein Substanzquantum (14) enthaltenden Kammer (13), die an ihrem Kopfende (10) und ihrem Fußende (9) durch je eine quer verlaufende Heißsiegelung (12 bzw. 11) verschlossen ist, wobei die beiden Längsseiten (15, 16) der Kammer (19) durch Schlauchformung gebildet sind, indem die beiden Längsränder (5, 6) einer heißsiegelfähigen Materialbahn (4), insbesondere Filterpapierbahn, nach innen zur Längsmitte (7) hin umgeschlagen und miteinander durch eine Mittel-Längs-Verbindung verbunden sind, wobei an jeder Längsseite (15, 16) eine nach innen in die Kammer (13) hinein sich erstreckende Einfaltung (17, 18) vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Mittel-Längs-Verbindung eine Rändelnaht (8) ist, bei der die Längsränder (5, 6) der Materialbahn (4) in ungleicher Länge aus der Ebene der Beutelfläche parallel zueinander hochgebogen, miteinander durch Rändeln verbunden und ein- oder mehrstufig auf die Beuteloberfläche zurückgefaltet sind. - Aufgußbeutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einfaltungen (17, 18) ziehharmonika- oder faltenbalgartig ausgebildet sind.
- Aufgußbeutel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ziehharmonika- bzw. faltenbalgartige Einfaltung (17, 18) jeder Längsseite (15, 16) mindestens fünf, vorzugsweise sieben Faltlinien aufweist.
- Aufgußbeutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Faden mit einem Etikett an dem Aufgußbeutel befestigt ist, wobei der Etikettfaden vorzugsweise schlaufenförmig innerhalb der Kammer (13) untergebracht und mittels des Etiketts zur Benutzung herausziehbar ist.
- Verfahren zum kontinuierlichen Herstellen, Füllen und Verschließen von Einkammer-Aufgußbeuteln (1; 19) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf einer zunächst ebenen Materialbahn (4), insbesondere Filterpapierbahn, - gegebenenfalls nach Aufwölbung ihrer Seitenränder - portionierte Substanzquanten (14) der auszulaugenden Substanz in gleichmäßigen Abständen abgelegt werden, daß anschließend aus der Bahn ein fortlaufender Schlauch gebildet wird, indem die beiden Längsränder (5, 6) nach innen zur Längsmitte (7) hin umgeschlagen und in ungleicher Länge aus der Ebene der Beuteloberfläche parallel zueinander hochgebogen und miteinander durch Rändeln verbunden werden, daß während der Schlauchformung oder anschließend an die Schlauchformung die beiden Längsseiten (15, 16) mit einer nach innen sich erstreckenden Einfaltung (17, 18) versehen werden, daß sodann der Schlauch in regelmäßigen, jeweils ein Substanzquantum (14) erfassenden Abständen in Querrichtung heißgesiegelt wird und daß die Quer-Heißsiegelungen (11, 12) mittig geschnitten werden und derart Schlauchteile gebildet werden, die jeweils eine ein Substanzquantum (14) enthaltende Kammer (13) aufweisen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Längsseiten (15, 16) ziehharmonika- oder faltenbalgartig eingefaltet werden, wobei die ebene Materialbahn (4) vorab mit linienförmigen Vorprägungen in Längsrichtung entsprechend der Zahl der vorgesehenen Faltvorgänge versehen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß gemeinsam mit dem Verfahrensschritt der Quersiegelung ein Faden mit Etikett an jeder Quersiegelung derart befestigt wird, daß jeder nach dem Schneiden der Quer-Heißsiegelung (11, 12) einzeln vorliegende Beutel einen angesiegelten Etikettfaden aufweist, der vorzugsweise schlaufenförmig herausziehbar im Inneren der Kammer (13) angeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einander berührenden, in der Längsmitte (7) zusammengeführten Längsränder (5, 6) zu einer senkrecht zur Bahn (4) hochstehenden Längsnaht (20) geformt werden, die von beiden Seiten einer Heißsiegelung unterzogen wird.
